NIce quality standard , friendly staff, close to station. One bed flat had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable.

Location on Kilburn HIgh Rd is very noisy, hardly slept a wink!

Worth the price. Convenient location right beside Tesco express and Kilburn Park underground.

Kitchen utensils are somewhat old, so required care while using them.

Good value for money apartment style hotel with supermarket below the property. Two minute walk to Kilburn Park Underground station on the Bakerloo Line. Free internet that not only worked, but worked perfectly unlike so may hotels that promise but don't deliver.

Our apartment was looking a little tired. There are no "Do Not Disturb" signs & twice housekeeping entered the apartment without knocking. Serviced only every 3 days which we missed when making the reservation.

Personnel's attitude and willingness to help. They even printed e-tickets on departure for us.

Noise during the night. We understand it's not easy to avoid as Kilburn High St is a main road.

The location was great, facilities were modern, and it had a supermarket right around the corner.

When we arrived there was a really bad smell of something burnt in the kitchen but it went away after a day. The other travellers with me found the beds a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is convenience because it is close to tesco, just beneath teh hotel, STARbuck coffee is just 2 minutes walk and the subway _Kilburn Parka nd also the buses to go to Oxford St and PAddington (98 and 332). It willbe a sweet memory for me and my family. The staffs are friendly and helpful--- apprecaite their sincere helps - Asma, Viren and John. I will always remember all of you.

One thing I don like is only the cleanliness. My family stay for 4 days and nobody come to clean the room. I hope this can be improved in order to maintain your quality as a good apartment for break

Had excellent holiday in large comfortable appartment

The bathroom looked recently refurbished & was clean with new towels.

The room was tatty - needed new carpet. The kitchen was not clean. There were metal strip blinds on the windows which didn't block out the light so I had to put towels over the windows in order to sleep. The room was extremely noisy as it was one floor above killburn high street which was very very noisy all night long. I had a terrible nights sleep.

The location was great - cash machine and Tesco next door. Not far from the tube station/taxi company. Pubs and shops around. The apartment was spacious. Bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Plenty of towels. It was lovely to have a dining area. Bed was very comfortable with clean, white sheets. Reception staff were very friendly.

Sofa's looked a bit dirty (and was very far away from the TV).
