It's close to the city.
Great location - 2' from tube station. Free wifi. Polite staff & low cost
Small room & bathroom. No elevator (3floors!) and not very clean overall. No variety of breakfast
The staff were amazing. They were ready to help with any need if possible.
The shower was small and terrible. The bottom was missing a large tile. Very noisy due to ambulances and delivery trucks.
not clean bed cold and smell room poor internet
Location, fair staff, lots of links to Central London. I could be subjective but, I love Paddington area! It is full of life and enjoyable sites for all ages. That's why I'll comeback every time I can!
This hotel have a enormous potential! Need a at least a minimum refurbishment or maybe a more close to the reality management! All the best! It is one of the place I'll be back with confidence! It is my personal opinion.
Position, staff really helpful and always available, room with good temperature, wifi and tv
The receptionist was great. Most helpful in dealing with our many travel situations. Very reasonable and warm. Location good.
Serious maintenance issues requiring larger budget. Old mattresses, lights not working and bathroom fixtures need upgrade.
Location is perfect it is only 20 ft away from Paddington station from which you can go to anywhere in central London.
This wasn't NOT CLEAN IT WAS DIRTY DISGUSTING
Location is good: Paddington station is very close. Facilities to make tea and coffee. Friendly staff.
The room is basic and small. There's no space/shelf in bathroom to store toiletries. Dirty carpet. Breakfast should be available until 10-10:30, at least on weekends, not until 9:30!
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the Nigerian man.
Very noisy, I could hear a lot of noise from the floor above, noisy floorboards, all the doors slam quite loudly when they were closed. No plug in the bathroom sinks and the shaving mirror light didn't work. Radiators were not turned on during the day. The teabags, coffee and milk had gone off. People were smoking in other rooms, the smoke drifted into my room and made me sick. The rooms on the 1st floor are extremely small and it's hard to move around.
Staff really friendly and helpful. Excellent location.
The room was too small for 2 people and the bathroom mouldy because of the lack of aeration.
I loved that it was right opposite Paddington station. The staff were extremely helpful, and the rooms whilst being quite basic were large and had both an iron and tea and coffee making facilities.
I was on the top floor and there's no lift, if you have a lot of luggage you can leave it downstairs but be warned, the stairs are narrow and carrying heavy suitcases to the top can be exhausting.
Very poor accommodation system
-The receptionist in the evening, smily, good conversational, good listener to customer concerns. -A room that was not facing the street -The wifi access, slow but reliable
-The receptionist in the morning, to busy watching tv on the laptop and to have an eye contact to say hello or even ask how was your night. -The mouldy bathroom -The mugs never washed or changed by the housekeeper changing the linen despite raising the concerns 3 times. -The unappetising breakfast laid out in a warm room, pastries still in their original wrapping from the shop with no effort of presentation, choice of only 2 cereals, the kitchen with the dishwasher wide open to invite guest to make themselves at home...basically no services...The Hotel look like running on minimal staff, minimum service for maximum profit.
Nothing really. Very good location for Paddington Station and Edgeware Rd. The room was very well-heated, to be fair.
Shabby decor, dirty stairs and stains on walls, damp and mildew in bathroom, window that could not be closed, no shelf/space in bathroom to store toiletries
the only plus is the location nearby heathrow express station
The place is a dump and needs closed down whilst a deep clean and redecoration takes place. No breakfast available until 0815 which is a joke although if the hygiene in the kitchen was the same as in the rest of the "hotel" it was probably best that I had to leave earlier. My whole experience did not reflect well on Booking.com.
very small room like a cupboard poor wifi connection. room very small inside loft only one light working table unstable shelf for the beverages was unstable Bathroom need a good clean ie grouting .
It is close to Paddington statuion
-Not very clean. -Breakfast from 8:15..so not helping going early to work. -Poor furniture -not able to talk a cup of tea, no milk
Location was good
The shower was not working only little water comes out and bathroom room had damp very dirty
The staff were friendly. It can't be nice for them to show people to these rooms.
My room was filthy. The duvet had a cigarette hole that went from the cover to the duvet itself indicating that the cover had not been changed for a while. The coffee granules that were put in a pot for use were mouldy! I could not get hot water from the shower.
The location was good, being right next to Paddington, and not far from Edgeware Road.
The dirty marks on the walls. The malfunctioning electrics. Mould on the bathroom ceiling. Loose carpet on the stairs.
I believe that this site should not be maintained by people.... horrible hole, the only benefit that is close to metro
