The freindlyness of staff and helpful too. The breakfast was excellent.Everything to a very high standard. Because our room was on the front a bit too noisey. could not have the window open. |

Lovely large Room and comfortable Bed No one to assist with luggage to and from room on arrival and leaving - which we largely did ourselves and we had heaps of luggage to transport. Didn't seem to be people on desk downstairs when you needed their assistance often enough. Room Service wee quite slow and at times didn't make any extra efforts to assist. Overall OK but plenty of room for improvement in these areas |

Standard business class hotel - room and room service ok. Handy for shopping mall - room comfortable. Staff very helpful Road noise all the time - at night as well. Parking charges for residents. Food is standard fare, nothing special. Room entertainment very limited with old style TV'S.Internet access and phone charges excessive. |

The restaurant. The food was verging on the inedible for dinner in the evening and the breakfast was appalling. The scrambled eggs were green and sitting in a pool of water and when we asked for fresh we were made to feel a real nuisance. The fried eggshad obviously been thrown into a really hot man and were burnt on the bottom and all slung one on top of the other in the serving tray. |

easy to check in & out. friendly & welcoming environment. the hotel was good. however i think it a disgrace hat you should charge someone for carparking when they have stayed at the hotel. |

Staff very helpful and approachable. Restaurant open until late so I could get an evening meal without problem. Spacious room and quiet. Room service took a long time. Olives were tinned not fresh. |

There was something for everyone at the buffet breakfast. We were put into a smoking room without being asked. We did not realise they were allowed to do this. We are both non smokers. I would recommend this hotel but you need to make sure you tell them smoking or non smoking |
