Lui the member of staff at the front desk was very polite and professional therefore my first impressions were very good. All staff were very nice, some hotel's do not have this but at your hotel you have it down to a 't'. i felt at ease and welcome and me and my partner enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. I would come back again definitely. I have recommended your hotel to many people already. |

The service in the restaurant and bars was very good and the food was excellent The reception staff were rather brusque and not very welcoming. On leaving there was no enquiry about my stay. A weeding party ended in a fight in the car park at 2.00am with no sign of intervention from any hotel staff even calling the police! |

The hotel was easy to find and at a nice location. The room was comfortable. Free parking. The restaurant was not to expensive with good menu. Comfortable bed The service in restaurant was a little chaotic. The bathroom smelt moist. It is big building with small corridors and small rooms. |

There was no lift to help with baggage to rooms above ground floor nor any staff to help. Staff that were around did not speak English. |

I thought the room was in need of decoration, as the wallpaper was stained with damp. I would have expected better for £135. I have stayed in a much nicer room in this hotel. |

A place with spirit, decorated in best English traditional style, but also providing contemporary facilities, like SPA with spacious swimming pool. Nice garden around, very well maintained, plenty of flowers. Location - a bit off town, especially if you do not have car. |
