unconvinced that you have to pick up keys from Union Street then walk to flat particularly after 6 hours flight - and worst yet that nobody told that until we got there. far from underground stations reception staff where not very helpfull
Great location, nice views across the city, very comfortable apartment with everything you need. Good customer service too.
The space and presentation was good. We enjoyed our stay.
The sink in the master bathroom was broken and kept leaning to one side.
kitchen is best
location of house is far away from check-in. bathroom is not big enough.
Generally comfortable and spacious flat. Well equipped.
No views of London as quoted in description - blank wall from sitting room! Very uncomfortable narrow double bed. Very noisy up till about 12.30pm from London Bridge Station but then really quiet from then till about 7am. A pain that you have to pick up keys from Union Street then walk to flat - not made clear until you have booked.
Excellent location, close to London Bridge Trainstation and Underground. Good restraunt close by.
A bit noisy in early mornings.
The property itself is fantastic, clean and comfort. It is not close to the main road so it is very quiet overnight, a good sleep is promised . WIFI speed is decently good.
Location might be a negative point, its approximately 12 minutes from borough station.
The location and convenience to London Bridge station. Also Bermondsey street is a little gem.
Didn't have hot water for 2 days as the water heater blew up and we came back to the flat full of smoke! Also felt we paid way too much for what the apartment offered. Would stay elsewhere next time.
A great apartment to stay in. It has everything you need and is very well located near Tower Bridge and the tube station.
Very squeaky laminate floors!
Location and view great.
Staff in reception surly.
Problems with the windows
Having booked appts thro booking.com before it was a relief to find an appt that actually matched it's description! Would have been nice to have a double duvet on the bed rather than 2 singles but otherwise great. Really pleased with service - Tatianna especially
Not easy to find the offices to collect keys
Great spacious Flat I would definitely recommend these to anybody & EVERYBODY!!!!
Not that we really used it but the TV didn't work properly, wasn't tuned & was impossible to watch.
Overall, the apartment was not fancy but comfortably furnished and quite adequate as a base from which to explore London. The 2 bedrooms were small and basic, with small double beds. One had an ensuite shower.
There was an overwhelming smell of stale cigarette smoke permeating the apartment, which was nauseating and very disappointing considering it was supposed to be non-smoking accommodation.
Very large well equipped apartment with good facilities and located near London Bridge Great view of the Shard from sitting room window
I was there for 8 days. The wifi kept going out. Had to complain every day for 5 days.
Well equipped free wifi clean fluffy towels
nice and spacious location was ok staff were very accommodating as we needed to store luggage a day before checking in and afterwards
hot water stopped working one morning a couple heaters weren't working tv would short out on a few stations
1. Cleanliness. 2. Full kitchen utensile. 3. Fast wifi. 4. Nice 2 rooms apartment. 5. Living area is spacious for another person to sleep.
1. Different location of check in. Need to go to another place for check in and then move to the apartment. Troublesome if you are travelling with children and many bags.
Close to tube station and Tescos
Quite hard to find A long way from their office Not many restaurants nearby.
All was good.
Really nothing to complain. Building is close to the train road but this was not much important for us as we went for visit a London .
Once we entered the apartment, we were impressed by the space, cleanliness and home-feeling. The area is safe and quiet, close to Tesco & Sainsburry suppermarkets. Full kitchen facilities. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, especially after they improve the wifi facility.
The route that the person at the check-in office showed us is a long and bumpy way, like cobblestone. It is difficult for us when dragging the heavy luggages. What ignored us was the wifi. The first day we could not be connected with wifi. Later found out that we needed to wait for their staff to come to the apartment to do the top up in the morning. It happened 2 to 3 times during our 6 nights' stay!
Apartment and location good clean and comfortable good value!
Complete kitchen facilities and peaceful place to stay.
Exact apartment location and distance from office was not mentioned/advertised. These resulting confusion of apartment location, distance from tube station.
