Staff was helpful and rooms were very nice and clean. We had a studio including kitchenette. Street was very quiet and peaceful. Near tube.

We wished to stay in that area as we are familiar with it. It's very close to hammersmith tube station. Staff were very helpful. The place is not so much of a hotel but an apartment which I liked. Can not fault this place, genuinely would recommend it. Was apprehensive having read the usual negative reviews you get when you check out hotels online but I can confirm that this is a sound place to stay. Quiet, good staff and very convenient. Would definatley recommend. Can't fault.

Our apartment was really spacious. We found it was quiet too, and yet, with the underground station not far away, we could easily get to the city centre in twenty minutes. We didn't use the kitchen much but it was nice having a fridge and being able to enjoy breakfast in bed.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable.

The staff are amazing, very very helpful and friendly. When we arrived they gave us an apartment on the second floor and there are no elevators and my mom can't handle stairs, so I requested a change and on the very next day we were given a ground-floor room. And through out the 8 nights we received very lovely treatment, and we didn't lose anything although there was no safe in the apartment. Last night we had a 5 person staying with us, they provided an additional mattress with bedding free of charge. The hotel is very close to hammersmith station which has 4 underground lines, and it's close to Westfield mall in Shepherd's bush which has many great brands and restaurants.

The sofa bed isn't very comfy like the normal bed.

There are plenty of space ,and installed a washing machine , a microwave oven and a fridge. Quite near from Hammersmith station and some supermarkets.

The door of washing machine was broken and a towel was left in it, but staff didn't mention it. Although they arrenged to repair it next day ( cos I made a complainment about it ), it didn't work.There was still the towel . I stayed for 2 days, so I couldn't use the washing machine. When I do the complaint before leaving, they insisted the washing machine did work. The point is I couldn't understand why they left the towel if the door could open. The reason I chose this hotel was to use some facilities including washing machine, so I was really disappointed.

Location

Living room bin emptied and I think , vacuumed but the bathroom was not attended to or bin emptied the whole time we were there.

Lots of space. Bed comfortable and clean.Hot water and bathroom good. Staff very nice.

Some furniture stained and of poor quality, carpet getting a little rough, needed a fresh coat of paint. Some of the fixtures looked like they were scratch and dent specials or picked up at the one pound store (which can be done successfully but not in this case.

The location is great and the size of apartments makes it worthwhile. The reception staff are also extremely friendly and attentive.

The flats were unnecessarily rundown in places with paint pealing and plastic strips missing from the shower so the floor flooded etc. When we complained about the bag of springs supposed to be a mattrass they did change it for a better one. We stayed here before in a regular flat and it was again great to have the space but really rundown. The other annoying detail is the number of times people knock on your door. We tried to get the heating sorted and ended up with endless numbers of people in and out over days...

As we were in London for a tradeshow at Olympia, So Sienna was convenient, reasonably priced with parking opposite. Our room in the basement was a good size and pretty quiet for London.

Staff extremely helpful, room spotless and comfortable. When asked to replace lightbulbs staff responded immediately. Would definately stay there again.

Receptionist was very friendly and the hotel was only 5 min walk from Hammersmith tube.

Bed was very uncomfortable, tv didn't work very well. People in room next door had parties from midnight till 6am for 2 nights which meant no sleep, and with no phone in the room to call reception to complain meant staying awake all night!!! Not happy!

There is a lot of choice when visiting London for a few days and whilst location, location, location can be a deal breaker quite often service and price can be lacking. I had never considered Hammersmith before, but what a find So Sienna was... Service with a smile, daily cleaning, hot showers, comfy beds and best of all clean and comfortable linens... And what sets this place apart is there attentive nature and ability to communicate with guests in a friendly and helpful manner. I thoroughly recommend this Hotel and will certainly be staying again!! Oh and don't forget it is less than 5 minutes walk from 2 tube lines - bonus!

This is the second time we have stayed here and couldn't imagine needing to stay anywhere else. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room clean and tidy and had everything we needed. I've seen some comments on websites about this hotel being dirty, I've not experienced that either time. The carpet is a little bit grubby, but that's because it's a cream carpet. I love this hotel and would not stay anywhere else in west London, if I can help it.
