Close to tube and overground. Very comfortable bed.
Fixtures and fittings looked tired. Kitchen floor was very sticky.
Apartment was spacious, clean and right where we needed to be.

Location, staff are courteous, value for money
Wifi connection is unreliable, having to log in almost every seconds, The TV channel does not have varieties, mostly 'foreign' channels. No CNN/BBC/Ajezeera News etc!!!! Not acceptable. The cleaners do not understand English.
Close to underground station Staff helpful
Old, dirty and tired rooms Furniture, bed and sofa very uncomfortable Located on a busy high street right next to traffic lights, so had to listen to traffic all night Website pics and details on quality very different from reality
The hotel's location is convenient for both the Overground (right next door) and the Underground (a 3 minute walk to the Bakerloo line). It's cheap for somewhere with its own kitchen, and the bathrooms seemed new and fresh, with good shower pressure.
The advertising and information about this hotel is extremely misleading. It describes itself as 4* and "luxury", but it's pretty basic: I would say 3* in some respects, and 2* in others. The most shocking thing I encountered was a kettle with a blackened cord in which the wires were exposed. Totally dangerous and reportable to the Local Authority. There were cracks in the bathroom sink, marks all over the walls and work surfaces in the kitchen, and huge gouges around the locks on the entry doors to the flats I stayed in. (Yes, flats. The first one they showed me was "Standard" and contained all the above problems, so I asked to be moved. They put me in a "Luxury" apartment that was just about tolerable. Actually I had to tolerate it because my employer had booked non-refundably through Booking.com and the hotel refused to talk about a refund despite the facilities being so poor. There is no fitness centre in the hotel, despite what it says on the site ("guests can benefit from a fitness centre") - the centre is next door, and you have to pay £5.50 a day to use it. I was amazed by this: part of the reason I booked was to have access to the gym, and they have photographs of gym equipment in their advertising, so what are you supposed to think? The kitchen facilities were also poor until I complained and asked for more equipment (one spoon in a four-person apartment, one tiny saucepan, no wooden spoons, etc.) I also think it's pretty outrageous to claim that their apartments usually cost £300 a night but that you're getting it for the bargain price of £70 or whatever - I cannot imagine that they ever charge £300. They couldn't possibly justify that. It's just a ploy to make you think you're getting a good deal. Don't fall for it. This is a £70-a-night sort of place, and it feels like it.
Location Space Full bathroom Everything I needed was there
Bed quite hard Nowhere to sit comfortably
Staff very friendly and helpful
Bedroom up to date and comfortable however blinds all broken. Living room could do with re vamp, new couch and blinds particularly.
Dirty lining Awful bed to Sleep in where you can feel the springs
good cost vs. benefit services staff
Such a nice apartment at the first glance. Lovely size and nice bathroom.
Internet was supposed to be free yet I had to ask for a voucher which I didn't receive til late at night. Heating in the bedroom didn't work and it was so cold in there. Floor in the kitchen/diner/lounge area was dirty and looked like it hadn't been hoovered. Some of the blinds were broken. Although there was cutlery and crockery etc there were no tea towels and no washing up liquid to clean them.
false information regarding fitness facility has not been amended even after reporting it several times. There is no gym at the hotel rather one has to sign up and pay for membership at a gym in the basement
Location plennty of shops nearby. Helpful staff. Nerby buses and tube plus over ground stations. Near by halal shops.
Beds uncomfortable. Basic forniture. Train nearby overnight but is not that noisy at all. Some areas of hallway are smelly.
The kitchen cookers looked like they belonged to another generation
We had no hot water for 3 days - & their idea to fix this was to move us to a smaller room with1 less bed
It was perfect location cozy rooms
Location good - close to underground, staff friendly, bathroom very clean
Floors had not been cleaned, not enough mugs etc if 4 people sharing, broken blinds and bins, wardrobe very wobbly, actually fell on me whilst removing clothes! Advertised as luxury apartment - certainly wasn't. Bathroom only part that is 4*, rest can only be 2* at best!
Torn bedsheets, uncomfortable pillows and bed, not even a tissue box??? No batteries in remote... At this day and age? Very noisy area...
How the staff helped resolve our boiler issues
Fit for purpose
The pictures made the place look more glam than it was Parking nightmare Location. Not the nicest.
Responsive staff at counter Taxi service close by - cross the road Tesco - round the corner Various other grocery stores or fast food joints nearby TK Maxx 7 minutes walk away Tube station 5 minutes away Comfy bed
Two fights heard/seen in the neighborhood over 4 days Towel heater burnt our son when he scraped against it Nothing much more really - there was good value to be had here.
Kilburn is central, two underground stations around, Supermarket round the corner
Room was not as shown on website, poor condition, broken microwave, mattress very worn, dark aspect, signs of damp, no housekeeping given, excessive train noise, view poor, rooms poorly appointed, not like pictures
Close to tube and overground. Good high street shops. Lovely receptionist. Hot shower. Cheapish price for 3 nights. We were out most of time so wasn't so much hassle.
Unbelievable noise on Sat night. Fight outside from club next door. Two ambulances & 4 police cars. Receptionist offered to move us. Blinds broken. Looked unkempt. Sick on road outside.
Only decent thing about the apartment was the location and friendly staff.
The kitchen quality was bad, there were no complimentary tea bags or mugs. There was no bins in the apartment and hardly any mirrors so a group of girls trying to get ready was impossible. The worsr part of the trip was the sofa bed which looked like it needed to go in a skip! I slept in it barely a few hours and ended up with massive, sore red lumps over my body! My face, chest, hands and still continuing to spread. Went doctors and was told I must have picked up some bugs or something from where I slept. Totally ruined christmas for me as I now have a sore face which i can't show! Never again will I be staying there!
Location excellent clean spacious and comfortable
Our original appt double booked so were offered two rooms at this hotel which was a lot more expensive. We chose to have one room with an extra bed and was then charged for bed the next day without authorisation which was unfair. Another bathroom would have been a plus
