Breakfast was good offering an assortment of cereals, fruit and baked goods. Cleanliness was not good and the room needed refurbishing. Not warned about the lack of headroom in room G11! My husband at 6ft tall was only just able to stand upright in the bedroom (on a mezzanine) but had to stoop in the shower (as did I and I'm only 5ft 4in tall). |

It was wonderful to have the kitchen! The cleaning staff was a little lacking. Had to take out our own trash and request towels. The front desk staff was awesome though and if we called for anything they came imediately! |

we liked the fact that it was so convenient for us to walk to RAH and restuarants nearby for meal afterwards, shops very close to pick up supplies for our short stay, nice and cosy but large enough apartment for the 3 of us and very quiet, very close to gloucester underground,no need for taxi as we did £4.50,it's about 2 minutes walk ha ha. Bedding for sofa bed should be kept in the wardrobe. |

The staff was very accomidating. The rooms were modern and very clean. The beds were comfortable> It would have been helpful to have had some printed instructions on how to use the phone. |

location Some indication that cleaning was not thorough in the room we were in. The water pressure on the shower was very poor. |

Location is great for west end of London, central to most of the attractions and close to all transport services. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the accomodation itself was fine, in our case two bedrooms on a seperate floor to lounge/kitchen/diner and bathroom. I read that some people found the place noisy but we were facing the back and slept well. Everything was as we'd hoped and suited our plans for our visit so it is hard to find anything that we were not happy with. |

From the time of arrival we found the staff extremely helpful and more than accommodating to the needs of our young family. Our one bedroom suit was larger than anticipated and perfectly placed in Kennisington to allow exploration of the local museums and Hyde Park, with a tube station and supermarket a short walk away. On arrival the bedroom did have a strong smell of cigarette smoke - the staff were unable to move us but promptly attempted to deodorize the room and over a day or so the smell did go. |

The staff were excellent, we needed some bits and there was a quilt missing from the room and they responded very quickly and politely to our requests. the cost! Apart from that the location and the cleanliness was spot on. The price of the breakfast was high considering there are numerous cafe's around offering more options for less cost. Would stay again though! |

Able to save money by cooking for yourself since there is a Waitrose situated within walking distance. Couple of minutes walk to Gloucester Rd tube station, Imperial College and the natural history museum. Good pubs all around. Noisy since it is situated partly on Cromwell Street. Limited cooking utensils with small plates and cups. |
