Large room,comfortable and well appointed. Malcolm (front desk) was charming, well-informed and enthusiastic. A fine ambassador for Glasgow.

Ultimate price, not value expected visa vi good hotel with more service & facilities, very noisy unless have car park view. Clean the windows please!,,,, maybe could have at least one chair in bedrooms? Loads of them never used in communal areas.... Never found breakfast .. Maybe advise vocally for lazy travellers that don' t read all the ??? ..info brochure type papers.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean, luxurious and very comfortable.

The room was very warm and we didn't even have the heating on!

The appartments are in the Merchant City with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. This is a 19th century building with superbly refurbished appartments and an excellent alternative to hotels in the area

Parking at Qpark next door is expensive but discounted if you ask for tickets at reception

Staff, location, clean, semi quiet. Easy short walk to major downtown. Good eats very close by. Parking next door.

Neighborhood was a bit rough but two blocks and your out of it.

The location was good, near the shops ect it was clean and tidy

The noise at night from the clubs and bars was unbearable

Great location, staff and large comfortable room. The location was central to dining and shopping,

Spacious comfortable room with cooking facilities, good bathroom. Free clothes washing & drying facilities. Helpful & informative staff, gave us tips on places we would not have thought of visiting, explained the meanings and history of street names.

We stayed over the weekend and as the hotel is close to some clubs & bars there was some noise from the street. The room was a little hot for us, but easily remedied by opening the windows.

Noise from rear of building but more importantly en suite I would think means adjoining a bedroom not just inside the apartment. We thought 2 bedrooms =2 bathrooms

The room was fab everything you would want for a nights stay in Glasgow.I wouldnt go anywhere else in Glasgow now I would always use Fraser Suites.

Spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Didn't need to use the car until we left.

Low floors fairly noisy.

Very friendly and helpful staffs, chic design and spotless clean. All the facilitiesa are first class.

A bit far away from train station if you walk with luggage.

Loved the design of the apartment! Facilities were excellent, and I also liked that we were able to ask friends round for a drink in our apartment. Will book this type of accommodation next time I go on a city trip, rather than a hotel, which is more restrictive. I also loved how the hotel were able to give us an apartment, even though we arrived early: the staff were great.

It's not a major issue, but our apartment was a bit dusty.
