The suite was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and were able to answer all our questions. There was only enough tea, coffee and toiletries for one person. The cutlery was kept in a drainer. I expected far more for the price. Not at all satisfactory. |

Staff were excellent, good central location, freedom of self catering as facilities in rooms very good. Only small detail but rooms were quite warm and a little airless in warm summer weather. |

I like the fact that it has a home from home feel and it's location in proximity of the shopping and rail links The only thing I would grumble about was the check out system. There was a very long queue near 11am with people getting agitated and restless at the fact that they had to stand and wait so long just to check out. |

Great location, only 5 mins walk from Buchanan Street but still in a quiet location. The Merchant City is a great area for bars & restaurants and of course beautiful architecture! The apartments are great, not the height of luxury but still nice & way better than a hotel for space. |

I liked the fact that we had a separate kitchen/living room as well as the bed room. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. There was a microwave, cooker, toaster and kettle – therefore this is a perfect place for self catering. There was a sofa and TV in the living room/kitchen as well as in the bedroom, so if staying there with a family you could all watch different channels. £ 99.00 seems a little bit too much for a room – considering that if I had wanted a breakfast I would have had to pay for it separately. |

It was a nice alternative to a hotel room. The lack of room service, mini bar or in room facilities was a bit of a let down, had to phone down for bathrobes which look an hour and a half to arrive! The room was ok on first glance but not exactly comfy for a night in with your partner.....there was one flimsy 2 seater leather sofa in the sitting area....deffinetely not one for snuggling up on! |

Good location, and large room. The kitchen facilities were nice, and the bathroom quite roomy and clean. Some street noise, but not too bad. |

Informal good quality reasonably priced accomodation in the heart of a major city close to all amenities Awakened at 7am by cleaning /catering staff who were consistently noisy and not taking into account that some guests were still sleeping |

Suite was clean. Nice to have DVD option & CD player. Creaky floorboards from the unit above (I stayed in 308). The person above was moving around late at night and it disturbed my sleep. Also, the receptionist noticed with my booking that my organisation had a discount rate which hadn't been picked up as I booked online, but she didn't use her initiative to adjust the booking rate accordingly. |

Plenty of space and more than adequate facilities for cooking, cleaning entertainment etc. Sound insulation was poor from the bar below as we were on first floor but this should not be a factor in putting anyone off as it's a lively bar with a great atmosphere and if you're coming to glasgow looking for a relaxing quiet stay, don't stay in the city centre it won't be for you. |

Practical, comfortable. Hot water. Clean, modern. In Merchant City. Room cold until I sussed radiators. Would like hairdrier plug close to a mirror. |

Convenience, room facilities and comfort. The staff would not allow to good colleagues of mine to my room, in the early hours of the morning, so that they might enjoy a glass of champagne whilst waiting for their taxi. Despite promising that they had no intention of staying, the hotel staff bordered on rude. |

Handy city centre location with all the facilities required for a one night stay. Breakfast is quite poor but you can bring your own which is much better. |
