What a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were well appointed, the breakfast lovely, and the staff just wonderful. Had we known how lovely the town in general was we would have stayed longer! Great place to stay, quiet, private, wonderful!!!!

Efficient, quiet, friendly. Short walk from Horley Station, only 5 mins by train from Gatwick and on the train line to Central London.

Chose hotel for proximity to Gatwick airport. Clean, comfortable room with all necessary amenities, Excellent freshly cooked breakfast.

I love this hotel and the owners and staff they make you feel like you are part of the family. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and will be back there soon. I prefer to stay here then in London. With a great pub near by with great food. I left my teddy bear there and the kept him for me (yes I said Teddy bear) on my way back with a short pause between airports the brought him to me and would not take any money for the delivery now thats family. They have a good pick up and delivery service for the Gatwick airport. Quick efficient with a good vehicle with ample room.

Arrived late 2am into Gatwick. They left keys. Amazing value. Clean and drove us back to airport next day free of charge. Fab vintage pub a few mins away. Proper sunday roast with all the trimmings.

I like that they make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. I also appreciated the free airport shuttle service, as I arrived early and they made sure my room was ready by 9.30am. Also the lovely cooked breakfast which sets you up for the day. As well as the friendliness of the staff, had good chats with Mark. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

the attendent came right to the door when I knocked, he knew I had a reservation, he helped me carry my luggage up the stairs, he explained the breakfast, everything went according to plan. The room was nice and clean with a lovely tea service laid out. The (cooked) breakfast was cooked for me at my appointed time. Breakfast room is very nice with a nice selection of cereals and breads to toast. My airport transportation (same person) left exactly on time and he even pulled into a loading zone so I could check that I was in the correct terminal at Gatwick. (the etickets from the US unfortunately don't seem to include that information!) It was just delightful, really!

Bed was very squeaky when turning over and pillows weren't the best for comfort.

Very flexible and service-oriented owner. Room was good. Location very convenient. A very good deal compared to the other ones.

The owners and staff were very friendly. We had a great time joking around. They were very accomodating and went out of their way to assist us. The place was very clean.

The bathroom floor squeaked and I was worried of disturbing other guests.

My sister and I stayed in this guesthouse for two nights. I would highly recommend it for Tony's warm and friendly welcome. The room was very nicely decorated, very quiet (we could sleep with an open window) and clean. The bathroom was modern and spotless. There was enough choice for breakfast and the car park was very convenient. The town centre and the station (30 min to London Victoria) are also at walking distance. Would certainly stay there again.

Almost everything, second visit to this hotel, and just as good and convenient as the first.

traffic noise from adjacent road, room was at the front of the hotel in a busy commuter area. Otherwise excellent.

Excellent accommodation

I particulalry liked that the door closure systems on each door in the guest house worked, so as doors shut quietly. The quietness of the room. The location from the town centre (5 min walk). Nice clean and friendly accommodation.

Personally for me, the bed was slightly on the firm side.

Excellent service: from efficient booking in and arranging taxi's to attentive breakfast service (I felt spoiled). Standard of room and bathroom: the cleanliness and arrangements put my own home to shame, Excellent access to off peak train service to Victoria/London.

I only had 2 days there - wish I could have stayed for the weekend (I will on my next trip).

Clean and nice ambiance. I was allowed to stay in the room until 1pm even if I didn't ask to.

According to description breakfast was included on the price, and wasn't given to me. Mr. Tony Bren sent me an email that I wasn't able to read until I finish my trip saying otherwise. That is wrong since I have already made and payed for my booking. So according, I should be entitled to a Continental Breakfast and it was refused. Besides, transportation to the airport was charged 5 pounds when it was clear in the booking description that transportation to and from airport was for free. Upon claiming so, I was told that the service wasn't included in the room I booked. Yet that wasn't informed on the booking. I was very upset with this surcharges.

Superb service from booking to leaving. Lovely rooms, comfy beds, spotless bathrooms and hot chocolate before bed! Thank you Breda, Tony and staff.

Price,a 10 minute walk to the train station,bus to gatwick passes right in front.Was very quiet,spotless rooms and a comfortable bed.
