La stanza è grande, molto accogliente, ben riscaldata e silenziosa. Il letto è molto comodo. Ci si può preparare agevolmente il pranzo o la cena.

Le pulizie non sono quotidiane e non si capisce il criterio con cui decidono i giorni in cui effettuarle.

very spacious rooms, good located near city center

Clean, comfortable and great location.

I liked the location and the size of the two-roomed apartment which was very well supplied with provisions both toiletries and in the kitchen. I was pleased about the voucher for parking next door which made the stay very economical and convenient. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and explained about the painting in progress. The friend I travelled with made another booking right away for a following weekend. I hope to stay there again when I attend a concert at City Halls or some other function in the Merchant City.

Great location, free wireless.

Hot water went out for 36 hours so they gave me a pass to local gym so I could shower. Fire alarm went off 3 times in my 2 week stay, once at 1:30am for 30 minutes. Room was shabby.

Friendly helpful staff, and excellent location for shopping, restaurants and concerts at the City Halls. Many excellent restaurants nearby, and adequate cooking facilities if wanted. Comfortable beds

Needs refurbished. Baths and kitchen surfaces chipped. Old and stale cooking smells in public areas. Double glazing no longer keeping out noise and draughts. Broken slats in blinds. Some apartments have just been repainted - but the colours are very dark, and the ones on the Albion Street get little light due to tall buildings on the other side of the street. Smell of cigarette smoke in apartment and in landing Rooms on Trongate/Albion Street so noisy you'd have to be drunk to get a sleep before 3am. This may be the fault of the double glazing...

Convenient location; size of room

The rooms and the common parts - with the exception of the reception - are all looking seedy and tired. The establishment is in serious need of a face lift.

Very nice, clean, comfortable and safe inner city hotel/apartments.

A little noisy from outside traffic etc., But that's expected when in the middle of a city centre.

Central location. Good level of decor/equipment.Quiet for central Glasgow location.

We stayed on the 2nd. floor(Room 210). There was occasional noise from the floor above, people walking about etc..I did mention this to reception on checking out.I was told that the issue was being addressed by installing better soundproofing.

Very central quality apartments which are a very high standard

Friendly staff and good facilities in room. Located within easy reach of city center shopping and dining.

A lot of noise from the bar next door which went on until small hours of the morning.

Location

The frazier suites is not on par with other apartments in the glasgow area ,it is dated and requires and upgrade and is more like a bedsit than an apartment with the bedroom and the kitchen being in 1 area
