Impressing Design and a complete kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Rooms/Appartments at street side might be a bit noisy.

Location The doors inside the apartment kept going on to close by themselves. Had to stick socks under them. Notice that cleaning is not part of the service unless you stay more than 7 days. Did not bother us but were a bit surprised at first.

Great location. Very spacious and comfortable apartments. Helpful friendly staff. Good soundproofing - although still some noise due to area. NCP car park is very close by. The fire alarm could have woken the dead. I wish it had been later. Microwave would have been handy in the kitchen given that it is self catering. Expensive wifi. Expensive parking - staying in hotel does not give you much of a discount with NCP (5%). Despite what I said about soundproofing you will still get some noise from bars and clubs nearby at weekend due to location. If it really is a problem then request a room away from Princess St.

Nice location, and really comfortable. Huge apartments and good value for the money. Perfect for a short/long visit to the city. Close to some night life spots! The fire horn, started working for two minutes while we were sleaping!!!!! A huge scare!!

The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Appreciated dishwasher. High level of cleanliness in living area and bathroom. Nice touches like complimentary toiletries. The carpet in the bedroom was looking shabby, there were several stains. The blind was broken.

Good location and reasonably priced. Clean, well appointed apartment. Although it is on a busy street extra glazing helps block traffic noise which is a problem in other Manchester hotels. Apartment was on the small side. We have had a studio before which, although only one room, was roomier. The one bed apartment was tiny especially the bedroom. You couldn't open the wardrobe door because the bed got in the way. The bed itself was a bit hard. However, for the price it was okay for a couple of nights.

Good facilities, rooms always full of character and well thought out, and no scrimping of services or facilities. In-house shop for essential shopping a very good idea too. Would be good to be able to choose a specific area of the building?

Clean. Washing machine in kitchen - brilliant. Very comfortable big bed. Quiet. Truly welcoming staff. Brilliant location. Overlooked G.A.Y. but secondary glazing meant no noise nuisance despite people leaving the club late. Tiny elderly TV. No washing up liquid in kitchen or fresh milk or drinks in fridge, seemed stingy at this price. Really strong cooking smells in room from neighbouring apartment and the windows didn't open so it was unpleasant - they cooked curry so it lingered.

The location & the layout are very good. Having to pay 40% on top of the room cost for Parking. They offer a discount but its actually only 90p. Our room really smelt of smoke.

Very nice place, rooms are large and comfortable. Perfect location, 10 min by walk from the main building of the university, and right in the center. Ask a room not on the main avenue as this the traffic is noisy. Lots of little details in the equipment should be fixed: - metal circle around the door handle does no longer stick - bedroom door slams violently - radio in a bad status, button usaged and no longer working fine - the tv in the living room did not work until someone checked it.
