Kitchen is fully equipped. It is nice having a lounge separate from the bedroom.
It was a bit hot and stuffy.
friendly helpful staff. Lovely & clean apartment. Very pleased we booked this apartment instead of the hotel. Will definitely come back again :)
There was no car parking at the apartment. Parked my car at the public carpark close by but quite expensive !!!
Friendly helpful staff. Great location. Good sized clean rooms, with ample kitchen equipment for an instant meal. Lovely towels!
Very small lift not easily accessible from main hall
Friendly enough staff. The location is excellent for getting into the city centre.
The smell of sewage on the way up the stairs The very basic room, filled with wares from what looks like my garage.
The premises are now somewhat tired by comparison with their competitors. The absence of free wifi is a major irritant.
We stayed for two nights and to be honest would be happy to stay longer. The appartment was much bigger than anticipated really tidy and clean . The staff were fantastic and helped us with any questions we had .
welcome pack, reception staff, apartment size, laundry facilities, in-apartment kitchen, fast internet, cosiness, overall cleanliness, luggage storage
internet kicks you out when you don't use it, once-a-week room service does not include soap/shampoo and complementary coffee and tea, can be noisy on Friday and Saturday nights (proximity to gay village)
Close to centre of town and night life.
Noisy after 2 am when people are leaving nearby pubs.
Very very noisy, apartments are really grotty and the hallways and doors very narrow so difficult to get to apartments with luggage.
Ease of booking Price Cleanliness of the property Size of property Excellent location
Check in open till midnight Good facilities Tea & Coffee
Walls were just a bit thin and was woken by next door having sexual relations first thing in the morning... they kept knocking but were not coming in!!!!!!!
Big flat and nice reception
Bit tired inside and area rough. I would not walk around by myself.
Space and equipment
Apartment only serviced when you leave. Thought I'd come back to a made bed etc....alas....
Brilliant location with plenty of close by grocery shops. Kitchen is well equipped with basic items. Apartment itself is good enough for the price paid
Windows are very outdated they definitely need to change them! Too much noise and air coming in from the windows even when they are closed. The bed is very springy and not always comfortable
Close to the Cory Street Studio Tour.
Room is tired and not very clean. Time for renovations Atrium.
The apartment was clean and convenient. Ideally situated for the rail and road links. A lovely ironwork canopy made the entrance very attractive.
The location, The staff, The services apartment
The expensive price for WIFI The single-glazing in the main room
central position, comfy and clean, easy to find from station
first shower was hot second person in found it quite cool, could have done with a second chair so that you could sit at the desk/table to eat
Spacious well-equipped apartment, with lots of thoughtful little extras, centrally located for the city centre shops and restaurants
A bit more furniture particularly seating. Plus more comfortable mattresses and roomy beds ( tiny twin beds were more suitable for kids) these changes would make it perfect.
Location was great
We had an apartment on the ground floor and it was really noisy. We use these apartments frequently and it really is hit and miss. This time the apartment was not great. They are all a bit tired now and could do with a refurb.
The apartments are clean and well equipped. They accommodation is central for everything. I have been using these apartments whenever we stop in Manchester and its great to have the space when catching up with the kids who both live in the city. It is usually cheaper to stop here than a hotel and better value.
Nothing. I've already booked my next stay.
Location Bed Bathroom
Cost of wifi £2.70 for bottle of water in the fridge No welcome message or personal touch
location is the only positive
Vastly overpriced for mediocre conditions. No conception of customer service. They charge for a change of linen and ration toilet rolls and tea bags. Halls smell, lift was broken for more than 24 hours. Would never use again
Compact but perfect for what we needed it for.
