Comfortable bed Clean room Lovely modern en suite shower room Lovely breakfast Comfortable house Friendly hosts Convenient location near the sea front There was nothing we really didn't like. However, we could have done with a larger bath towel each. The ones provided did not wrap around. Also, there was no parking. We didn't have a problem as we found a place along the street, but we imagine in the high season, parking could really be a problem. To be fair, the booking details about the guest house do include the fact regarding no parking provided.

Very happy indeed with all aspects, would thoroughly recommend to others and stay again myself when next in the area. Breakfats was excellent choice and freshly cooked also.

Me ha gustado todo, maravillosa atencion recibida por los dueños. Te tratan como de la familia. Desayuno excelente, internet a buena velocidad en la habitacion, tetera y dulces en la habitacion. Inmejorable el trato recibido. Hay muchos muebles en la habitacion, agobia un poco el no tener espacio libre

La gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel. Se trouve à 3 mn du bord de mer et 10mn à pied du centre ville et de la gare centrale. Fréquente indisponibilité du wi-fi, ils l'éteignent au lieu de le laisser allumer en permanence.

Second visit and still spotlessly clean, warm, quiet & welcoming, we had the family room this time which is very homely environment with a large fresh bathroom (no fan as it has a window which makes it even more peaceful, which is a good thing during the night!). Looking forward to the next time as this is by a long way the best we have stayed in in Eastbourne over the past thirteen years or so. Leaving! Nothing else at all.
