Located in the heart of Notting Hill, Dawson Place, Juliette's Bed and Breakfast offers en suite accommodation and a pretty garden.
Score from 28 reviews Very good
The staff is very helpfull and pleasant. Ok room size Location is in the middle of Baker street and Marylebone tube station, walking distance to Oxford street.
Rooms are outdated, the doors don't go to the floor so you can hear everything. The bed is very very uncomfortable, and the bathroom has a bad smell of damp and mold. There are no hangers for the towels, so we had to keep wet towels on the bed. Although the linen is changed daily they weren't clean. Definitely too high price for such accommodation. Breakfast is very poor. Needs renovation asap!
They had a family room
The toilet was stained the lock on the toilet door was broken the front door to the hotel had no lock and there was no one at reception, so anyone could walk in
- room can accomodate all of us (5 adult 1 child) - approx. 5 min walking distance to Baker Sreet or Marylbone underground station - approx. 5 min walking distance to bus stand (to go to airport)
- the room is at 2nd floor without elevator makes us very hard to carry all those luggage - heater in room not functioning at all
The size of the rooms and style of furnishings.
The carpets were all torn. There were fittings coming off the wall. The breakfast was toast, cereal or yoghurt and not of the best quality. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom. No bin in the room.

Staff were helpful and nice.
Jst to noisey as our room was at the front.
Catastrof! The hotel was the most poor i ever been staying at. Breakfast was poor Floods in toilet and shower due to the pump didnt work Broken interior Bed fleas No fire information open entrance door during night no help support from staff More guests was claiming about the poor hotel status!!! The worst hotel experience in my life.
The pictures do not represent the hotel accurately. No radiator in room, no breakfast provided (only after 8.00am) and communal coffee machine broken!!.. room extremely shabby & disappointing.
Nothing I can think of, frankly.
About ten days ago I wrote to the Management of this hotel detailing my experience. In brief, and since they have not yet replied I stayed in a dreary room without hot water either in the shower or hand basin, without any welcoming information or fire escape noticesand, worst of all, crawling with bed bugs. I ended up with fifteen or so itchy red lumps on my neck and lower legs. I wrote to the Management asking what they intend to do about this and should have expected a reply by now. Perhaps Booking.com can advise me?Thank you
Good location, big room and the beds well presented and comfortable enough. Breakfast room was easy to use and functional.
We found that the shower room we had smelt very unpleasant and the air freshener had run out! The shower curtain was in an unhygienic/ awful state and I feel that for the price to replace this, this is totally unexceptable and feel this needs addressing ASAP!! A little more choice at breakfast would also be much appreciated. Almost feels like an unfinished project with tatty carpets and poor paint work.
Everything front desk not manned Bed uncomfortable one shelf in room that was hanging off so things fell off no shelf in bathroom cheap bar of soap supplied toilet roll on cystem hand towel on floor in bathroom nowhere to hang it or bath towels.no cups or glasses at all no tea making facilities. Behind toilet was a tank or pump? Which rumbled all night
The location of hotel was great for us
The bathroom was very small and abit warn but shower was warm and powerful, it was a very basic hotel and not very nicely done out in the room but if you are just stopping one night on business it is ok got this purpose
The location is really excellent
The price The cleanliness (dirty walls, mould on the cieling in the room) Mediocre bathroom (water much too hot, shower curtain doesn't stop the shower from flooding the bathroom) WIFI NOT WORKING - seriously???
Size of the room (2 double beds) Bathroom in the room Breakfast area
Sheets were not immaculate A bit chilly in the room but good blankets
Terrible everything unfinished toilet not working properly cheap furnishings. Very convenient for central London Needs massive financial input. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in . I am surprised that booking . Com even advertise such a poor hotel
Good location, clean linen and towels
Breakfast is very poor.
Beds Size of room Shower
Did everything we needed, basic but clean and tidy and ideal location.
Location was okay, not too far away from the nearest underground.
The room was on the 4th floor with no lift, for me this wasn't too much of a problem but for others I imagine it would be! The room I had was dirty, the toilet was full of limescale and the shower curtain was revolting. The shower was poor and didn't work properly and the bed was uncomfortable. To my disgust on my final night stay I found a bed bug catcher under the bed with dead bugs in the trap. I could go on, this is the first review I have ever written and it is purely to warn people of how bad this hotel is, I am not usually one to moan!
The location was good for what I needed and eating out for restaurants location was good
The room was on top floor hotel had no lift and there were creatures in the bed and in bathroom also the shower encloses was old and no hot water first thing in mornings breakfast was poor
