the location next to shopping, pubs and restaurant's.
unfortunate the water feature in the garden was covered in algae.
Excellent location for town, shopping centre, cinema, bars and restuarants
Hard bed and pillows
It was very close to touchwood so my partner was able to shop and the local pubs were nice, so very relaxing
great location good sized rooms
Executive room was brilliant staff attentive Cleanliness of hotel, location Breakfast special shout out to Hope who is the breakfast waitress all customer care staff should be like her she is brilliant
Water in the room Wifi
Why pay for car parking?
View from room. Swimming Pool. Helpful receptionist.
The restaurant was closed on the Sunday night without prior notification.
The location and the friendly staff
The music from the nearby nightclub
Location, panoramic view, mattress :)
It's a four star hotel but the fridge is not included the room's standard equipment... that would have cost extra £ 20... It was a bit weird after my previous four-star-experience in other countries.
Staff, facilities and location were excellent
No discount for using booking.com. Same price as hotel site
Everything ran smoothly.
Music in lounge.
Unfortunately I paid for breakfast, and although initially told early breakfast was possible, corrected by another member of staff who said it was not. Room service were then unable to provide much of a choice at the time we required.
The use of the pool and facilities included in the price
The price of the breakfast is a bit steep. There was some loose tiles which I almost cut my foot on in the swimming area.
Location was convenient due to visiting Solihull town centre the following day. The staff was friendly and helpful. We was made to feel comfortable and our room was more than adequate.
From my experience there was nothing not to like.
Location, staff friendliness, breakfast
Arrived early despite initially room not being ready within a very short time a room was completed which allowed my wife and I to relax
There was a wedding drinks reception held in the foyer of the hotel which meant we had to walk through the wedding guests
Great Location, convenience to shops and restaurants, large room with big bed. Great staff and allowed us a late check out
Hotel and facilities dated compared to newer hotels locally. Had to pay for parking. Expensive.
Good location. Good price if room had been Ok.
The room stank of cigarette smoke, especially the bathroom. It was very unpleasant to use and drifted into bedroom during night too.We didn't have chance to complain as we literally dropped bags and went straight out to friends. However, we informed the receptionist at check out and didn't receive an apology.
Location to airport,shops and restaurants
Bed and bedding poor. Wifi not good a lot of the time.
Spacious room. Shopping centre and restaurants opposite.
Carpets on stairs are threadbare in places and need replacing.
£14 95 for fruit at breakfast for a 15 year old
We asked for a quiet room and we got what we asked for. The room was ok ,but basic
Breakfast service (or lack of)was appalling. They did have a large wedding party for breakfast , but they didn't lay on extra staff. There were dirty tables and we had to get our own drinks and we asked for toast several times and when it did arrive the girl put it on an empty table so that we had to fetch it ourselves at £14.95 each the food was very poor standard. People were constantly waiting for eggs. Never again !!!
