Snooze  

I have stayed at the Snooze a few times now on my business trips to Liverpool. The staff can not do enough for you. I even receive text messages updating me on my reservation. The hotel is extremely clean and beds comfortable. At this price; what more can you ask for?

Obviously at the price you pay you can't really complain. However, points to watch would be; rooms overlooking the main road... Dont expect too much of a lay in. Also never expect a hot, power shower - you'll get wetter standing in the rain! Other than that the hotel is exactly what is says on the tin!

The room was clean staffs were nice location was OK 2M from city center .

Bed was not very comfortable you can hear the sound or the noise throw the walls and do not expect that breakfast and no coffee.

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful from the get-go, it was a quiet and welcoming hotel just out of the city centre, so it was relatively quick (and cheap) to get into Liverpool Lime Street without having the noise of staying inner city. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed, and the breakfast served every morning was great to wake us up and get us moving! We went away to travel and see friends, so as a hotel to crash in morning and night, and a hub to come back to after a long day, it was absolutely perfect and i'd recommend to anyone looking for somewhere affordable to stay in Liverpool.

The room was tastefully decorated and a good size. The bathroom was compact but modern and clean. The place had a nice relaxed atmosphere, and Maz the night porter was really welcoming and friendly! Great choice of local takeaways, and only 5 minute journey into Liverpool. Overall all I'd say this place is remarkable value for money!

The lights in the room could have done with being a bit brighter, it was like they were almost permanently dimmed. Other guests were smoking in their rooms, which made the landing and stair area smell quite bad. We couldn't find the wifi to connect to, but luckily were able to connect to another network thanks to BT-Fon.

Clean, relatively close to city centre, very friendly staff, free parking, continental breakfast included, on main bus route

Shower didn't work on first night (fixed within a few hours), noise from adjoining pub (not major issue)

Staff were friendly and helpful, price was good for us.

Hotel didnt look so good from the outside, however the rooms were nice and modern and the city centre was just a taxi ride away.

the room was big & clean, modern with A big comfortable bed. the staff were excellent. breakfast was no fuss and no cholesterol. very good value for money, highly recommended!!

The owners were very friendly and helpful, really nice guys! The hotel was clearly just renovated so the room looked very nice and clean. A really comfortable and big bed! In front of the hotel is a bus stop. It's only a 15 minute ride to the city center of Liverpool.

The breakfast was too basic.

The shower was blocker and the lights were so dim it was nearly dark

fantastic little place, really nicely done out! I liked the owner ringing me to ask what our eta might be which also meant he could tell us how to find the private car park and because we were arriving late. the night porter's phone number so we could give him a heads up when we were on our way. I was really made to feel very welcome and that they really did care about our stay! Cant praise it enough!

I liked everything about this G/House very good value for money, very friendly, very clean, just 2 things i can comment on, but to be honest for the amount of money you pay, you can not complain, VERY VERY Reasonable Price

1- no shower gel, shampoo, or even soap 2- The dbl bed was actually 2 singl beds next to each other and the mattresses not very bad but it could have been better,

Danny, the host, was very friendly and made us feel welcome in Liverpool. Had a fantastic stay. Comfortable, warm rooms. Toast and tea/coffee in the morning was an added bonus!

The staff were ace, very friendly and did what they could to meet our requests. Breakfast included. Clean rooms and en-suite. 5 mins drive to the docks
