Excellent disabled facilities, able to reach car from patio doors. Friendly, helpful staff Can't wait to book again Was not able to get anything to eat, other than a sandwich after five and before seven. Mother diabetic so could not wait till restaurant opened

Location and hotel itself is good and staff friendly. Supposed to be able to book in by 2.30pm but room not ready.Eventually it was 3.20pm. Hotel staff did apolgise saying they had 46 check out on that day and were behind cleaning rooms.Not my problem!!!

Nice location,spacious bedrooms,nice food,good prices, when we arrived,given an excellent room,went out,when we got relized we had adjoining rooms,lot of noise.needed to move rooms which was no problem.so don,t book adjoining rooms.

We have stayed at Southview before so it was a natural choice. We also booked a table for 9 in the evening to celebrate my grandaughters 18th birthday. The staff couldn't have been more helpful in making her birthday special. The food was plentiful, hot and tasty and really good value. We will certainly stay again. The mattress felt a bit lumpy.

The room and en-suite were a good size. Everywhere was clean, tidy and the room was quiet. The breakfast had a good selection of foods. Very good value for money. There was a problem with the keycard and we could not get into the room even though we went back to reception and had the card re-swiped. We were thankfully given a manual key on our second visit to reception.

The penthouse siute we stayed in was excellent. The liquid soap container in the shower was empty all the stay. On the Sunday room service did not appear till 3pm when we needed to be in the room. The electricity supply box over the wardrobe in the bedroom was buzzing loudly on one night.

Lovely spot and views of the lake and wildfowl Delicious breakfast Very comfy beds, twin double beds were nice surprise Quite Clean and well maintained Hot water and powerful shower (dont get that everywhere!) Hot choc in room before bed Bus stop nearby Taxi back only cost £6 The bar was not manned at times and had to wait to be served however we understand it was a quote period. Bar prices were expensive when we did get served

The room was spacious and comfortable the staff could not have been more friendly and and helpful especially at the reception.The breakfast was a proper English Breakfast and certainly was cooked to perfection.to say that they had a large party to cater for in another part of the Hotel they delivered it in a most friendly manner and satisfied all our needs.We would definately go again that is if we can get in it seems to be a popular hotel and no wonder .I have a few times before to get in but never managed it I must say we found out the reason why.Excellent Hotel.

My husband had his 60th Birthday their. We were made to feel welcome and special. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our friends and family were all made to feel welcome. We would have no hesitation in staying at the hotel again and would recommend it to others.

The rooms are spacious enough, large clean beds Some rooms are attached to others which is noisy when staying for work purposes. Evening meal was disappointing - basic froszen type food. Frozen desert. Breakfast staff seemed misearable and it was noisy whilst having breakfast du to dance class.

The leisure centre and the pool which had reasonable opening hours and was a good temperature Ity was very noisy during the night got woken up several times in the early hours - think it was from a private function but it carried on until gone 4am. other guests going to their rooms at this time had no consideration for those asleep. Quite a few guests had the same problem

My wife and I have stayed at both the hotel and in the caravans, several times over the years and thoroughly enjoy the relaxed atmosphere that is generated at this complex. On this last trip we spoiled ourselves and indulged in one of the extremely comfortable and luxurious Penthouse Suites. The site is very pleasant to look around with well laid out expanses of water and the birdlife is prolific. I also enjoyed Southview Park's challenging nine hole golf course, next time I intend to get some fishing done as well, (while the wife pampers herself) The hotel and complex is very central to many other destinations that we also like to visit when we are in Skegness, eg Boston, Lincoln and the various seaside resorts on the Lincolnshire coast.

We stayed at the south view, because we had a family birthday and wedding anniversary party to attend, Which this was central for our celebration, we were very pleased with the hotel, very clean, staff very helpful, and breakfast was really worth having, Would deffently stay there again. Only complaint I had was that the towels were full of fluff, looks like someone had not shaken them when they came out of tumble dryer,
