I didn't like the fact that we were charged twice for the room. A payment for the cost of the room was taken out of our account the day after the booking and we had to make another payment for the room when booking in. We also had to have our card swiped supposedly in case we wanted to charge any extras to the room. Litlle did we know that the hotel took £250 out of our account! |

Quiet and clean. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Kettle did not work. Could not find hairdryer. Maybe I was too tired. A bit expensive. No bath. |

Convenient, clean and comfortable Our friends were put in a smoking room when we had all requested non-smoking. When they asked to change the woman in reception was unhelpful. They did however change rooms the following day. |
