The location is great. I was in a small room on the top florr which was nice but the tv was not working. The staff promptly tried to solve the problem and when they told me that the tv could not be fixed they moved me to a one bedroom apartment. I was very impressed with their professionalism. Will definately stay again.

1. On the first day the stove (for cooking) did not work. Therefore we could not cook and had to go out to have dinner. This was an extra fatigue and cost for us. 2. The heating in bathroom did not work. 3. The bedside lamps in the bedroom did not work. 4. The room was equipped for two while the reservation was for four persons and we had to continue asking for missing items. 5. The room was not equipped with a dishwasher as stated in the description on the web. 6. On the last day in the morning there was no hot (even warm) water. This was very annoying ! 7. The room was not in the main building, therefore with less security and service level.

Spacious apartment with two bathrooms. Quiet. Excellent kitchen facilities. Comfortable beds. Great location near to Tube station and shops.

TV picture quality could be better. Insufficient crockery for four people.

The bed are confortable but the sofa bed is really bad. The people are kind and helpfull

At the first night we had to go to another place because they were with heater problems. The other option was ok but in this mean time we lost time doing the changes. My plans for the first day changed because of that.

It was minutes away from The London Apollo which is what we were visiting London for.

Fully equipped apartment and near to subway & bus station.2-3 Minutes of walking distance. Would like to come again. Definitely.

Customer care services need to be improved. We had a problem with the kitchen light (not working out) and had been told that it would be fixed by the time we arrive home at night. Unfortunately, the night shift staff didn't share the problem with the day shift and of course, nothing had been done until we inform the staff again.

The location and closeness to Hammersmith station. The shops around the hotel. The style and decoration. 24 hour reception. Tea and coffee making facilities. Water cooler machine downstairs! Warmth.

Window blinds were broken. Bathroom sink very blocked Carpets stained.

Very comfortable and very warm. Tv service was poor but it was not an issue. Very clean, plenty of hot water, spacious accommodation. Just 4 min walk from Hammersmith Station. Avery nice stay, we would definitely use again.

The staff are amazing, very very helpful and friendly. When we arrived they gave us an apartment on the second floor and there are no elevators and my mom can't handle stairs, so I requested a change and on the very next day we were given a ground-floor room. And through out the 8 nights we received very lovely treatment, and we didn't lose anything although there was no safe in the apartment. Last night we had a 5 person staying with us, they provided an additional mattress with bedding free of charge. The hotel is very close to hammersmith station which has 4 underground lines, and it's close to Westfield mall in Shepherd's bush which has many great brands and restaurants.

The sofa bed isn't very comfy like the normal bed.

The friendliness of the staff and the location.

I did not like walking up 4 flights of stairs to get to my room.

The location is great and the size of apartments makes it worthwhile. The reception staff are also extremely friendly and attentive.

The flats were unnecessarily rundown in places with paint pealing and plastic strips missing from the shower so the floor flooded etc. When we complained about the bag of springs supposed to be a mattrass they did change it for a better one. We stayed here before in a regular flat and it was again great to have the space but really rundown. The other annoying detail is the number of times people knock on your door. We tried to get the heating sorted and ended up with endless numbers of people in and out over days...

Staff extremely helpful, room spotless and comfortable. When asked to replace lightbulbs staff responded immediately. Would definately stay there again.

There is a lot of choice when visiting London for a few days and whilst location, location, location can be a deal breaker quite often service and price can be lacking. I had never considered Hammersmith before, but what a find So Sienna was... Service with a smile, daily cleaning, hot showers, comfy beds and best of all clean and comfortable linens... And what sets this place apart is there attentive nature and ability to communicate with guests in a friendly and helpful manner. I thoroughly recommend this Hotel and will certainly be staying again!! Oh and don't forget it is less than 5 minutes walk from 2 tube lines - bonus!
