Near to center of town Owners very welcoming Lovely breakfast
Stale smell Needs updating TV in wrong position can't see unless u stand up in opposite corner of room Even when window shut you hear everything as though it was still open
Nice food and very clean comfortable beds
Fire Alarm went off middle of the night then off again but no explanation made walls very thin
breakfast superb ; staff superb , we liked everything
easy to find very friendly and felt at ease straight away very nice food
the location was ideal as we wanted to be near to the Winter Gardens.
although the bed room had a tv it was very difficult to see because of the position, also the pillows where very thin
they made my disabled grandson feel very comfatble and we will be using them again
The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome the rooms were very clean we was very happy and would defo stay again
Only staying in blackpool two nights, decent value ,good breakfast, and pleasant welcome on arrival
If anything a bit dated ,but nothing over the top
Clean hotel friendly staff and a good location
staff were pleasant and helpful
lack of lift ,long climb to top floor
The staff were excellent and the location of the hotel is very accessible to most attractions. The breakfast was good, exactly what we need to start up our day.
The quadruple room was very small. The bed was saggy and springy and the pillows were paper thin! Underneath the seemingly clean bed sheet was a very dirty duvet! We didn't sleep well as a result. No lift and stairs were very narrow. More negatives than positives.
Good location, food very good.
Triple bedroom, very cramped. Just one bed was enough in room. Hotel not suitable for elderly or infirm. Stairs go on for ever, and stairs to restaurant for breakfast.
shower door broken top of shower fell apart door didnt lock lights went off in morning couldnt get shower
Close to town. Staff brilliant warm and friendly. Breakfast was lovely . Nothing was too much trouble.
Noise from street. Bed was very uncomfortable.
The location is within a few minutes walk of shops & main attractions. The superior room was very clean & bright
There's only 'free parking' for 2 cars so you need to get there early. This accommodation is a B & B rather than a hotel. There aren't any amenities.
I booked the double room with more space that's what I paid for and I was given a small double room which I did not book so going of the picture I was given wrong room
Clean. Handy for attractions. Good breakfast.
Old building and structure that would need a lot of money to upgrade. Quality of furnishings poor. Narrow stairs with no lift. Over priced by about 35%.
Breakfast was nice good start to the day. Clean & comfortable room. Owners were friendly & helpful. Would stay at this hotel again if we visit Blackpool again in the future.
A very good breakfast, cant do enough for you.
Stairs. But got moved to the first floor.
I only stayed in this hotel for 1 night but found it to be clean & comfortable. Both owners were friendly & happy to help. Location was centrally to all amenities. Would be very happy to stay again if I`m every visiting the area.
Very clean, spacious room. Very comfy bed. All amenities excellent. Would recommend and definitely use again x
Bridgette and Graham were very accommodating and friendly, for the short time we were there they could not do enough for us and breakfast was lovely, juice, tea/coffee, cereals/grapefruit, full breakfast & toast n as many refills as u like, Thank you very much for a lovely overnight stay Denise, Trudi & Sue-Ellen
Staff was excellent ,breakfast was nice. Very quite
Smelled of stale smoke as your entered. Rooms more like a cupboard , bed was very uncomfortable , TV place behind your bed so you can't actually see it. In the other bedroom shower was cold pillows wher wafer thin bed like sleeping on a board and TV shoved on top of wardrobe milk in both rooms was off and curtains let in too much light.
The property owners are very friendly and hospitable.. We took the train and reached the hotel well before the check-in time... So, they readily offered to look after our luggage while we went around the place... We planned to visit a few more places after checking-out the following day before going to the train station, and they offered to take care of our baggage even after check out so we didn't have to carry it along.. The room was clean and tidy and comfortable for our overnight stay in Blackpool, the English breakfast yum!...One of my best experiences in the UK so far.. and I would definitely visit the hotel again...
very nice staff, clean room, very delicious breakfast.
the room was a little bit cold the first day.
