Location was good
How small the room was for the price it cost us £160 for three nights and the room was very basic the breakfast was ok but you had to ask for any extra tea or toast and they didn't seem to like this wouldntt stay there again to expensive for what you got we had to pay an extra £5 for a room with a Seaview but the rooms were tiny
Staff were pleasant, bathroom was clean and so were the beds.
Stained carpet and markings on the walls.
No shower as didn't show me how to use it. Ladder on bunk bed was broken so when son stood on it, it fell off the bed.when I complained he wasn't interested. Shouldn't have paid £40 for it never mind £100 I had to pay
Warm welcome, friendly staff, clean rooms, well cooked breakfast. Good location. Enjoyed our stay.
From the outside it looked dark.
The location got a sea view room
central too most things and hotelier very helpful and friendly
rooms very small wouldn't want to spend more than 1 night there the rooms really needed tidying up they were very tired but just about adequate not worth 75 pound a night and we were not told about breakfast till the next morning which was an extra £3.50 per person, very limited car parking spaces
Bed needed replacing as could feel all the springs. Had to pay for my 4 month old baby who slept in her own bed and didn't eat Not asked what we wanted on breakfast plate just put in front of you
Location was perfect. Dee was very friendly and helpful, just ask if you need anything! Breakfast was delicious, thank you very much. Bedroom was adequate, all you needed was there, lovely and clean, a good value for money b+b .
It was what I expected for the money I paid so nothing not to like !
The owner dee was very polite and welcoming. Very nice hotel very friendly would recommend for break away.
Not being able to get a signal on my phone in the back bedroom. Only one plug working in the room!
It was right where we wanted to be so location was good
The fire alam went off coz of our shower we then got asked to open window and it was cold. Would have been good for £30 but £69 was far to expensive for the very basic room
The location was good the proprietor was pleasant and the bed and shower were clean.
I thought it was fine for the cost, seafront location and on site parking - you get what you pay for!!
Hotel in great position and over looking prom which gave us great view of illuminations.
Decoration was very dated and tired room was small with double bed pushed against wall should have been single room really.
On arrival the carpark was full located at the front of the hotel as it was a buisy weekend due to the lights it took an hour driving around to find a space.when arrived at the room we had no toilet role or towels the bathroom was very small along with the room.
I liked location and sea view
Staff were nice. Breakfast was fine
Rooms were basic. Rooms were too small the windows were filthy. The wall paper was filthy. The shower room was in desperate need of renovation. The TV was a joke. The bar area was grubby.
Was on sea front an about 15-20 mins stroll either to tower end or pleasure beach.lovely breakfast.
Sea front room very small paid an extra £3 for the view even thou hptel only had 2oyher coiples in.room was cold bafly fitted windows. Mentioned it wouldnt put heating on.walls paper thin so u could hear banging etc early hrs.
Value for money. Good breakfast. Typical blackpool b&b. you get what you pay for. Beds clean and comfortable. Free parking.
Noisy at night, other guests. Poor bathroom facilities, no plug in sink, toilet seat loose. Dated shower.
It had a bed and a shower and that's what we needed after a days cycling. The owners were accommodating letting us keep our bicycles out the back for the night.
For what I payed I wasn't expecting anything great. The room was ok but would have been nice if the toilet door actually closed. Maybe the reason why it wouldn't budge is due to the door needing to be open for the use of the sink!
Beds. The mattress was not comfy. You could feel the springs. Twin room was a bit small and water pressure was nt very good
The staff were nice and the breakfast was extremely good
We struggled to open a window as it was really warm, the bed was so lumpy and so old I think my gran may have slept on it. Oh and there was a puppy shut outside crying all night
location and breakfasts
hotel needs to be upgraded beds very poor décor very poor
The location was great and the guy that greeted us was lovely and very helpful the main area was pleasant and clean I didn't see the rest as only there 1 night and no breakfast was on offer lovely view and had free parking
The room couldv been doing with a bit of decoration to freshen it up but I had been moved as an extra person decided to stay and the previous room was lovely small but nicer , our room was at the front facing the promenade so lovely view but could be noisy if there on a busy weekend
The room smelt like drains Bathroom smelt even worse Carpets were filthy Could hear next room going toilet like they were in our room no privacy at all
