Kids loved arcades and soft play area
Cleanliness was not even basic, was really poor. Chalet was very basic which we didn't mind but was not very clean when we arrived. Which you would expect as standard.
Everything filthy place with horrendous staff
Everything else. Apartment was disgusting, smelly ,uncomfortable, noisy,Nothing nice about it. Staff rude and clueless. Haven all the way
Very good place for children never get bored while they are there.
The only down part was the sofa bed it was really uncomfy.
Our 3grandchildren .ages 8 9 10'loved the freedom . Whilst still being safe .just good old fashioned fun.never even opened the iPad.,just remember how little it costs.and just enjoy time together.
friendly staff under a lot of pressure through lack of knowledge
electricity cards, not enough information to renew after reception closes, and when your electricity is included for some reasons it still runs out......
I enjoyed the swimming and the new reastaurant&the new park was good for the kids
The beds weren't very comfy and the chalets could do with being painted as they are abit run down, the vic could do with being modernised
entertainment, location, things for the kids to do.staff friendly

the club house is brill both my grandchildren love it
didn't like the bed and needs to put another plug socket in only 1 in
Entertainment was good food on site was poor chalets very damp we got what we paid for a cheap break
Didnt like the food was poor
The entertainment staff
Everything the food the facilities the chalet the beds the clientele
Overcrowded, dated, falling to bits, scruffy, dirty. I did not believe places as bad as this could exist in this day and age. I can not start to say how bad it is, we stayed 1 night then came home, it is the first time ever that my kids have asked 'Please can we go home Mum'.
Parks for young children
Room size Room in general Food places General cleanliness
The rooms were terrible. Dated dump. Ignorant chavs with ignorant kids.
Entertainment was good.
The most dated holiday park ever terrible value £55 for 1 night should of stayed in a b&b instead chalet was dirty sofa bed was hard & it looked like the windows had never been cleaned. Bad smells in room never again don't do it !
Food ok.entertainment good.
Oarking.accomodation pool open but no lifeguard. Ooened at 10. Let everyone in. And changed. Then noone could go in pool till 11 as only one lifeguard . About 60 people sat for hour as lifeguard overslept.
Unfortunately as soon as I arrived after a six hour drive, I stood in a Que for 10 mins waiting for my key , just as I was, two people awayfrom being served the fire alarm went off, all out everyone shouted, I stood outside with everyone else after 10 mins more in the freezing cold we were let back in, only to find I had lost my place with the 1 lady on the desk ! I was then given linen to put on myself? Anyway ok but having then seen the state of the duvet I didn't bother, when I got into the room, chalet it's was pitch black tried all the lights it didn't work, groped around in the dark until I found the electricity meter and inserted the card within my envelope nothing, all it said was card error, so I went back to reception stood in the Que same 1 lady finally got to see her Oh she said I'll send someone over, 20 minutes later still in the dark and cold nobody came. so I kept on trying the card, eventually after 10 mins it clicked on still nobody came? The heaters wernt good enough to heat the chalet, so any time spent in the chalet I had to wrap my coats around me. I could go on the sink in the bathroom was full of the last occupants hair these were also present on the bath and bathroom wall, the duvets were full of stains and the curtains were falling down, it was winter but the Windows were black with dirt and mud, I didn't sleep on the beds but used the futon in the living area , and covered myself with two of my coats, added to standing in line to pay for a breakfast that had a Que nearly out to the door ,in the smallest buffet section I have ever seen , it was 50 odd pounds for two nights so I guess you get what you pay for.
My compliants regarding blood on tiles in bathroom and very very poor quailty of quits and pillows; were resolved very quickly. It was ideal for us as we were visiting relatives and were asked to 'vet it' for other people.
Even though we were in a disabled chalet, the beds were very uncomfortable as you could feel and have the marks of the springs on your body. These need to be rectified quickly . The pool area was dirty espically around the paddling pool; the black edging needs removing as bits of it were getting into the pool and people with babies and toddlers would not like this substance to get swallowed. I would not recommend this particular Pontins to anyone.
Friendly an entertainment was good.. blue coats were great..x
No can opener an patio door wouldn't lock..sofa bed not very comfy..no heating in bathroom..only warm water for a shower..microwave had to do on the ironing board to be able to plug in as only 1 plug in kitchen
The beds uncomfotable
We were situated directly facing the mini golf so was close to all facilities. Beds and bedding looked new and room was warm.
Beds very uncomfortable and not enough crockery in kitchen, only 2 plates 3 cups no teaspoons etc.
The apartment was disgusting and dirty if we had not been so far away from home we would of gone home but we were 400 miles away. The place was filthy.
We needed somewhere to stay while visiting family and this was the cheapest in the area. The apt was basic but clean. It's certainly true you only get what you pay for! Once the hassles were sorted out it was OK. Would return again if necessary for the same low price (£29) but arrive earlier in time to sort out electric/sheets/towels.
Some hassle on arriving as the electric was not on in the apt and therefore no hot water and no heat, room was freezing. Also no sheets or towels in the room so we had to go and hunt for them. Usual noise from late night revellers you would expect staying at a holiday camp.
the room was disgusting and everything was dirty, the floor was very sticky, wont be coming here again.
