Staff are helpful. The hotel room is spacious, tidy and clean. Free wifi, quite fast. Convenient location with nearby tube and supermarket.

No public cooking equipment, can't buy food in supermarket then heat it in hotel. No refrigerator in hotel room.

Nice hotel located in business area just 10 minutes walk from Tower bridge and in walking distance from the city center. We got a nice room on the 6th floor which had an amazing view. There´s a free wifi, although the signal on our floor was really very bad. Breakfast was standard and sufficient.

The only thing I didn´t like was that we were given a double bed room with one large cover for the first night although we booked a twin room. As I travelled with my mother, it wasn´t much comfortable for us. The room was clean, but there was the soap only on the first day- it was never fullfilled.

Hotel and rooms were nice and modernly decorated. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked and the hotel provided the facilities you would expect in this price range.

Despite booking and paying several months in advance for a double room, when we got there, we were told there were no double rooms available and we would have to make do with a twin room until one became available.

Booked a twin room and was given a double, room smelt,wet carpet and asked to be moved !!

Only a one night stay and the first time had used this hotel. It was ideally located for our purposes and easy to get to, we found it pleasant and comfortable and generally good value.

Awesome, Best place I stayed at during a 5 week, 8 country trip through Europe. Great breakfast that is managed very well when it gets busy, great wifi, great location for London Bridge tube station, Borough Market, etc...Great reception and staff. Room was modern, clean, quiet...I Slept like I was home, coffee maker in room as well as in lobby. I switched to here after initially booking near Paddington station and am glad I did. Perfect.

I wish this was the absolute standard for all hotels but alas, it is not. Stay here and enjoy it.

The hotel is close to the tube station. The continental breakfast was excellent.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. A very good choice at breakfast - like an excellent French style buffet breakfast. Cooked breakfast was extra but I was very happy with what was on offer within the price of the room.

Everything. The room was clean and comfortable, staff extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast was brilliant. The hotel was close to everything we needed. Best of all, booking in advance, it was affordable. I've already recommended it to Australian friends coming to UK

The welcome was very warm, the free wi-fi was appreciated and worked well, the bathroom facilities were modern and clean The breakfast area was full so I was able to eat mine at the bar area which I did not mind and meant I didn't have to wait. I enjoyed only paying £86 for my stay, I wouldn't have paid full price for it, it wasn't worth that, up to £95 was fair for the room and facilities.

There were inappropriate curtains in my room, they were white translucent drapes which meant at 5am I was subjected to light and got a bad end to my night's sleep. There was insufficient space in the dining area for breakfast with many people having to wait. The egg and baked beans of my full breakfast were cold.
