Alle kinderen tot 15 jaar oud betalen GBP 15,00 per persoon per nacht extra bedden inbegrepen.

Extra bedden zijn op verzoek beschikbaar en dienen door het hotel te worden bevestigd.

Alles dik in orde, kamers mooi ruim. Ontbijtzaal/kamer aan de kleine kant. Tijdens ons verblijf was het overal veel te heet, op de gangen, op de kamer, niet prettig.. Dit bleef ook zo, dus zsm een goed klimaat-systeem aanbrengen lijkt me een idee. |

The location and convenience of hotel along with the modern and contemporary surroundings. No corkscrew/wine opener - we'd brought a bottle of wine but couldn't open unfortunately! |

Comfortable and quiet. The 2 bedroom suite was quite spacious for 3 adults and we were not on top of one another. No record of reservation on arrival but fortunately were able to accommodate us, albeit in a suite overlooking & overlooked by a multi storey car park. Minimal equipment - 2 bedroom suite for 4 people offered 4 knives, 4 forks, 4 plates etc. No saucepan lid, forced to use plate. |

The central locuation was ideal. And the suit was finshed to a high standard. We had a problem with the oven. It did not seem to cook our chicken. This unfortunatly meant that our evening meal was ruined. |

After we had checked in and got settled hotel staff phoned to see if everything was ok and if we needed any assistance. Rooms were basic but nice, had iron and ironing board complimentary toiletries ideal location for night out in glasgow. We paid in cash after we left but they swiped my card on arrival as an assurance but they have earmarked the £200 on my account and I need to wait 7 days until money is released and I can spend it. |

Very good location. Comfortable lounge area. Good standard of fittings etc. Combines hotel style reception with apartment/self-catering which is good for a group of 4. Our apartment was quiet. Very poor outlook (but it was quiet because it looked over backyard etc rather than street). One bedroom rather dark because wardrobe partially concealed window. |

We had a 2 bedroom apartment for ourselves and our teenage daughters - this was great as we all had our own space but were close and were able to enjoy the lounge / dining area together. I would definitely recommend this for a city break as we were able to provide our own breakfast etc which really cuts down the cost compared to always eating out. Had to pay for internet access. |

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the convenience to shops and trains. The noise from the people upstairs at 6 in the morning! The floors are not well sound proofed. |

I like the building, the cleanliness, the comfort, the situation in the city, near restaurants, the staff, almost everything. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that, although it was cold in Glasgow and we had all the heating off, the apartment was too hot. |

We enjoyed our stay as it was very clean , comfortable and convenient. We felt fleeced by the exorbitant rate when our fellow guests had paid a considerably lower rate for the same accommodation on the same weekend. The price which was £202 per night when our family paid £70 for exactly the same suite on the same night. No on! |

A peaceful and relaxing atmosphere in which to unwind with plenty space and a sense of freedom. I have been converted from staying in hotels to seeeking an apartment whenever required. Will definitely be back next year. Not really, except for noisy drunken locals outside. Secondary glazing perhaps? |

The location was good and the staff generally friendly. The free coffee machine in the lobby and the dvd library were nice. The kitchen was more minimal than I expected. We overlooked an alley behind a restaurant, which was pretty noisy. The hotel does not provide top sheets and the staff was incredulous when I asked for top sheets. They repeatedly told me that this was not standard practice "in the uk". This is the first time I have ever encountered a hotel, in the world, that did not provide 2 sheets. My suite was billed as "deluxe." |

Excellent location in centre of Glasgow's fantastic Merchant City. Ideal for shopping, eating out and nightlife. Staff could have been friendlier. Suite, although large and modern were looking a bit shabby compared to my previous visit 3 years ago. |

The suite was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and were able to answer all our questions. There was only enough tea, coffee and toiletries for one person. The cutlery was kept in a drainer. I expected far more for the price. Not at all satisfactory. |
