layout and size of the apartment
Had to go to the office first without knowing where the actually apartment was
Staying in an apartment is as staying at home! No hotel schedules to wake up, have breakfast, etc. Relatively well located. 20 minutes by bus to Covent Garden
Our clothes washing machine was not working properly. Maintenance wasn't able to fix it.
Located near to Tube, Bus stop - convinience in transportation. Supermarket & food outlets are also within reach. Helpful Staff, everything very clean, Good apartment.
Hot water was sufficient for 1 person only. For a group, hot water was is short of requirement.
Clean, secure, free wifi, ease of getting to central London and train / underground. Welcoming tea /coffee and milk
night noise until we got use to it. blinds not black out blinds
The location is just a few minutes walk to Tower Bridge. The apartments are roomy with excellent facilities. It was great to be able to wash and dry clothes before heading home. Room to relax at night with no traffic racing by.
Beds were a bit on the firm side, and I don't understand having a thick heavy doona on beds in summer with no top sheet. It was way to warm for a doona, where as a top sheet would have been fine and you could take off the doona.!
Size of the apartment Restaurants in the neighbourghood
Underground bit far away
Its main attraction was its location, only a couple of minutes from Tower Bridge and South-Bank walks. Two bathrooms, one ensuite, and plenty cupboard and hanging space in the bedrooms was helpful. Repair requests were handled promptly.
That repair requests had to be made in the first place. Washer/drier did not dry and kitchen utensils were barely adequate. A sliding door to the outside did not close properly exposing the living room to the constant sound of London.
- very distanced staff. I had the impression to bother them - they made me sign a paper in which they threatened me with fines and expulsion - the shower was ridiculous as there was no efficent shower curtain - the fridge had a very unpleasant smell - they threaten you with fines and expulsion again as you enter the appartment

Apartment is recent and nice and has all amenities required: wifi, tv, dishes etc (didn't actually cook). Nice for a family of 4/5 for a few days.
Noise insulation from the exterior is rather poor (can hear all traffic on the street), but can't hear any neighbors. Lift was broken during most of our stay (we were on the 4th floor). Apartment is located at a 10min walk from the check in office (ours was on 119 Weston), which can be annoying cause of the luggage. And it requires taking public transports for 30-60min to most attraction points.
Close to all shops and restaurants.
Did not like the cleaner who turned up before the agreed check out time
Very close to london and tower bridges. Beds were comfortable to sleep in and the bedrooms did look nice on first appearances. The kitchen does look modern, although furnishings quite basic.
The sample photographs do not reflect the quality of this apartment. They are only meant to be a guide, but this apartment was of a much poorer quality in terms of furnishings and finish to the workmanship. For example, poor finish to bathroom, dated furniture in living area, wobbly wall sockets, sliding wardrobe doors not sliding properly, dishwasher racks not running smoothly, only basic equipment in the kitchen. It was not the quality of finish expected for an apartment of this cost. Perhaps we were unlucky and got the last apartment available and others may be as nice as the photos.
Lovely, well equipped apartment. Fantastic views of London skyline.
It is very noisy next to the train tracks. We were woken at 3am by freight trains and then again at 5.30am by commuter trains. We did not get back to sleep after this time. We had to ask for fans on our second night to try and drown out the noise.
The supermarket downstairs
- the apartment was too hot and no air conditioning - Washing machine damaged our clothes - No water on a morning, without any notice and no help (helpdesk doesn't react at all) - Sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable - Train was noisy during the night, as the windows are open.
Walking distance to Central London. 2br Apartment. Kitchen. Bath. Ensuite.
Advert described apartment as being nearby to the check-in address. We let the taxi go, what a mistake. The 'nearby' was in reality a 24 minute walk, which proved to be a real struggle with two prams and four international suitcases. Noisy location. Plumbing issues with smells from drains and showers not draining properly. The secure complex had a broken front door that anyone off the street could enter.
Good location, good view, there is a supermarket beside it.
The railway station is too close.
Single quilts on double beds, No running water in the on suite sink, No shampoo shower gel conditioner, No wifi, Fridge did not work, Right next to a rail track very noisy, TV power lead was faulty and the TV kept cutting out, Could not turn the heating off. The shower did not work very well unless you stood and held the lever whilst showering, Oh and no phone call from staff when I informed them of the wifi problem, Basically the whole experience was a let down and I feel as though I have been ripped off by very inaccurate advertising.
Great apartment with lots of Amenities Quiet area Secure access
TV - some channels when selected would blank out after a few seconds.
Good location. Nice and clean flat. Three bedrooms as promised. Wifi worked. Kitchen well equipped.
It was a ground floor apartment with windows in street level and very, very hot in the summer. We had to pay a rather large extra charge for paying by credit card - which was really a direct bank transfer to a bank in the Czech Republic. It would be nice, if this featuret om booking.com. Everywhere we were met with signs and notes about extra charges if we had a party, made noise, the neighbours complained or if the rubbish was noa dealt with by the rules or if the kichen vas not cleaned. There was no service or rubbish collection. Suddenly the agency called and demanded acces to the flat on behalf of the owner. We assumed it was to check on us.
The apartment we stayed in was in a good neighborhood with plenty to do. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed.
The check in procedure was an unnecessary hassle. The apartment building was musty and the light in the lift did not work resulting in a pretty dark ride. One bedroom was massive, the others were tiny with zero storage. Our apartment was not one pictured and was clearly below the standard shown on booking.com
clean, super comfy
TV didn't work and it took too long to fix, staff tried to help but was really slow
location is superb for South Bank/More London/Tower area apartment was spacious and well laid out - clean and fresh bedding and overall well equipped wifi worked well ease of getting keys / check out
TV antenna not working - poor signal Adjacent to London Bridge - so a lot of train noise. Insulation on windows could have solved this - but quality there was lacking
good access to train station and neighbourhood shops
Info by booking.com They never pay tax in UK, bank sms was from Chezh republic
