Excellent staff and service. Loads of space. Great value. Very near tube station.

Not a particularly nice part of London, but worth the compromise. No hair dryer or iron in room.

Furniture are not available at all!!! The deluxe apartment ( sold for 4 persons ) was big enough for two kids when the parents sleep in an other deluxe apartment. The sofa was dirty and not comfortable and too small. We had to pay 25 pounds per nights to add a single bad ( even the reservation was for 4 adults ) . Only one toilet paper roll For four days....... I let you imagine we were oblige to use a newspaper!!!!!

The staff at so quartier were extremely friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay. We stayed in apartment 105 which was exactly like the pictures provided by so quartier. Clean and warm. The apartments are directly between a tesco (with atm) and a pub that serves decent food.

I liked the location 24/7 shops on your doorstep! So close to london! City center I liked the staff, I liked having that extra space, and iliked the kitchen although not used, if I need to stay round there again it will be my first choice!

For what we paid for three to stay so close to london not much! Its not the hilton! I did not even mind the 20.00 pound p/night parking, actually would recommend that! You should book ahead as there are only a few spaces! £ for £ its a great place.

Internet didnt work in the room, only at the lift. Apartman wasnt clean Carpet smelled of glue Hot water run out after 3 minutes, not so good with a 4 member family Kitchen equipment was poor

Friday and Saturday nights was a bit noisy and a lot of glasses were broken.

Good sized clean room

The main window in our apartment didnt close properly so at night, located on a noisy and busy road it was extremely difficult to sleep which wasn't helped by an uncomfortable bed and a delivery at the next door pub at 6am one morning with barrels being thrown around for 30'minutes. Location wasnt great although there is a Tesco Express underneath the apartments and a Starbucks a few doors away. The apartment was very bare, the TV had to be retuned to get UK channels and there wasn't a full set of cutlery.

Upon arrival we were told due to maintenance problems we were being booked into one of their other hotels which turned out to be in a completely different area of London and required us to get the underground and then a bus. As they had not contacted me to inform me of this before arriving to save us the double trip across London, we had to cancel our plans for that evening as we were running late. The hotel we ended up staying in had opened the week before but they had no keys for the rooms, only a master key. So everytime we came back to the hotel we had to wait for someone to let us into the building which sometimes took 15 mins, then a member of staff had to take us to our room to let us in. They did upgrade us to an executive room, however, this room had not been finished - it was a self-catered apartment but there was no kettle, no pots and pans or cooking utensils and on the first day we had no cutlery. There was also a lot of dust on the surfaces left from them drilling holes in the wall. Overall, we were disappointed with the service (not once did anyone just simply apologise) and as a result we will be following it up with an official complaint.

The location was fine. The apartment was OK, but nothing with luxury. The staff help us with the taxi to the airport.

The bed was the worst bed of my life, honestly... We ask to fix a broken window in the apartment, but no one appear to fix it, and they just ignore us... Very few TV channels, and most of them in arabic. The BBC News did not work well.

It has a perfect location where close to one metro station and one over ground railway station, making it convenient to look around London although it is not in zone 1-2.

room were not clean enough, and a premier room which can contain 4-5 people as it claimed but only got one little cooker, the facilities in the room really limited.

Standard rooms , no thrill and only good if you are looking for a place to rest your head if you have been out on the town. Not very comfortable and reminded me of university halls.

Noises. We can hear the loud noise from the nightclub at night.

Apartment was very clean as was bathroom. Bed was quite comfortable. Limited quantity but reasonable range of equipment provided but no wine/champagne glasses. Large fridge.

Very hard to find the place when driving. Area very noisy on a Saturday night; room was supposed to be the more expensive one on the 'quieter side of the building': was in fact on the main Kilburn High Road and could not leave window open in bedroom in consequence. Heater in bedroom not cleaned adequately so when turned on, smell of burning from all the dust necessitated opening window (!) to get rid of smell and just made room colder! Bed linen was clean but of low quality so sheets quite rough. In kitchen, one extractor fan lights over hob did not work and oven shelves greasy and not properly cleaned.

Not very much. Staff were useless. That's the last time we will probably stay there.

The staff were incompetent. Cleaning was slap dash and not well done. The carpets were threadbare. The bins were emptied but no new bin bag placed. The pub next door was noisy. The lightening in the apartment was poor. The cooker was broken and we were unable to cook easily. The toilet was very difficult to flush, on average taking at least 4 goes before it worked. There were several problems....

We were originally checked into a dirty room, it was rather unpleasant (the previous occupants were quite dirty - ie, used condoms left in the room for all to see). However, we returned to the reception and was given a clean room almost immediately. We had a travel cot, but it was difficult to put is up safely without it collapsing on our infant.

When I have arrived the hotel they changed me to other hotel in paddington it's not the same hotel bad hotel I caming to hotel to rest so I complim this is the frist time happned to me with booking wahat can I do Regardes

Absolutely nothing i really don't want to remember the hotel/apartment.

Firstly they do not obey the terms (this is a free cancellation booking) as my credit card was deducted on the 6th of September and I was scheduled to move in on the 14th. I immediately called the hotel for which they apologize but did nothing. The room was dirty for which i complained and still nothing was done. They gave us just one old small cooking pot and we requested for at least one extra pot and the lady in the reception promise to send it to us but she did not.We could not use their electric kettle because it was dirty and rusty. They gave us a torn ed towel. The rooms were not cleaned, waste were not emptied, in fact I had to leave with my family on the 3rd day and gave them the last day for my safety and that of my family. I wonder how they got the 4 star they were given. please this hotel does not have any star at all.

Nice clean room and the staff were very helpful and friendly...
