Good value, adequate for overnight stay, friendly owners, clean rooms and good breakfast. Thoroughly recommendable. Very small tv's in rooms and no 'comfortable' chairs (free space only allows for dining-type chairs) |

convenient, comfortable and friendly. pick up service and directions very helpful for those new to town. nice cross between bed and breakfast and formal hotel. no access to regular telephone line (even for a fee) for those of us without international cell phone plans. |

None really. Very basic bed and breakfast. Breakfast was OK but the cooked breakfast was not worth it for £350 extra. We asked for a taxi to be booked and the waiting time was over an hour so we looked for a local taxi cab to pick us up. There was no bar or seating area to relax. The rooms were unstylish. We asked for a double bedbroom and got a room with a double bed and two single beds! Rooms needs to be updated with new bed covers and an all over refurb. |

friendly, clean, very near Gatwick airport. Special attention to our needs such as booking taxi for early morning departure to airport, free pickup as we arrived at airport, excellent tips as eating spots in village. |

The owners were friendly and made us feel welcome. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport at no extra charge. Our room (which had a very nice en-suite bathroom) was comfortable, very clean and up-to-date. Our breakfast was served in a bright and pleasant dining room. We would certainly stay there again. Slightly softer pillows would have added to our comfort.. |

the warm reception, professional, organised owners and also charming breakfast/dining area.Very clean. Lovely walk to village and local neighbourhood. Close to train station for easy access to town. Wonderful shuttle service to and from Gatwick Airport. 2nd time I've stayed here. |

Only one night stay so difficult to comment but it was comfortable and clean The outside road noise was a problem trying to sleep better sound proofing windows would help. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly. When we wanted to extend our stay another night and no rooms were available, they helped locate a room nearby and even negotiated a good rate. |

Good location - able to leave the car parked for £3 a day which we thought was very reasonable. Very helpful staff and very comfortable room. Would have liked a hairdryer in the room but owner provided me with one when we asked. |
