Clean, well decorated and pleasently styled small hotel. Experience was in line with price. Very friendly and helpful staff In room bathroom was of a fairly low quality and room was stylish without substance as it was quite small, basic and only fairly comfortable |

Good value. Excellent breakfast. Great location Hard to comment here without it being regarded as a complaint Room 15 was very noisy during the night becaus of horrendous noise when the next door room flushed the toilet (everal times). Also, the door closers caused several severe bangs during the night. The result? A bad night's sleep. No lounge or sitting area. Reception desk often unmanned. |

Hotel location is perfect in the middle of shops, restaurants etc. Attractive newly refurbished room. The design and decor of the wine bar and bistro is beautiful with really good staff and food - highly recommended. |

The room was nicely presented. The staff were nice. Good value. Nice breakfast. Be sure to let them know in advance if you have difficulty with stairs. Some of the rooms very high! |

The satff were really cheerful and helpful. The cooked breakfast was very nice. The new decor was good. Its a bit obvious in the corridors that the refurbishment is not yet complete. There isn't a lift - so it was a bit of a trek to the third floor. But all in all it was good value - especially given its location close to the station and the shopping centre. |

This is a good business class hotel ideally located for bus and rail travellers and the city centre. I have stayed there twice this month and would use it again. Being a city centre hotel there is a lot of street and traffic noise at night. I am not disabled but I do not recall it being disabled friendly. |

Very nice small hotel. Nothing too much trouble and everyone looked after us very well. Meal and entertainment in the hotel's bistro was brilliant. Will be back |

Hotel was very clean and room recently refurbished. Highly recommended. Room was quite small. Really clean and modern but wouldn't recommend staying longer than 2 nights. |

Room was fine and clean as was the bathroom which, thankfully, had an excellent shower. Room was very noisy as it fronted the main street with traffic noise all through the night and only single glazing. |
