la cortesia dello staff. le camere sul lato strada rumorosissime. La prima notte non abbiamo dormito a causa dei rumori della strada. Fortunatamente lo staff ha compreso il problema e mi hanno cambiato stanza. Lo raccomanderei solamente per le stanze rivolte verso il lato opposto della strada. |

Le stanze sono molto belle,grandi e spaziose(noi avevamo un quadrupla con due bagni e due triple) ed anche i bagni sono molto confortevoli.Anche la posizione è ottima,a 300 mt dalla fermta di Gloucester Road ed in un quartiere molto bello e tranquillo. |

very nice apartment and location was fantastic from the tube station , great for a weekend in a nice part of london the hotel staff had no change on two days for our payment. they were also preety rude about the fact that they had no change ........... that was not great. |

the location was excellent and room was quite spacious. the bathroom water taps were hard to adjust a comfortable mix betwen hot and cold water......and no matter how much i tried to mix cold and hot war from the shower i couldnt the shower would only run freezing tap water .......... and i couldnt get the heater running in my room |

Perfectly positioned close to the museums. The room suite wasvery comfortable. Paid £27 for 3 breakfasts. My 2 kids shared a doughnut and had milk and frut juice. I had toast and cheese and a cup of coffee. Pretty expensive. |

I specifically requested a room that was above ground level on booking but this was not adhered to, and no communication to inform me was fourthcoming from the hotel. |

Great to have your own small kitchen and free use of the laundry. Need to have more cooking materials in the room... only one tiny pot, not colander unless you ask for it. And please get a broadband connection in each room. |

Very nice setting with 2-storey miniapartment. Not luxurious but stylish. Staff very kind. Very close to a convenient underground station. Pricing very reasonable, including breakfast A good number of rooms, including mine, faces a very busy street making noise a significant issue. Ask for interior rooms. |

Great Location, particularly for family visiting London. Close to everything & felt secure in nice area of London. Rooms was renovated tastefully and was of reasonable size. Staff were absolutely great. Our room was next to the road so there was quite a bit of traffic noise at all times |
