Moderni, siisti ja hyvin toimiva hotelli. Henkilökunta avuliasta, kolmen hengen huone hyvin varusteltu ja hyvin toimiva, aamiainen hyvä. Hotelli ei sijaitse kävelymatkan päässä Lontoon turistialueelta, mutta läheisten metroasemien ja taksien avulla siirtyminen on vaivatonta. |

Hintaansa nähden hotelli hyvällä paikalla, London Bridgen metroasemalta hyvät yhteydet koko kaupunkiin ja lentokentälle. Viihtyisä maalaistori ja perinteinen pubi ihan kulmilla. Siisti. Henkilökunta ystävällistä, mutta hätäilevää, joten virheitäkin sattui. |

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Highly recommended. The only thing I dont like about the hotel is breakfast, quite limitted choice for breakfast. |

Extremely helpful and polite reception staff, warm clean room at rear of building so was away from traffic and lovely breakfast. The room smelt of cigarettes - I didn't notice a choice of smoking/non smoking when booking on-line. |

It was a very quiet location.The staff were very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was definitely worth getting up for!It is only a short walk from the embankment and tube stations. |

Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Had a most enjoyable stay the restaurant offered a good menu and service was excellent. The breakfasts also offered plenty of choice. |

the breakfast was very good and the staff are helpful when i needed some help late at night getting some food for my wife. will stay at this holtel again when i vist london with my family later in the year. |

I liked the stylish decor of the hotel from reception to rooms to restaurant and bar. The only meal I had was breakfast and it was exceptionally good. The whole experience was first class. |

Very nice hotel. Good location close to the tube. Breakfast was nice but I find it a little bit expensive. Very comfortable room, clean. The directions shall be given a little bit more precisely for guests coming to this hotel from the tube. |

Staff friendly and attentive, food both at breakfast and dinner excellent. Liked the added security measuresof key carding the lifts. Paying extra for tv channels etc made the deal less attractive. Bed and pillows a bit too firm for my liking. |
