The staff were amazing-super friendly and kind. very helpful after a long and tiring journey.

The outside walkway was so noisy that as soon as somebody walked on it, I woke up resulting in next to no sleep. The bed sheets didn't feel clean and the bin hadn't been emptied, the overall impression was that the room hadn't been thorougly cleaned since the occupant before me.

I loved the whole concept of the hotel. Modern design and interesting concept. The staff had been very helpful, kind and eager to meet us.

Not enough room for 2 people with luggage. One had to climb on the bed so the other could open the suitcase. Located in a nice area but very muddy at night so the carpet was constantly dirty.

Snoozebox offers excellent value for money in overpriced city. A real bonus was free parking for as long as we wanted. There was easy access to city either on foot or by public transport. Great bistro for breakfast just 5 minutes away. A nice touch - free glass of prosecco when we arrived!

Staff were on the ball and very friendly Location was fairly good (close to Haymarket Station) Clean Everything we needed was there - great use of space to provide bed, bathroom (including large mirror which was good for getting ready), tv, storage (even hangers and rail to hang up clothes.....even a safe!

It is very small, but that's to be expected. A bit noisy at times with people walking past. Car park full of pot holes Was still fairly expensive for what it was, but during the Edinburgh festival rates are ridiculous everywhere.

the style of the cabins and the rooms were well planned. The location was handy as it was central in town

there was no towels in my room couldn't find the heating control until morning when i found it inside a toilet roll in a drawer. this meant that the fan blasted cold air into the room all night which was noisy and cold. there was quite a lot of noise from other people staying but i can understand it as it was the end of edinburgh festival. location was good but the area was not very tidy and more work could have been done to improve the presentation of the whole place. we arrived in the dark and lack of lighting made finding the entrance tricky

Price and availability even in short notice Located fairly close to Edinburgh attractions and the mall parking space and internet (I could book sth else for the rest of my stay)

Unaware of the snoozebox format and booking in a hurry - so it was very surprising to see so industrial design in the middle of muddy, dirty yard as the place for a family weekend in Edinburgh. Even though microscopic "rooms" are quite functional still it is the place for littlemen backpackers The "reception" tent cold and unfriendly

The bed was excellent size, shower was really good, enormous car park and great location. Great for one night :)

Lack of fresh air as you cannot open the window and the ventilation could be better. A bit too small to feel good for more than one night.

Compact and cosy but had all you need Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere Really good value for money Super comfy beds-slept better than at home Great little wet room

No Wi fi available Didn't get our glass of Prosecco!!!! ;) No rain awnings on metal structure outside each room When bed linen was changed, the clean one was badly mildew stained Don't share room with someone you don't know well!

Everything inside the room seems to be very new. Good location

Very very small rooms. Not good for more than two people. No privacy in the toilet. The door doesn`t close completely. There is no wifi access in the rooms.

Highlight of the trip, clean and neat. New to watch. Fast-acting and skillfully staff. If its only fore one or two days you will survive it :-)

Very small sleepers. Proposal to put a folding chair in each cabin, so you do not have to sit two bed when you eat from pullout table. The area around is dull and muddy and looks like a building site. The community could easily be made more cozy and inviting.
