the bed was really comfortable and they upgraded me to the 4 ppl room which was very big and had a small kitchen inside
you might get woken up by the noise in the morning from next door
Big comfortable bed Well appointed room quiet Great bathroom with powerful shower didn't try the WiFi..
No central switch for the lights :(
The staff were very helpful and polite. Great that you could book parking too. Easy to get into central London on the bus. Room spacious and fairly quiet. We were visiting friends very near by so the location was excellent from this point of veiw
The toliet was a little dirty when we first arrived but this was rectified as soon as we pointed it out. The room also smelt of stale food (the rooms have cooking facilities). This could be addressed by having air freshners etc...
They hung onto our luggage all day after we had checked out, allowing us to enjoy London with no hassle!
The kitchen only had 1 of everything when 2 of us booked in, we had to take it in turns to eat brekkie!
The bed was very comfortable and spacious. I loved having a kitchenette with utensils and cutlery, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, even a small stove. We were staying for three days so it was nice to be able to settle in a bit. There was some coffee, tea, sugar and milk sachets to get you started if you hadn't time to stop, but there was a tesco situated about 5 minutes or less of a walk up the street. I loved the shower and also the heated floors in the bathroom!!
Everything was very modern but maybe beginning to show a bit of wear and tear.
Room was lovely an clean and very spacious! Location was brilliant too!
staff were unhelpful No iron or ironing board No hairdryer Lightbulb missing in bedside light and another light did not work No phone in room!
The staff was really nice and helpful and ready to help
The daily clean up of the room was fair with an overall cleanup happening every three days! I think a daily cleanup would have made a huge difference.
Having a shower kept setting off the fire alarm and got told to stop setting it off by staff like it was our fault! No sign anywhere advising this would cause it and we can't possibly have been the only ones that have ever had a shower in the room. No hairdryer in the hotel so i couldn't wash my hair before my party! Really upsetting.
Very Comfy Bed. Room was airy and large. Very quiet. Asked for Hairdryer and iron - Got them within 5 mins. Location great for our needs - Also very handy for C London (one train stop to either Victoria/Waterloo 5mins away)
One Set of Crockery. One chair in room. (Unable to eat at the same time). Bit of mould in the bathroom.
Really comfortable bed Clean Staff really helpful Good size room and bathroom
No the best location but I suppose this is reflected in the room rates which were very reasonable.
nice bathroom, and nice compact kitchen,
smelt of smoke
The room was lit and it had reasonable space.
Switches were not functioning properly. Bulbs were not fixed An extra night in the hotel was very much expensive - not value for money Kitchenette could be more equipped
large studio, excellent layout and comfy bed, spacious accommodation with large bathroom. Downstairs reception area was welcoming and light and airy. The evening and overnight staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.
Room was rather dark and needed more lighting - room was cold on arrival and took time to warm up. Breakfast box which was expensive at £11 was missing several items and milk was not fresh - the girl on reception in the morning refused to discount the cost of the breakfast box which I think she should have. Not ideal for business as location relies solely on bus transport with no underground nearby and quite a way to Clapham junction.
Large, comfortable room Most staff were good Secure underground car park
As with most hotels, room way too hot Due to set up you have to be escorted to/from car park by member of staff One member of staff was temporarily unprofessional If you're driving, ask for the address of the car park and not the hotel (different road)
Location was great: on bus routes to Clapham Junction and walking distance to Queenstown Road station Room was spacious with large, comfortable double bed and sofa bed. Lovely shower in en-suite and large mirror Kitchenette was very useful although not hugely stocked with utensils.
Receptionist quite abrupt on checking in, I had an email confirming early check-in but was told on arrival we were too early and early check-in was only available if the room was ready.
Staff were very helpful and polite. The room was clean but tired. Lovely large shower to wake you up in the morning.Very handy to have under ground parking and handy for visiting the centre of London.
The room was tired, the floor tiles in the bathroom were broken, the paint on the skirting board had flaked off due to the water from shower splashing out from the lovely shower. Dark in the room due to insufficient lighting when sat eating.
Nice big room (lux. Suite). Modern clean bathroom with separate shower and bath.
Poor double glazing meant room was noisy from road noise. Cheap spring mattress on bed was very hard. Kitchenette is a joke - 1 teaspoon and 1 frying pan no saucepans. A few other really useful utensits like a cheese grater and a 2 ring hob. What are you going to put on it? Furniture worn and chipped. No desk for business use. Only 2 hangers in wardrobe. Difficult to see what luxury is. Expected much higher trim level for top end room. Owners should stay in the room then try the Rafayel or Verta to understand what luxury means. Guest checking on ahead of me was shunted off to "sister hotel" on grounds of broken toilet. I suspect they do this regularly to spread bookings. Staff often not around but helpful when they were. Sofa bed was made up in room 'as standard' despite booking as a sole traveller.
Got informed at 4.30pm on the day of arrival that they didn't have a room for me. The alternative SO apartments that I was put up in (Hammersmith) had very poor cleanliness. Stains on the carpet, fridge smelt disgusting, furniture of poor quality and upkeep. Never staying at an SO place again.
Warm greeting on reception Very spacious bedroom and bathroom Very clean Easy to find
In my room( as noted in other comments) there was a drift in through window of cigarette smoke
reception staff very helpful bed comfy reasonable parking charge
some bathroom tiles broken only one cup in the kitchenette very mean with the tea/coffee sugar
The room was quiet - on the top floor and facing the river. The room was fine for one night and the kitchenette was useful.
We had not realised the window was open (the curtains were closed when we arrived) and we were right under the flight path so had little sleep. There was no kettle in the room and we had to go downstairs to get more codes for the wifi as the first ones did not work.
Close to bus station Kitchenette a wonder asset Comfortable bed Kind and helpful reception Wifi service excellent
Carpets could do with a steam clean.
Very big rooms, very modern
We did not have water for almost 2 full days. They sent us to their "sister hotels", that were quite far away and were not really to the same standards. Bathroom floors floods as water overflows from the shower. Rooms leading to the street are very noisy
