The apartment was clean and heated. The staff were terrible. They sent us to a wrong address. We spent walking about one hour to find the apartment. |

quiet, close to the town center very good apartment beds were uncomfortable but as this is the only low point it still was a very enjoyable stay thanks |

good value for money not advised that key needed to be picked up in city centre so waisted a hour of the day. No apologies from staff who were ademant that email was sent which wasn't. |

Clean, specious and has everything you need but probably not checked regularly It could be better. Fire alarm did not have a battery was biping all night. Shower head had a problem water did not come trough properly. Communication with the office was poor we found very difficult to get the key for the apartment. Also in the web site the distance to the Tate gallery was 500m (probably by Boat) it was not |

It was situated in a very nice area and only a short taxi ride away from the town centre. The shower had no pressure was cold.There was only one mirror between 6 of us.The kitchen was cluttered with someones mail. The kitchen cuttlery was filthy. There was 6 of us staying in the apartment and only 3 cups. it said there was going to be a dvd player and hi-fi and there wasnt and the pictures on the website didnt resemble the apartment or its views at all. |

El estado del apartamento y su equipamiento Viajabamos cinco amigos y reservamos un apartamento de seis plazas. Nos encontramos con un apartamento con solo dos camas dobles. La información sobre el apartamento era incorrecta ya que tres personas tuvieron que dormir sentados en sofás |
