There was something for everyone at the buffet breakfast. We were put into a smoking room without being asked. We did not realise they were allowed to do this. We are both non smokers. I would recommend this hotel but you need to make sure you tell them smoking or non smoking |

Room Staff member in the bar, rude, unhelpful. Find it unacceptable to pay £4 parking if you are a paying guest. |

The hotel was lovely. The bed was a very good size and very comfortable and the shower and bath a dream. However, our experience was spoiled when we arrived at the hotel late Friday evening and the rooms had been moved around so that our party of three was not together as planned. Then to top it all, one of the rooms had not been made up, used towels on the floor and the bed was unmade. We had to wait approx 30 minutes for the room to be made up for us and were not offered any refreshments whilst we waited. The hotel was lovely and we would stay again as we are hoping that our experience was a one off. |

Comfortable, friendly and convenient for our purpose. Breakfast buffet style was somewhat disappointing. A fried breakfast cooked to order would have been more appetising. Being charged for using the Hotel car park was unexpected. |

Mostly friendly staff - especially in the restaurant. Lack of communication between staff on different shifts. I was sold a dinner package which no-one seemed to know about when I paid the bill the following morning. |

The dinning room personnel were exceptionally helpful and polite. The check-in took sometime due to the receptionist being unable to find our reservation. |

The room was pleasant. My details were incorrect when I got to the hotel. A member of staff took his time and didn't know what to do in this situation. Normally I wouldn't mind but I was very busy on Saturday and needed to be somewhere else a.s.a.p. |
