The room was clean and tidy, the bed was really comfortable, and it was a good price - what more do you need? The shower wasn't great, but not bad. |

From reception to restaurant the staff were efficient, helpful and pleasant. The room was a good size, adequately furnished and temperature was controllable to suit individual preferences. The bathroom had both shower and bath facilities and was a decent size. We would undoubtably return. |

The choice of tv programmes Noise from other guests on same floor as us. Cant understand why its accepatble for fifteen people to be having a party in a room for two people from 8 - 11pm and then come back and wake up all the guests at 3am until much later patying - how did they all get back in - should not have been allowed and totally ruined our last night. Also telephones in rooms should clealy reflect what the reception number is. |

Staff were friendly and efficient, explaining clearly all the options available to us. They were lovely with my elderly mum and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and pleasant. It was an extremely convenient location for us and we would certainly visit again. |

The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful, my partner was not able to attend as my daughter was poorly, she automatically reduced my payment by £7.50 to cover his breakfast charge. |

Close to town and the guildhall, nice and quiet. Staff very nice at breakfast time. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast even though i am limited as to what i can eat, also the food was hot. Watered down juices at breakfast, also a nasty looking stain on the duvet cover. Nothing to make me not want to book with them again though. |

Convenient for the city centre. Staff were helpful - especially regards car parking. The car park is very small, but staff were willing to accomodate more vehicles than planned. The railway is immediately behind the hotel, but the double & secondary glazing did such a good job that you would not be aware of it. |

Receptionist was excellent on booking in even though she was a trainee. The room was very clean, Felt relaxed at the hotel. Not impreesed not being able to put my bar and meal bill onto the room tab and had to pay for it as I went, not had that in many years of staying at hotels. Parking was toatally disorganised and a mess. |

The location was excellent for both shopping and the football ground. The reception staff were excellent. The special offer price made it excellent value. Once you have stayed in a Premier Inn you know the standard facilities are going to be available in all of their hotels. I felt the breakfast at £7.50 was expensive but there are alternative cafes within a ten minute walk.Parking was an issue but had been emailed prior to my arrival explaining the problem. |

reception staff were excellent, room clean and comfortable and although it is situated on a busy road was not in the least noisy the first night we ate at the restaurant and it was awful. A lot of menu items were not available, we waited well over ten minutes for our drinks and the service was not great. Breakfast was equally poor. had to stand around waiting for the food to be replenished at no tme did a member of staff suggest I sit down and they bring it to me |

Very convenient to all areas of the city. Room very clean and roomy if a bit noisy even with triple glazing, we were over the railway track. Terrible parking, everyone was complaining, no room as full of white vans! Reception area very cold and unwelcoming. |

The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel was easy to find and not too far from the shops. The room was clean and the shower was very good. The hotel was located next to a railway line and unfortunately near to a venue that was holding its annual freshtival, hence the noise made sleeping difficult and it continued until 13.30. I am sure any other weekend would have been much more pleasant! |
