Close proximity to shops and nightlife. Clean, convenient and good value for money. Noise from outside but can't be helped. |

I like the facilities of the room, the disabled access, location, being close to all amenities I needed to access. It was a great birthday weekend for me. Thank you. We have booked same room or very similar for july weekend. No it was well worth the stay, even my friends really liked the room. The car parking nearby was expensive as my firends that stayed at other hotels nearby the parking was a lot less! |

The bed was very comfortable. There was a constant smell in the room of food being cooked. Also the liviing room area was too small. |

The location, Size of the apartment, Tv and Music HiFi Supply. Reception didn't accept my scottish money because they didn't "recognise it"...asked for alternative which I felt was quite rude |

We liked the location. We were not happy that we had twin beds, considering we were obviously a married couple and were celebrating our first wedding anniversary, we were not aware of this and would not have booked this apartment if the room stated twin beds at the time of booking. Also the window in our living room was literally rotting of the hinges and we had to call maintenance to come and close it. We only managed to have 1 warm shower the whole weekend and that was Saturday Morning, we tried to get warm water Saturday evening using the instructions of the Receptionist but this did not work. |

Incredibly spacious:- with a large bedroom, a separate living room / kitchen, a bathroom, a boiler cupboard and another inbuilt cupboard area connected by a corridor within the apartment, you could easily live quite comfortably in this serviced apartment on a medium-term basis. In the city centre, very close to numerous restaurants, especially Chinese and Japanese. Unfortunately the provision of kitchens to all apartments may mean that someone cooking a bacon sandwich in another apartment may set off the fire alarm. This in fact happened on my second morning, fortunately after 10am. It is hard to see what the hotel can do to prevent that, other than placing warning signs in the kitchen about its sensitive fire alarms and requests not to cook smokey foods. |

the hotel was very central, was clean and comfortable and the studio's facilities were good. Although a non smoking floor the room did smell as if a smoker had stayed in it recently |

Able to cook, having meals leisurely in the room and walking distance to the city centre plus many buses going along the way if they can clean the room daily or every few days, would be great |

Room size was excellent, complete with everything one could have wished. Quiet and away from the street noise. An ideal place to stay . I wish all hotels were like this. the view of the dirty canal. |

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful in all the things we asked for. The only thing i would suggest is the servicing should be done twice a week otherwise nothing is imperfect. |

The initial room i stayed in was spacious and comfortable. It was on the 1st floor adjacent to the street where the noise of the passsing buses and traffic was very loud, however the staff were very accomodating and i was moved to a similar room on a higher floor. I feel the overall rating is more of a 3 star but perfectly agreeable for my 4 night stay. Clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and hepful. the rooms are quite warm with a lack of natural air. When you do open the small windows for ventilation you are hit with the noise of the main streets. My room did have a cooling fan though to compensate. |

Location was central for shopping, theatres, nightlife & restaurants. Late check out avialibilty on a Sunday for a nominal fee. Decent size rooms. Needs a little updating. No microwave, heater fell off the wall. Toaster was not working. could have been a little more generous with tea/coffee facilities. But it was worth staying there for the price that was charged - £109. Wouldn't have been happy with paying anymore than that. |
