Score from 540 reviews Fabulous
The room was very comfortable and the shower was powerful and spacious.
Whilst sat in the bar area a very cold draft could be felt from the front entrance.
I liked the gym (swimming pool- jacuzzi-s sauna)
Pool area is great, rooms are comfortable spacious, excellent breakfast included, great location and parking.
Dinner in the hotel was very poor even with the set menu deal. Tasteless and cheap food which was surprising as breakfast was excellent!
Lovely room, nicely decorated, very comfortable and quiet.
Complaints dealt with quickly and politely
Room given had not been cleaned and next room given did not have a working tv. Pillows very hard.
Everything was perfect
Not much really, I've visited a few times but despite the hotel being half empty I was given a very poor room. Loyalty means nothing to them, I'll try another hotel in Feb
Unstocked minibar, a £5 tray charge for room service that only applies to some rooms??. Poor tv choice, no sky, no movies, no DVD player.
Good location, friendly staff, good sized family rooms, nice facilities
Extra beds in the family room weren't that comfortable! Small pool.
I liked the staff helpfulness and characters and enjoyed the comfort of a good size room ensuite. The breakfast was very good too.
Nothing really, we had builders in the lobby drilling most of the day which was a pain as I liked to sleep in. But I understand hotel improvements
Spa facilities and breakfast
Booked a room (in person) stating must have a walk in shower, due to husbands disability. First room was lovely - with a bath! Meaning we had to change rooms, Premier Inn standard of room provided! White wine at party, warm and not good
£10 per day parking charge.
Friendly welcome, decor of hotel and excellent breakfast. Really good location - a short walk up the road and you are in the centre of Exeter. ten minutes from the M5.
breakfast was wonderful
staff on desk did not seem on the ball
The original four sided bench sofa in turquiose colour in the lobby , it had a lot of character , but sadly it was moved away .
1) I presented my Le Club Accord Classic card upon checking in , the receptionist told me I have to book direct with the Hotel to honour it , booking through an agent doesn't count , Is this the rule ? seems odd ! 2) The gym equiptments are very old and worn out ...
This is a really good hotel in the town centre nice and close enough to walk to. We only stayed a couple of nights but we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean nicely kept. We had the breakfast which was plentiful and a wide selection not only on the buffet but also an addition menu for freshly prepared items such as Eggs Benedict. Well worth a visit.
For Me the wifi did not work well but maybe it was my device that wasn't happy with the connection
Location,rooms, staff and ambiance
Good location. Warm and comfortable rooms. Able to open windows. Good restaurant.
Quite hard beds for a hotel of this standard. Some rooms do not have baths anymore. Quite expensive. The car park is expensive and often full. The chef or cook on duty at breakfast produced a most sub-standard omelette: hard, leathery and stodgy.
Location Facilities (pool & sauna) Nice restaurant
First room we had smelt of stale cigarette smoke. Service at breakfast was hit and miss, unable to keep up with demand when the hotel was full.
For the price we paid the room was really impressive, particularly impressed with the bartender we had on the Friday night as he came over with a map and pointed out all the best attractions and things to do in exeter. Overall lovely stay and will be there again sometime.
Friendly staff, excellent room, which was very comfortable and quiet and good location to get the bus to the Exeter Chiefs game and for Exeter City centre in the evening.
Good location parking and pleasent staff
Fabulous room, location and staff
£15 for breakfast!
Easy walk into city Great breakfast buffet Very comfortable bed Internet has good speed
Hard to get reliable coffee at bf (Im fussy) Internet required re-logging in every 24 hrs (we were there 10 days with three devices, so that was 30 logins)
