staff bar/restaurant on the 5th bed
when you are checking in you have to pay your bill by CC immediately they try to sell a meal deal incl breakfast but you have already breakfast included a lot of trouble and nobody knows how to make the right correction, so the 2nd breakfast was for free: silly
Location, car park & good breakfast!
Staff Bar at the hotel
Noisy railway feet from window. Limited car parking
didn't like mattress or pillows and duvet too hot
The dinner and breakfast deal was very good value for money
staff were very helpful. Location near city centre and harbour was good. The train line outside our window was not a problem.
The staff are so friendly and really make you welcome. It is comfortable and perfect for what we needed.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was fabulous. Highly recommended.
staff were very kind and helpful
We had a long walk from the station but that did not really matter.
Convenience to cruise port Very comfortable bed and nice linens
Air conditoning kept cutting out
i loved the location as it was near the train station and bus stop. and also near the shopping centre.
i didnt like the fact that my 14 month old baby was being disturbed by the loud noises of the trains coming from outside.
The rooms were a nice size we had a double bed, single bed and to baby beds and there was still room for the baby's to play.
I had previously heard bad things about Premiere Inn, but after spending just one night in their Southampton (City Centre) accommodation, I have to say that I was very impressed. The staff their couldn't do enough for us. Everything was close to perfection!
Nothing that I can think of at present.
Staff excellent. Breakfast good also.
Found the decor a little dark in the room and corridors.. But not a problem.
paying to park what's with that!
Reception staff were very helpful. A good sleep.
No space in the car park but was directed to one nearby. As I had no change it was suggested that I queue up at reception to get some. After a wait of about 15 minutes as they were busy, I got some change and drove to the car park only to find that the machines accepted card payments! Someone should tell your staff this fact! Waited over 40 minutes for a table for dinner only to be told that, due to a backlog of orders, I could sit down but it may be some time before my order was processed. When the food eventually came it was overcooked or had been sitting for some time. Breakfast the next morning was not much better. The fried egg yolks were solid immediately on leaving the kitchen and the hash browns were cold.
great location for ferry.friendly staff.
train passing very frequently with heavy loads which made alot of noise and my husband was unable to sleep due to noise.
Needs a face lift, in comparison to other premier inns iv stayed at
Easy access to port. Easy access to shopping.
Parking a nightmare.
Nothing very pleasant stay
Big bath. Personally speaking I like the colour purple. The room was comfortable and clean. Good supply of coffee/tea/milk. Quiet room. Hotel is in a good location. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I disliked nothing.
The hotel was close to the docks and there was plenty of disabled parking spaces close to the main entrance.
The hotel overlooks a railway line that runs most of the night and was very noisy. The bed was very hard and I was unable to get comfortable due to my arthritis so in consequence didn't get much sleep. When we arrived I needed to go to the toilet which I eventually found located on the fifth floor.
