Beautiful setting. Quirky, lovely decor, fantastic choice of breakfast fodder (ample supply too) Couldn't fault it at all, definitely want to go back.
Great pub nearby and lots of places to walk and see
Loved the studio and the setting. Amy was so accommodating and the whole family including Dill were gorgeous. If you want to be surrounded by nature you can't go past this b&b.i would recommend this in a heartbeat.
Pretty much liked everything. Hit our heads a couple of times on the angled walls but apart from this no problems.
Facilities good for self catering and lovely home made produce for breakfast. Comfy bed, peaceful place.
As the studio is built in the eves it really is very challenging to get around without hitting your head. No washing up facilities though owners do washing up for you. Only microwave for cooking, but very good, easy to use and detailed instructions.
The supply of breakfast in room plenty of choices and instructions to cook lol nice quiet everything u needed down to shoe polish nice friendly pub in walking distance
It's in a roof of an old barn or garage therefore watch your heads and shoulders I keep banging mine and not breakfast in bed it's get out if bed do it yourself
Outside sitting area overlooking garden and woods. Easy to find. Quiet location. Good for Goodwood Revival, with perfect secluded parking if you have a special car. Copious, varied breakfast supplies. Lots of fluffy towels. Everything spotlessly clean.
Low ceilings around bed. Cramped eating area, especially when using microwave for scambling (fresh) eggs. A small boiled egg cooker would take up less space than the microwave. Eating area too close to bathroom, but with more time and if it was warm enough, could eat on balcony area..
Quitness, the home made products available in the room...
The bed and the ceiling is not recommended to tall people!
The breakfast was excellent and lots of it. Amy was very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Having breakfast on the deck was perfect watching the rabbits, squirrels and birds heaven. Loved it.
The room was exactly as is on website Extremely Clean Owner was very friendly and helpful
Slopping ceilings can be a problem in the night
1.Loved the location...very peaceful and nice atmosphere 2. Nice quality and choice of foods for breakfast 3. Nice quality bed linen, towels etc
1.Low beams but we had been warned. 2.Think there may be squirrels nesting in the roof as lot of scuttling and rolling of nuts off roof during the night!!
Lovely location, clean, well equipt studio, friendly, helpful owner, plenty of nice fresh food for our breakfast. Very nice place to stay and we would come here again.
Ceiling height was a bit low.
Great pub within walking distance. Very private Very quiet Nice people
Counter space very limited Faucet in bath room sink splashed everywhere Microwave not to good for making eggs,an induction hot plate might be useful.
Good for both of us and good for our dog . Nice garden and woodland walk. Very friendly .
The suite was spacious, comfortable and characterful, the food provided was really nice (including fresh croissants and new laid eggs!) and thefamily extremely friendly and helpful.
Our only regret was that we didn't stay long enough to take advantage of lovely walking country!
The owner Amy was lovely... really enjoyed my stay, was peaceful, quiet and relaxing... very laid back and enjoyable
It was a tad tricky to find as there are no signs to advertise the B&B
Location is lovely The owners are very helpful and pleasant
The area was lovely, the space was ideal and had lovely surroundings for my little one, Amy the host said we could use all the grounds including the trampoline, visiting the chickens & the swings :) My little one befriended their dog who was also so friendly. The place was swish and spotless and the host were more than helpful, we stayed for a wedding and they even helped with local taxi companys. The fridge was stocked with all the treats you need for a breakfast..lots of nice touches, would def recommend on...also lovely west wittering beach was only 30 mins away, so we checked out in a good mood & carried on. Thanks alot x
The wifi was a bit on and off, but there were thunderstorms the night previous...the host did their best and changed the router. But to be honest was just the right place to encourage nature and discourage the ipad for the kids :)
Very friendly and extremely helpful..... When we could not get a taxi in time, the owner offered to drive us - beyond call of duty!
Low ceilings in room
Everything, this place was perfect.
Lovely area. Felt very secluded and the accommodation was lovely. Hosts were on site but not intrusive. very approachable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was ideal location for the Festival of speed.
Nothing not to like though be prepared to bang your head on the low ceilings at first until you get used to it!
Very convenient and close to Goodwood, which was our purpose for staying here, only taking ten minutes to drive there from this b&b. Very clean and comfortable, an excellent choice of breakfast foods, teas and coffee etc.. for self service. Lots of other comforts available too. Set in lovely countryside, quiet and peaceful. A pub with great food literally around the corner is worth a visit too. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner, and we would love to come back to this little gem again sometime.
Nothing at all, the ceiling took minutes to get used to, even in a sleep induced zombie state we remembered to duck! No problems.
Very clean and comfortable room
The owners, friendly but discreet. The breakfast, fresh, good quality and abundant. The independence: home from home feeling The grounds/garden: beautiful, waking up to the birds singing, seeing squirrels running up the oak trees and deer grazing nearby. Very bucolic. Easy to park the car. Amy really helpful. We were coming from abroad and couldn't transfer the money previously, but it was no problem for her, she trusted that we would turn up and held the room for us. Upon arrival we had all sorts of problems with police blocks on the road and were having difficulty getting to the place as we didn't know the area, no problem! Amy helped us out! We also needed a taxi whilst there and Amy kindly texted me the names and numbers of the best local firms. There are probably more things we liked, but I don't wish to bore...! Wholeheartedly recommend!
Having to leave!
Quirky character, delightful situation. Very clean, beautifully finished.
Friendliness and helpfulness of owner. Breakfast provided on a do it yourself basis. Very clean and well maintained. Located near woods away from main road so very quiet with lots of wildlife about.
Design of the building was in the roof space of a garage/outbuiding so the room had a double pitched ceiling which meant that one was prone to bumping ones head.
