Location style and polite staff.
I liked the decore in all rooms
The bed was uncomfortable with cheap pillows, i didnt like being under ground too.
Good standard of apartments, cleanliness, layout, facilities
A bit overpriced compared to other similar in the location
Great location in Queens Gate. Staff are efficient and good at what they do.
The location is fantastic with only a few minutes walk from the Glouster Road Tube station. Plenty of good restaurants in the area, and five minutes walk to Museums. Management and reception staff were highly professional and very friendly. A gentleman saw us struggling with luggage at the door and imediatly took care of it. We arrived early and they were happy to store our luggage while we explored the area until the room was ready, then delivered it to our room. The executive suite we stayed in on the 1st floor was fabulous...great size with huge bed, high ceilings and elegant furnishings, overlooking Cromwell Road. Very little noise disturbance for such a busy road.
No drawer storage for non hanging clothing. We used a large TV shelf unit to store clothes rather than live out of the suitcase...wasn't ideal, but ok. Have given feedback to suggest changing it for a drawer unit of same size. First week the room was cleaned well and in a consitant manner. There must have been a change of cleaner for the weekend because for about our last two or three days we had towels left in differnet places, bed left differently each day with cushions on the floor or lined up oddly down the centre of the bed...just a bit bizarre, and missing teatowels, sink sponge, a glass that was there previously. Nothing was too much of a problem, but clearly there was an untrained staff member that needs some working with. I doubt that is the norm for Fraser Suites Queensgate, as the other staff were fantastic. We'd definitly stay again.
Head of housekeeping rescued the day Room
Unhelpful aggressive receptionist
Location, apartment's configuration, staff.
Our HVAC was not working, after attempting to fix nothing was done. They should at least discount the price, switch rooms or give some sort of compensation.
Second time of staying here. Staff helpful and rooms have everything required for short or long stay.
Found food derbies inbetween sofa cushions. Poor fire drill when Fire Alarms sounded on first night. No staff seemed available or knew what to do. Worrying.
Good facilities, very clean, and very quiet even if my room was Lower ground level due to double windows.
The pillows were uncomfortable, and the heater didn't work properly.
The apartment was spacious and contemporary and provided a good base for our recent trip to London. Ideal for the Royal Albert Hall and Harrods.
The bed to close to ceiling
Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. All lovely and newly decorated. Nice little teeny kitchen, no dishwasher. But there was a washing machine instead. All well stocked with cutlery and dishes. Location was fantastic just next to the Natural History Museum and the V&A and just opposite Gloucester Street Underground station, with a Waitrose nearby. A really good stay and would stay there again with four people.
I am very short and the cupboards were very tall. You could hear walking around and switches being turned on and off in the adjacent apartments but in general it was quiet facing the back.
you should change the bed sheets by 3 days one week it to much
close to everything: subway, major sights, free umbrellas
Location is excellent.
The staff were excellent went out of their way. Great room.
That we booked booking.com said they have price match this is not true what should be said is if a hotel will let you cancel free then we ll cancel it - I could do that so highly disappointed about this response.
Extremely comfortable, charming staff, attractive decor, great location, lovely breakfast room, huge kitchen with laundry, very quiet
Requested early check in. When we arrived room not available till 4pm. We were not advised room was ready we only found out it was available when we asked.
Great Location and quiet room.
Cramped bedroom and two floor layout of apartment. Indifferent breakfast at price paid.
central location nearby restaurants
excessive road traffic noisy floors budget breakfast
We bought food at Waitrose nearest very nice super market and cooked every evening in the kitchin. They have every basic kitchin items. It was quite nice for us. We enjoyed British beef, ramb and cheese at the room with relux.
not cheep !
Loved the amount of space I had in the 1-bedroom apartment Very well equipped Comfortable bed
Very weak wifi signal
Excellent service.. Spacious rooms and good wifi. Great location
The air conditioning in the room was not very good.. And we didn't have openable windows in our room.. As we had the duplex apartment. Made it feel a bit stuffy at times.
The rooms are smaller after the renovation, but still very comfortable with a big shower compartment. Best hotel bed since ages. Very close to Clouster Road Underground or per pedes to several sightseeing highlights.
A little noisy in the morning when business traffic starts.
close to cromwell road and that is noisy.
