Self contained - two bathrooms
The deluxe appratment is from standard appartment photo. No air condition system (but it is in the description). Lot of noise from the road. Starting from 4am.
Didn't provide body wash stuffs.
I like the big space inside the room and the fountain looks gorgeous at night.
The staff, they are not in their post. Made me wait 15-30 mins both checking in and out. When I arrived no one was at the reception and when staff came I was told that I cannot check in because my name in the ID is different from booking name (cathee to catherine, same last name) and he had to speak to my husband to sort things out and keep on saying that the booking.com is a third party booking engine and cannot guarantee for me that I am the same person as the one booked and when I left, no one would open the door at the reception again, i waited outside in the rain. I almost missed my plane because there's no keydrop. And the 24-hour reception desk is actually asleep at 6am. Bathroom has molds. I was brought to a room at the basement that has watermarks on the ceiling and stains everywhere. Bathroom window has no blinds and if there's a person by the door outside he could readily see a guest showering. I don't recommend this place to anybody. I don't normally complain but this is the worst 4-star hotel I've ever been to.They don't clean the place very well and cleaners only come every 3-4 days and just taking out the rubbish. My bed was made once in 3 nights 4 days stay. I will never come back again.
Loved the location - minutes to shops, pubs, tube, buses. Staff very helpful - apartment spacious and comfortable - I'd stay there again and would certainly recommend it to anyone...and have already.

Good location for those travelling into London from the west - access from M4 is straightforward and easy to find. Staff friendly and helpful.
No hot water on arrival in either kitchen or bathroom - heated towel-rail in bathroom also cold. Reported this before leaving for night out and water only lukewarm on return and in morning. This was in a basement apartment but our family members upstairs had no problems.
Apartment was enjoyable, convenient to tube line and restaurants etc.
Our full payment was taken out of our account approx. 2 weeks before we arrived. There was no arrangement for this and involved a bit of 'to-and-froing' to get the problem resolved.
After reading a few reviews I was a little bit skeptical but I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised. We actually stayed in two seperate apartments as our plans changed and we extended another week. The staff were most accommodating with this. Both apartments were quite good. The amenities were fine although maybe things like tea towels and more plates etc would have been nice (but it wasn't a major issue). I would also recommend to management to have written instructions on how to use the oven/microwave. But all in all my two girls and I were very happy. I would recommend So Sienna to anyone wanting to travel to stay in London. The tube was close by and shops and cafés were practically across the road.

The bathrooms were newly refurbished and clean. Wifi was good.
One bed for our child with asthma was covered in mold. One day we had no hot water.

Not a 4* accommodation, it may have been back in the 20th century, but not for 2014. The furniture and decor was very tatty and in need of renovation. The kitchen facilities were poor, cheap, tatty and some of the cutlery was dirty. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in, hard as a rock matress and brick like pillows, all of which needed to be replaced. I don't expect to pay £200+ a night for such a shabby (not chic) apartment. I think the owners of so sienna need to rethink their prices and star rating or replace the furniture and start painting. I will not be staying here again. I fell sorry for the staff who no doubt are bombarded with complaints!

Window blinds not working had to stand on windowsill to hoist them up to get any daylight....peeling paint on sills....badly stained carpet....no mirror in bedroom to see in to do hair and makeup... our original room given to another guest we were told we were being given an upgrade but dont think so!.......

Nothing really. Could do with a mirror on the Bedroom wall! TV would be better in the bedroom, not the kitchen area.
Location. Quiet. Felt safe. Two bathrooms. On road parking around corner - £17.60 for 24 hour period, not bad for London. It is third time that we have stayed at apartments.
No tea towels. Had to ask for saucepans, but they were brought to flat without any problems.
No tea towels for drying up, cutlery very very limited for a self catering apartment. 1 pot was dirty as something had been burnt in it previously. Kitchen area very small. Could have done with s change of bathroom towels mid week as we stayed for 5 nights.

- No hot water for shower. SHAME for claming a 4 STAR Hotel - Noisy room, you could hear the cars like if you were sleeping outside. - No Change of towels or cleaning the room. - wifi a bit poor, could not Login with my Laptop. - Area not so nice even if you are within 10 minutes from the tube.

Carpets were dusty. I started itching. On request the room was vacuumed and it felt better. Basin wasn't cleaned, papers were left on the floor indicating no pride in cleaning the room. First day bed was just closed instead of being made up

problem with showers: the previous week I burnt myself, that time round I had cold showers! staff simply apologized. It seems a recurring problem as one of my colleagues stayed there and also had cold showers, quite disappointing!
Great location for Hammersmith odeon and for easy access to Central London, easy parking, the staff were friendly, the room clean. The facilities were great for a couple or a family would certainly return.
Some of the kitchen units were needing some TLC this didn't bother us but may not be to the liking of others.

Appartment dirty ripped sofa dirty carpets bathroom floor dirty with very little grout in the tiles bed was almost at floor level no wifi code given at check in had to phone twice kettle didn't work, 3rd kettle worked 11/2 hours after check in Not the apartment booked, but in a different block with a vey noisy pub to contend with no apology when checking out £100 deposit required at check in !! should have been paid £100 to stay there

tv did not work very well ? no signal, I might have been doing something wrong but wasn't too bothered anyway. some small attentions from the owner would be beneficial, ie, side rip on sofa, dishwasher door water damaged, these small things did not bother me at all but if left, the room could quickly become shabby looking which is a shame as it was very nive overall
