very convenient lace
pillows too high and too hard: no change possible
- Very good location, 5 mins walk to Gloucester Rd tube, museums - Staff very helpful and friendly
- Pillows were too flat, not comfortable.. resulting in neck aches
Excellent location Excellent service from staff, especially Vijay Sizeable apartment (by normal London standard)
Nothing at all
Perfect location for underground at Gloucster rd station on Piccadilly line and ease of travel from Heathrow. Walking distance to V&A museum, Natural History Museum and Kensington Gardens. Welcoming from the time you arrive until departure.
Room was on busy Cromwell Road unfortunately, but this did not detract from the property at all. Ask for a quiet room at back when booking.
Great location Friendly staff 5 mins to the the metro station 10 mins to harrods and arabic restaurants Fast check in Highly recommended
Kitchen set and washing machine
TV channels are minimum. Wifi is slow. Staff is not friendly. No bell man can help to bring the luggage when check out
The two apartments we had were lovely, spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble
Absolutely nothing negative
location:very very close to underground station Facilities: enough to make simply breakfast
Room was too dark, and no scenery at all. But understandable cos paid for a standard room. Rate was expensive. B considering it is central London. The. I guess it is reasonable priced
Very good location Stuff is extremely friendly
Excellent stay with good transport links and friendly front-desk and concierge, i will be coming back for sure.
Staff were fantastic, helpful and extremely friendly. The location was perfect with the Gloucester Road station of the Tube within three blocks. Would definitely stay there again.
No negatives for us at this property.
The location was good
The apartment was very small and not matching the description.
Advise family to stay
We took the executive studio, it was very modern and it had everything we needed. The room is very big and there's a separate door for the kitchen, this means that you can cook without making the room smell like food. The bathroom had loccitane stuff (shower gels, lotions, shampoos & conditioners) I highly recommend it
They change the sheets once a week only and you have to pay 15 if you want to change them before you spend 7 days there
The room had high ceilings and was very comfortable. The junior suite is spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped including a french press coffee maker. Wifi worked well. Very close to Natural History & Victoria & Albert Museums, Hyde Park & Royal Albert Hall.
We were given a handicap accessible room even though we had booked well in advance. Also the hotel automatically puts a 150 L hold on your credit card for 10 days! Never heard of that before. Not many good restaurants close by.
Location style and polite staff.
I liked the decore in all rooms
The bed was uncomfortable with cheap pillows, i didnt like being under ground too.
Good standard of apartments, cleanliness, layout, facilities
A bit overpriced compared to other similar in the location
Great location in Queens Gate. Staff are efficient and good at what they do.
The location is fantastic with only a few minutes walk from the Glouster Road Tube station. Plenty of good restaurants in the area, and five minutes walk to Museums. Management and reception staff were highly professional and very friendly. A gentleman saw us struggling with luggage at the door and imediatly took care of it. We arrived early and they were happy to store our luggage while we explored the area until the room was ready, then delivered it to our room. The executive suite we stayed in on the 1st floor was fabulous...great size with huge bed, high ceilings and elegant furnishings, overlooking Cromwell Road. Very little noise disturbance for such a busy road.
No drawer storage for non hanging clothing. We used a large TV shelf unit to store clothes rather than live out of the suitcase...wasn't ideal, but ok. Have given feedback to suggest changing it for a drawer unit of same size. First week the room was cleaned well and in a consitant manner. There must have been a change of cleaner for the weekend because for about our last two or three days we had towels left in differnet places, bed left differently each day with cushions on the floor or lined up oddly down the centre of the bed...just a bit bizarre, and missing teatowels, sink sponge, a glass that was there previously. Nothing was too much of a problem, but clearly there was an untrained staff member that needs some working with. I doubt that is the norm for Fraser Suites Queensgate, as the other staff were fantastic. We'd definitly stay again.
Head of housekeeping rescued the day Room
Unhelpful aggressive receptionist
Location, apartment's configuration, staff.
Our HVAC was not working, after attempting to fix nothing was done. They should at least discount the price, switch rooms or give some sort of compensation.
