The location is excellent. It is a 3mn walk from Hammersmith station which has excellent tube (multiple lines) and bus connections, lots of local shops and is also on the line to Heathrow (very easy to come in and out). The staff were very nice. The room was available earlier than the check-in time so they gave it to us and it was not needed on the day we left, so they let us keep our luggage in the room in our last afternoon. The 1 bedroom was spacious, clean, Wifi worked just fine. Would definitely recommend it. London is quite pricey and this is a very good price/quality compromise.

Very close to the Underground and many places to shop nearby without having to go to Central London

Furniture was broken a bit, master bathroom was without a heater and was too cold to shower in.

Wi-fi router was often going off thus limiting me from accessing the internet. The drain (hole) in the shower cubicle was not very effective in draining the bath water from the shower.

There is nothing I do not like at So Sienna. I have stayed there 6 times now and will continue to return.

The finish on the flat was to a high standard. The location was close to Shepherds Bush Green.

We were moved to a different location to the one I booked, this meant that I have to pay taxi fare to the venue rather than walking. This was not 4 star as the booking stated and what I was expecting - good 3 star. The fixtures were not there - not enough cooking utensils, not coordinated decorating style, no information given when I booked in not even the address of the accomodation, how to access the internet etc.

Friendly staff, informative and helpful

I love the spacious rooms and the facilities especially the kitchen. We can cook here and it makes us like our home! Another thing is they provide us free wifi so that we can stay connected with our family in our hometown. They are awesome! I'll definitely come back and stay here again!

The dustbin is rather small that it gets full quickly.

Damp Smell, Mould around bathrooms, leeking toilet, door handles falling off, stains on ceiling, Kitchen mixer tap not connected properly, mirrors smashed, uncomfortable bed, badly painted windows, storage heaters, door wedges holding doors open so that you did not become trapped in rooms when handles fell off.

Steep narrow stairs to second floor.

I initially booked a one bedroom studio.. but on arrival me and my friend were upgraded to a one bedroom flat, which catered for 4 people. the flat was very clean, very slick, smart, lots of room. 2 bathrooms, a nice kitchen, microwave, washing machine, cooker, kettle, toaster and oven... a sofa bed too and table.. the staff were very welcoming and catered for us. Very happy. also it was 3 minute walk from the underground station.

the oven did not work... was little sad about that.. and staff said it didn't work... so had to buy food that needed cooking on the cooker. The bedroom was slightly cold... but the duvets were lovely and warm

Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice large room with clean bathroom and kitchen area. Some items looking a little dated but I didnt mind given the price.

Signage could have been a bit clearer as I drove past it once and got stuck in the one way system.

No elevator (I was on the fourth floor) Fewer facilities than I had expected.

The whole apartment was very good. All was clean and tidy on arrival.

Room temperature rather low. Television did not work, however we did not need it.

Was exactly as per the description, friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of room to chill out and relax, shower was hot and powerful.. Great, will be going back

The apartment itself was nice on the surface

We arrived at so sienna hammersmith only to be told there were heater problems and we were being moved to shepherds bush. I was angry that they couldn't have called to inform me of this prior to my journey across London. On arrival at the new apartment everything seemed ok until we tried to put the heating on. And we only touched the curtains and the pole fell down. The staff had to be called numerous times to sort the heating out as it was during the snow. Very poor communication.

I booked this last minute for four actors who were performing at the Lyric Theatre, Hammersmith. The price was reduced making it affordable if they shared two and two. They were delighted with the accommodation especially after a long week touring in the snow.

Great stay - comfortable and clean - second time I have stayed and found everything to be very good for a great price in west London. A bargain even! Thank you, ~Zoe~

So sienna was a great place for me, my partner and 2 young children to stay. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It was extremely clean and the bathrooms were lovely. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This was perfect location for us, and a great place to unwind after a great day sight seeing in the city!!! Highly recommend

The location, staff friendly and helpful we cancelled from 8 nights to 2 nights and were refunded the full 6 nights without any problem -Great.
