I liked the stylish decor of the hotel from reception to rooms to restaurant and bar. The only meal I had was breakfast and it was exceptionally good. The whole experience was first class. |

Very nice hotel. Good location close to the tube. Breakfast was nice but I find it a little bit expensive. Very comfortable room, clean. The directions shall be given a little bit more precisely for guests coming to this hotel from the tube. |

Staff friendly and attentive, food both at breakfast and dinner excellent. Liked the added security measuresof key carding the lifts. Paying extra for tv channels etc made the deal less attractive. Bed and pillows a bit too firm for my liking. |

Stylish and modern. Good location. Good breakfast. Traffic noise on the road side. Triple glazing would improve the situation. |

The check in staff (only staff we dealt with face to face) were fantastic - very friendly, approachable and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location for getting around London. |

The location was excellent - 5 minutes walk from the London Bridge underground (longer, of course, if you get out at the Southwark station by accident :-)). 5 minutes walk from the Thames. And loads of breakfast places around, so you don't need to pay the high hotel prices for breakfast The room was so clean it smelled of Dettol, which was a bit off-putting when you first arrive in the room, but you get used to it. Also, when you check in they take your credit card and 'charge' an amount much higher than the agreed rate, so as to cover additional costs we may incur during the stay. But this was only as a 'guarantee' apparently, and when we checked we only paid the agreed amount. |

Very close to River Thames and South Bank eating-places. Room and contents well-thought out and good quality. We had a good deal by booking earlier in the year. Could be improved by secondary-glazing to bedroom window; some noise from the road but didn't keep us awake. |

The hotel was in a really good location just off the river with pubs and restaurants nearby. It was modern and comfortable with sufficient facilities eg. hairdryer, flat screen TV, safe and was perfectly adequate for our stay. Staff were helpful and polite at all times. |

Near the South Bank of the River Thames, close to Shakespeares Globe Theatre, Tate Modern and the London Dungeon, this Novotel has a rooftop leisure and fitness suite. |
This partly refurbished Victorian hotel is in central London, 5 minutes’ walk from Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and Bayswater / Queensway London Underground stations. |
Right in the City, a short walk from Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and the Thames, the hotel has good transport links, family-friendly rooms and a restaurant, coffee shop and bar. |
On London's South Bank, close to the London Eye, this new, stylish hotel with health club is minutes from Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. |
