I only liked that it is a two bed flat! Everything else is bad! Everything! They don't have air conditioning, so if it's hot you have to open the windows. And when you open the windows, you will not be able to sleep because of the noise caused by the trains that pass by all night long! Moreover, the beds are dirty. And I suffered allergies form there beds (red spots on the skin and they itch)! Simply, it's not what you want!

I booked the room for 3 people, I had the opportunity to book for 2 (as under 8's can stay free on couch) but I chose to pay extra so my son had a bed, when we arrived our room was dirty, dark, stained everywhere and very grubby (not to mention the noise). I complained and said what I'd booked which was for 3 people on the quiet side of the building, the lady was helpful and showed us all the rooms that were available, none of the 8 rooms she showed us looked anything like the web pictures and they were all grubby, carpets worn through, sofa beds falling to pieces; it was the worse place I've ever stay!!! This is not 4 star I would say more 1. Save your money and choose a different hotel....I Definitely would never stay there again...not even if it was the last hotel available in London, don't waste your money as I did!!!!!

Decent sized apartments, bathroom and bedrooms were clean and tidy. Kitchen was relatively clean with all the appliances we could have needed. Modern interior with big windows which are useful as it does get pretty warm in there. Friendly, helpful staff. Shops and cafes underneath the hotel as well as an underground station just a few minutes away - very convenient. The area was a little intimidating, didn't feel very comfortable walking around outside, especially at night and not much parking available.

Filthy carpets and a general shabby feel gave big disappointment from the facilities and photographs shown on the website. We left dissatisfied and commented on our concerns to the reception staff on our departure. Arriving at 6.00 pm new years eve for the London celebrations gave us no option but to endure the accommodation. We shall not return or recommend this site or company based on this experience. You failed to deliver to the standards and expectations you advertised.

Bathroom was spotless. Nice fluffy towels.Bed was very comfy and the bedding was also spotless. Convenient to where we wanted to visit. Stains on bedroom carpet looked disgusting. Lack of homeliness in lounge area. Could do with a few more ornaments and pictures on the walls. Wall unit/book case was bare, nothing on it at all. More kitchen utensils would have been better.

Very nice staff and good place, close to underground and buses.Convenient and well equiped apartments.Everything you need for a good time in London. Wwhen i came and booked in advance they told me that i must go for one night to another hotel in Paddington (and this is absolurly not the same). It was very uncomfortable and only one thing that left a bad feeling from this hotel.

Convenient location, value for money, very friendly staff. General condition of the appartment was a little shabby. Very cheap carpet. Although the bathroom and the bed linen felt clean, the general feeling was that it hadn't been dusted! Also the kitchen didn't feel super clean.

The overnight front desk manager was absolutely first class. Even went to a nearby supermarket to buy a bottle opener as there wasn't one in the room. Could be more specific on how to find the place - although it has a number and address as being on the main street, it's actually 20m down a side street.

If this place is 4 star then I'm a monkeys uncle. The room was tired it had filler in the walls and ceiling and desparately needed painting. I had to ask for most of the amenities that should have been in the room such as pans, iron even coat hangers. The carpet was full of iron burns (maybe thats why they didn't like leaving an iron in the room). The cooker didn't work properly the room had blinds which were smashed up. To add to that this room was on the front of the premises and the traffic noise was unbelievable. The shower could scald as the temperature went from warm to boiling at the slightest adjustment. Can't recommend from my experience.

Good location for what we wanted, the apartment, bedding etc was very clean, the apartment was much better than a hotel room, plenty of space to 'spread out' and relax. We parked in their car park so didn't have to worry about the car at all. The receptionist was very helpful and even had our bags taken to the apartment whilst we parked the car. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back. It was too warm in the apartment and very noisy if the windows were opened, but not nearly as noisy as we expected, having read other reviews. The car park was difficult to find and the arrangement with the car park pass was a bit inconvenient.

Friendly staff and efficient. Appartment facilities suit me better than a hotel. The price was good. Maybe we were unlucky - we stayed 2 nights -the first night we got virtually no sleep as there was such a commotion outside- breaking bottles screaming. We usually go to bed about 1 am.The area transformed into a very rough scene at night. To compound it the Tescos store which is situated on the ground floor takes its deliveries between 6-7 am at a door with trolleys just below the window of number 102. The second night wasn't just so bad. We were visiting family and as it was only 2 nights so we survived but future guests may wish to consider this may not be the quietest couple of nights you spend.

“It was a pleasure staying in a Hotel where everything worked well. There was no damage to any of the tiles in the bathroom and the hot water was plentiful, unlike other hotels that we have stayed in. Our juniour suite was fabulous with panoramic views of London city. The mini bar was fully stocked and the whole experience was thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable.” Nigel, Hereford |
