Size of studio was great. Good layout, felt like lots of room. Very clean and kitchen generally well equipped. Good tv, responsive heating to top up temperature.
Location friendly staff clean Home from home
Deposit on arrival unnecessary Reception staff not understanding basic requests Noise pollution
Hotel Apartment was in excellent location, clean spacious room, everything you need.
Size of the apartment/room was good value.
The lift was very antiquated.
Good situation and rooms are big enough for us.
Really noisy on Fridays and Saturdays night due to a nightclub not far away. People are screaming at 3am and music is too loud (starts at 10pm!)
The apartments are in a good location, 8 min walk from the train station and only 10 minutes from the Arndale shopping centre. China town is on the doorstep for amazing Thai food.
Paying for wifi should be a thing of the past. The room did look very tired, needs a good lick of paint, new flooring and sofas. The hotel is very near to a few clubs which can be quite noisy
Location was good.
Check in time was a bit late as I had flown in early that morning
Staff was brilliant
Bed was a little bit uncomfy
The kitchen was nice and the apartment was decent
The hot water did not work for us first night we had to go next door for a shower and then the nex 2days we had to hope we will get enough water to have a full hot bath and then hoter water to wash with but it didnt happen had abit of hot water for th bath and then had to wash ourselfs with cold water . The bed wasnt comftable
stuff is so friendly the facilities are clean
no housekeeper everyday
Location was good. Nice and quiet at night. Great shower.
No microwave although well equipped otherwise.
I liked everything, it was just where I wanted to be. No fuss or worries about having to get a taxi, everything was where I wanted it to be.
The location - right near Canal Street and Oxford Street. A good base to explore. Spacious compared to hotels.
The living room was cold - but my mistake. I didn't realise there was a heater there (informed by the receptionist at the end of my stay that I could've warmed up the room).
Small Rooms Clean Old Rooms needs refurbishment Location (In front of Gay Village) Very Noisy No Weekly Cleaning Not Regular Amateur Staff
The staff was rude.
It's just so convenient for canal street and gay night life
location, facilities, staff, cleanliness and layout of apartment, everything about the place was fantastic. I will DEFINITELY DEFINITELY DEFINITELY stay there again
just one complaint - paid Wi-Fi? Seriously? you guys are selling AIR! I really hate that about any hotel, it's miserly. Even hotels in China give free Wi-Fi.
I wish the electrics (viz. TV remote) could be tested for functioning before arrival rather than time spent in getting things to work during stay.
The facilities are great and provide a nice atmosphere to chill or get on with whatever your purpose of stay is.
The staff, one in particular who commented on the additional towels requested and razor blades we purchased from then...this was after requesting for additional hand soap. She said that using one towel for the duration of 3 days is normal and this is good hygiene according to her.
Very clean Efficient reception, fab greeting Spacious studio apartment
Bed wasn't the comfiest
I like everything... It's a good place to visit the city without buses and just walking!!! I live near the centre But i find this hotel to stay in the centre with my boy-friend! It was a Great idea!!!
wi-fi no free
Nice snug place. Good choice of tv channels.
Noisy from the main road, drunkards yelling. Tight doors, specially when you have a push chair. Very expensive parking £18 per night.
The space was great. Ask for a unit with corner windows - provides great light.
There was the smell and visibility of mold in the bathroom.
No free wifi
I stayed here for 1 night with my partner as we were out that night for a friends birthday and needed somewhere to stay over. The people at reception were lovely and very polite. The room was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!
