Location Room Sizes Outdoor terrace area (when clean)
Whilst the staff were not rude per say, they were however somewhat a bit dismissive. The outdoor terrace area was always littered with empty beer cans, un emptied ash trays until late of each morning. A little more care in what was a great area required more attention.
Noisy air conditioning
2 mins from the tube. Very stylish and clean apartment. Couldn't fault it. Would definitely stay again.
Location. Quality. Friendly staff.
The people above us were very heavy on their feet the sound was quite loud.
Really loved the location and be able to walk to places so easily. Staff were really helpful and room had everything we needed and were very clean and comfortable.
For a family of 4 the space was a bit tight....
Great place to stay, so close to tube station and some nice restaurants Staff were very friendly and helpfull
Rooms were amazing. Location was great with underground round the corner and plenty of attractions nearby.
Some staff were not friendly or helpful. Bar closed too early at 10pm and no room service menu.
Location Cleanliness Wi Fi
Limited size of apartment Expensive price
We were a family of four and the room was perfectly adequate for our 3 night stay, comfortable, bathrooms contemporary and v clean. Exactly as it is on the website and what you would expect from a 4 star rated hotel. We would totally recommend to others and would stay here again.
The front desk staff speak limited English, not appropriate for front desk staff who are greeting guests at a hotel of this level in England to not speak English. Makes it very difficult to get basic information so we gave up and avoided asking, choosing to google what we needed to know instead! How bad is that! I think they should invest in front desk staff English lessons.
If you want to be near the Kensington museums, then this is a perfect choice as they are just a short walk away, as are the Royal Albert Hall and Kensington. The apartment we had was spacious and very well appointed. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful.
Excellent location for local amenities and access to the rest of Central London. The quality of the building renovation is high: there's all the mod cons whilst original features are still preserved and space is creatively maximised within each unit. The housekeeping team are diligent and have great attention to detail, leaving my apartment spotless every day (incl. Sunday) of my week-long stay.
The continental breakfast selection is average (but competitively priced for hotels in this area). Due to the original building shape, each unit is quite different and some have windows which do not receive much sunlight, even if the interiors are quite generously sized.
had to leave... :/
Friendly staff. Great room. Great location
No record of my booking. A breakdown in communication somewhere along the line
I didn't have big expectations for this accommodation but it was reasonably priced for a group of girls for the weekend so we booked it. I am a huge hotel snob and I have to say the 1 bed apartment we stayed in was very lovely...well stocked, lots of mod cons, comfy bed, high end furniture and new bathroom. The air con wasn't very powerful and the room got warm with hot London weather but I would stay here again without a worry and recommend to friends wanting to stay in Kensington.
There wasn't room service but there is a bar on the ground floor with quick bar service so this isn't a huge issue. Can't fault the accommodation and price is good for central London.
Location was great for south kensington and museums. Lovely renovated building and great staff. Nicely appointed appartments, with great kitchenette.
We stayed four people in an appartment, but were not notified that there was only one bedroon and the other bed was a sofa bed. Although this worked out fine, it would be nice to be notified of this when booking.
Location Room size Modern Bathroom Air Con Everything
Annoyance of morning staff
What didn't I like should be the question. Everything about this hotel was AMAZING the staff were fantastic. I left my iPad and credit card there and they did everything they could to get them back to me. A+++++
Equipments were really nice, especially kitchen and dishware. Besides located close to tube and museums.
it took time hot water had come out from the shower.
Very nice rooms...BUT ..Very dusty and dirty!
Loved having the space and facilities to hand. Very convenient location with good tube links. Will be going back later this year.
No instructions for hob. Would like items like salt and pepper to be provided along with a TV in the bedroom and a dustpan & brush. Just picking small things up though because it was perfect and we will be back.
Too noisy suite facing street And lack of proper block curtain , gets street lights
The location is close to all shops we needed, plus easy walk to either Gloucester Road or Sth Kensington underground stations. It is also far enough away from the London CBD to not be troubled by crowds, traffic and chaos. Love the V&A museum, we always find more to see on every visit.
Great staff, great location.
Shower was hard to use and leaked water onto the bathroom floor.
The location. Used the tube all the time. Pubs and restaurants excellent. Supermarkets close by. £10.00 for a croissant etc for brekkie, you have to be joking. That's $20.00 AUD but that's UK and Europe.
Wanted apartment where cooking could be an option. Not in studio 416. And don't invite a friend or relative over. 2 knives, plates, spoons etc. who cooks like that unless using microwave? Needs slip proof mat in shower. View??
