Everything. The man at reception was very friendly and informative. I liked the fact that you couldn't get in the lift unless you swiped your room key. Very clean and up to date through out. Peacefully quiet room (no. 125). Lovely bathroom and shower. Will definately stay here again. Have recommended to friends and family who will also be staying later in the year. An absolute must, I can not speak higher of our stay with this hotel. |

Reception was bright and staff welcoming. We were allowed to leave our bags there the following day when we went sightseeing. The rooms were spotless and well equipped including a free safe. At last a Hotel that catered for vegetarians at breakfast and charged less than the full English, best breakfast I've eaten after my own! Children's breakfasts available too. Looked at menus in the room and the food, wine and cocktail prices were on a par with restaurants in your hometown and not inflated for the City. Well done - a pleasure to stay at and will definately stay again. |

Lovely city hotel in excellent location which made a refreshing change from the normal chain hotels. Good facilities, excellent breakfast (charge) and car park shared with Novotel (charge). Excellent value for money. Difficult to fault it given price. |

The rates are low compared to other hotels in the city. The location, level of comfort and reasonably priced breakfast make this hotel really good value for money. While I ask for a non-smoking room during booking, I did got put (once only) is a smooking room. |

The service was excellent and the staff very friendly by my expererience of London Hotels. The food in the restuarant was also excellent, not a massive choice on the menu but presentation, taste and value were superb. |

The staff were helpful, the bar and retaurant were on the 6th floor and only accessable by residents. The hotel was close to town with its shows and restaurants. |

This hotel is in a great location if you are having a night out in the city, we returned at 3am with no problems from staff, as can sometimes happen in other hotels. Our room and bathroom were spotless, very quiet ,very comfortable. Exellent food ,lovelly staff. Highly recommended. The car park fee is far too expensive. Guests should be able to park for free, at least if its only at weekends. |

Location excellent; just a few minutes walk to the Thames with the numerous bridges making walking access to sight seeing attractions so easy. Wonderful Thames side walk with many amusing street entertainers. Near to the Globe Theatre & Tate Gallery. Rooms very clean and comfy, food excellent (both continental breakfast & evening meal). Restaurant staff very attentive at all times. |

good hotel - good staff- had some problem because they charge your credit card at the check-in (they say it is a "pre- authorization" but i had my card charge with 240 pounds per room). Good position very near the thames and 10 min walk from the tube. |
