With a 24-hour restaurant serving à la carte food and an all-you-can-eat breakfast in the morning, this hotel is situated in central Aberdeen. It is 5 minutes’ walk from the nearest bus station.
Score from 733 reviews Very good
Good bed, nice staff, spacious room, nice decorations
No mini fridge, low pressure in shower, shower used at least 10 min to get warm enough (and still not satisfactory warm) to shower, dark room (the lights did little, was quite dark there all the time), toilet moved, sheets had stains, vacuuming not good enough
Reception and staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar was comfortable and live entertainment was excellent.
Noisy, from street outside. No bathroom accessories. No lift to upstairs bedrooms.
Hotel is in a central Aberdeen location. Quite expensive compared to local Hilton hotels. Staff friendly and room clean.
No free wifi . Had to pay full balance upfront.
Same as last time.

Great location for rail station and city centre
The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. A single room was booked and I was delighted to have a double bed!
The room was a bit cold on arrival but put the wee fan heater on for a while and soon it was warm. I was in Room 20 and it you could hear all the goings on outside and the traffic.
Not much. Shower was ok, bed was tolerably comfortable. Breakfast was good.
The room didn't seem particularly clean and needed a complete refurbishment. Towels were thin and very small and on the second night one was removed. Only one bedside light. I have very rarely stayed in such a poor hotel, and never paid so much for it.
Our room was spacious and warm
The hotel has no lift so the luggage had to be taken up the stairs, not good when you have a room on the top floor! Also not much in the way of attractions in the general area
Was not bad considering how much it cost, done the trick but didn't stay in the room any longer than I had to.
Wasn't any where near a 'boutique' status hotel and was very dated even though it said it was refurbished. Huge old fashioned keys for door as well, make the key ring in the key a bit smaller, would be easier to turn.
Good location. Lovely staff. Comfortable. Excellent breakfast.
Wind whistling through the closed window.
Comfort of the rooms
Noise coming up from the streets(Double Glazing ????)
Central Location. Stylish decor. Good room sizes
Bathroom looked onto, and was overlooked by office block, windows were only partially frosted and the roller blind was broken, so very little privacy in the bathroom. The room had no independent heat controls so the room got a bit chilly. Because of the central location, the distance to the port wasn't very far the constant noise from ships engines was quite intrusive.
Central location good access to transport
Quite basic facilities
Location excellent, breakfast good albeit an 'English' not 'Scottish' one, staff friendly enough and felt comfortable.
Lack of attention to detail, need to up their game a bit in provision of facilities. Maintenance a little lacking.
Ideally located for shopping or night out in aberdeen
No door handle on outside of door so you had to try to slam it shut, which wasn't easy. Also the bathroom lock didn't work properly in room 28 so I couldn't open it luckily my husband was able to use a coin on the outside
Room was freezing cold, damp and smelly. Staff did not carry through on requests when I ask for extra blankets in my room etc. The "continental" breakfast consisted of only stale bread and cornflakes.
Easy to find, reasonably priced. I travel to work from Aberdeen, but live in yorkshire so after a long train journey i just hop off the train and 2 minutes up the road your at the hotel, then in the morning your right by the bus and train station to connect you to the airport etc ..just what I need.
I popped to the shop a few doors down around 10 pm and on my return they'd locked up, for security obviously.. but maybe tell guests about this when the check in
Room Cold, lights not working £10 for wireless internet access
Really nice sized room with comfy bed. Very quiet with very little outside noise coming through. Great location just up from station.
Shower had black grouting but that's the only negative point.
24 hour reception, good location, spacious room.
As a mature couple with health problems would have liked to be made aware that there was no lift in the hotel and quite a number of stairs to our room.
Location, staff (very helpful and considerate despite previous comments I have read) price (some Aberdeen hotels are just taking the urine). Breakfast was more than adequate where staff were very attentative. (Some people don't know that all rooms are the same size when the lights are out). I stayed one night and my room was plain, clean and tidy, very quiet and I had a good sleep. Thank you Soprano!
Being disabled, no lift, lots of stairs!!!! I had an early train to catch and my early morning call that I requested never materialised (Luckily my alarm clock worked). Minor faults in the room I occupied needing attention.
Nowhere to hang clothes. Charge for wifi.
Clean Good location Restaurant on site
Fairly pricey for what you get (though that might just be Aberdeen) Food was good but quite expensive.
Near to everywhere we wanted to go
Shower not to good and kettle was broken
