The Villa has a great location, in a quiet, leafy conservation area away from the busy main roads and close to Torre Abbey and the Riviera International Conference and Leisure Centre.
You can be assured of excellent hospitality and service.
On a warm day or evening, you can relax on the south-facing sun terrace, accessed via the newly refurbished lounge. Free wireless internet access is available throughout the villa.

Newly refurbished, the breakfast room is spacious and elegant. Charming and comfortable, the room overlooks the front terrace, patio and sun deck. You can enjoy a traditional cooked English breakfast or choose from a selection of lighter options. The full cooked English breakfasts are freshly prepared to order and are made using high quality produce. Breakfast is available from 08:30 to 10:00.
Room information
All guests bedrooms are tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished, offering you an ideal place in which to relax. You can expect extremely comfortable beds dressed in quality linen and soft fluffy towels as well as remote control 30 channel digital TV with audio channels and DVD/CD player, as well as an alarm clock and a host of complementary toiletries and accessories.

Ample private parking is provided within the grounds of the villa, including a designated disabled parking bay.
Important information
Southbourne Villa does not accept bookings of more than 2 rooms (even if booked separately). Stag/hen parties or wedding groups are not accepted. Any such bookings will be cancelled by Southbourne Villa, without refund.
