The location

No hot water

The room was a really good size; there was tea and coffee facilities availble 24/7 and breakfast in the morning (although it was only continental).

The bathroom had no lock, the shower/ bath didn't look very clean, we didn't have any hot water so I went to reception and they said you have to run the water for about 10 minutes before any hot water would come through. If you then wanted to adjust the temperature, that took even longer.

The position of the hotel is quite convenient to the underground and it's in a nice neighbourhood (there's a very nice pub nearby). The room was big.

Breakfast was quite dissappointing since there were few choices. The bathroom was tiny and not so clean. We wanted to pay with the credit card and we had to insist because the receptionist said it wasn't working, even after we called the bank and they told us everything was ok with the card.

Book in was late but they stored our bags and put them in the room for us (4th Floor no lift). Roomy bedroom. Price good. Gave us an Easter egg each for the Sunday. Near Baker St tube (Witherspoon pub joins tube entrance). Safe area.

No lift to upper level. Breakfast is cereal & toast your own bread. Ensuite very small with large facilities leaving little room. Shr in bath could be a little dangerous (no room). Renovations in progress

Very nice staff, great location (only 2 min from Bakerstreet tube station)

Rooms were very small, bathroom was not clean and only half finished. While using the shower, a few tiles came off the wall. Windows did not open. Tv had to be paid for (even bbc 1 etc). Poorly furnished: no mirror, no chair. Breakfast was only served after 8 am.

The reception was friendly

The room was dirty, with no facilities whatsoever and, additionally I felt it was unsafe. Doors on rooms I passed on the way to my room had obviously been broken into, and my own bathroom door had also been damaged - there was no handle.

1.Size of the family room was excellent. 2. The location of the hotel was great, two tube stations within 200m.

The noise from the road made sleeping difficult. This was not helped by only one of the two windows having double glazing. One of the beds had the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on: bumpy does not quite describe it! In the words of my 6 year old daughter 'that is the worst bed in the world!'

Small hotel with a warm homely feel. Staff were friendly and eager to please and efficient. Hotel is in a very good location with bus stops over the road and tube station around the corner. The room I had was very comfortable and extremely clean. Great Value for money

Location

I tried to call a few times before the day to change to a double room as I was really poorly and only the other 2 girls could stay. I was hoping we could change the room and only pay for a double, but nobody answered and we ended up having to pay for all 3 of us.

Bedroom was beautiful:)

Breakfast was poor in choices, there was a broken step towards the third floor which is considered rather dangerous

Venlig modtagelse.

Hotellets åbne døre. Meget usselt og MEGET ringe toilet forhold.. Indretningen af væreslet. Morgenmaden blev serveret i et byggerod. Værelset var ikke bygget færdig.. ØV ØV Var ved at flytte hotel allerede efter 1. time.

è un buon hotel per chi non ama spendere tanto e per chi si sa adattare!è situato in una buona posizione,a 5 minuti a piedi c'è la fermata della metro dove passano 5 linee!eravamo in 4 in una camera da 5,ma anche se fossimo stati in 5 era abbastanza spaziosa e si riusciva a girare tranquillamente!

i letti sono piuttosto scomodi ma comunque puliti;alcune finestre non restavano aperte e nel bagno non c'era la ventilazione

A relação de preço qualidade é muito bom. Adorei ficar lá, pois é muito perto de tudo e fui muito bem recebida pelos funcionários. Este hotel é ideial para quem vai conhecer Londres. Adorei e se voltar a Londres, irei para este hotel novamente.

Não gostei de ter de subir tantas escadas para o quarto, porque o hotel não tem elevador, apesar de só ter 4 andares

Alles. Kamers slecht. Geen comfort in de kamers. Erg kleine douche. stonk ook behoorlijk. geen fatsoenlijk haakje om jas op te hangen. geen stoelen. niet voldoende kastruimte voor 4 personen. Ontbijt waardeloos. Wat toast + jam en een beetje yoghurt. Water voor thee en koffie kwam uit een emmer. Tafels werden niet schoongemaakt. Kortom waardeloos hotel.

Morgenmaden var under al kritik. Dårlig afrydning - næsten ingen opfyldning - der skulle rykkes hele tiden for betjening. Vinduerne kunne ikke åbnes - men det var i øvrigt lige meget, da de var pivrådne ;-(

L'hotel è molto carino, tenuto bene. Eravamo in cinque in una sola camera ma ci siamo trovati benissimo perché era spaziosissima; era al piano terra, quindi non abbiamo avuto problemi per trasportare I bagagli sulle scale. Ci hanno assegnato una delle camere che si possono vedere su Booking, e posso confermare che era esattamente come in foto. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. L'hotel è vicinissimo a tutte le attrazioni maggiori: il Madame Tussaud's e Baker Street sono raggiungibili a piedi, e si può raggiungere la city in dieci minuti con due linee di autobus (tra cui una che ferma proprio davanti ad esso) e da due fermate della metropolitana. La colazione è a buffet, abbondante, servita in una saletta molto accogliente. Ci tornerei senz'altro!

Per un paio di giorni non ci hanno rifatto la camera. Le due finestre non si aprivano, quindi dopo un paio di giorni c'era un caldo soffocante e odore di chiuso.
