Comfy beds, clean and compact and nice staff.
The site was fairly muddy and uneven but would have been better with more lighting.
Small, compact room design. Like sleeping in a train compartment. Expensive for what it is.
Price and cleanliness and friendliness
The beds were very comfy! If all you really need is a safe place to sleep and not all the extras of a fancy hotel, it's great.
The location is really good, very close from the Old Town and also from the main bus lines.
It is too small, if you want to open your luggage two people can't stand at the same time, one of them has to climb on to the bed. But it's ok just for sleeping and you have your own shower, that is always better than sharing.
Location was good
Very expencsive for what it was
Comportable and convenient. Clean and close to centre. Not too noisy. Loved the parking.
No grass or trees as per brochure. Not a lot of air flow.
It was a bit of a novelty for a weekend. The beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful.
It was a bit small. Fine for a weekend but wouldn't want to stay there longer with two in the room. It was a bit noisy in the night when people walked along the corridor outside the room. Could have done with lights on the path from the car park. These were all small things though, I'd recommend the place for short stays.
It said it had free wifi but it didnt work
great idea , portable hotel !
Good location and staff very friendly
I missed having a window to allow fresh air.
Clean and comfortable. Small, but that was expected given the price during the Edinburgh Festival.
Turned up at check-in time but had to wait for around 45 mins as room wasn't ready. Room was eventually switched to allow us in to one that was ready, but don't know why that couldn't have been done sooner.
easy parking close by comfy beds central location friendly and helpful staff quiet and peaceful
muddy ground with large puddles near accommodation units during wet weather, could be easily sorted by providing mats. Rooms had NO housekeeping not great if you stayed more than one night
Stayed here during Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Cost was horrendous but there wasn't much available by the time we booked. The room is small but totally fine for one night :-) We knew what to expect - it's pretty small but for one couple for one night was comfy and easy to get around!
location good , clean , good value in the festival , felt safe
very very small , cant get out of bed without climbing over partner , not much storage , can see into toilet while other person using it , wi fi wants us to sign up our details before using it so looked like it would be spamming u sfor years after we used it
Quality bed linen and extremely comfortable beds. Toiletries provided. Air conditioning. Amazing value for money during the Edinburgh festival.
The site was poorly lit and ill prepared for anyone on foot. Gravel had been put on the ground over the soil to form a path but the rain had been heavy. Consequently negotiating a puddle free route in the dark was impossible. Wet feet!
Compact, yet features everything you need. Friendly staff. Clean. Very comfortable beds.
Location, although it was central, it wasn't immediately easy to find.
low cost, great location, easy to find and easy to get into the centre, friendly staff, comfy bed
the lights in our room kept tripping, wifi connection was very poor everywhere.
Location was good
Tiny, too hot, not clean, I could go on...
It was somewhere to sleep.
Poorly trained staff. Hard to find the snoozebox. Dangerous conditions at night with no lighting and pot holes. Mould spores on pillow. Room wasn't ready at check in. Sounds trivial but for the price I expected so much better. There isn't enough room to write how poor our stay was.
Compact, clean with very helpful staff.
noise of generator outside door!
Quiet comfortable bed designed very well value
no landscaping on the site, like a builders yard. no toilet in the reception area, we had to wait for our room to be cleaned at 2pm and there wasn't a toilet to use
The price and convenience
Smaaaall But i expected it
First of all, the room was clean, I really liked the hotel , I wish I could stay there more but it is a bit expensive for a single person.
Had to move as first was broken
