Hintaansa nähden hotelli hyvällä paikalla, London Bridgen metroasemalta hyvät yhteydet koko kaupunkiin ja lentokentälle. Viihtyisä maalaistori ja perinteinen pubi ihan kulmilla. Siisti.

Henkilökunta ystävällistä, mutta hätäilevää, joten virheitäkin sattui.

hotel was safe with the card key operation,you felt very secure. Good food and bar.

The service was excellent and the staff very friendly by my expererience of London Hotels. The food in the restuarant was also excellent, not a massive choice on the menu but presentation, taste and value were superb.

This hotel is in a great location if you are having a night out in the city, we returned at 3am with no problems from staff, as can sometimes happen in other hotels. Our room and bathroom were spotless, very quiet ,very comfortable. Exellent food ,lovelly staff. Highly recommended.

The car park fee is far too expensive. Guests should be able to park for free, at least if its only at weekends.

Location excellent; just a few minutes walk to the Thames with the numerous bridges making walking access to sight seeing attractions so easy. Wonderful Thames side walk with many amusing street entertainers. Near to the Globe Theatre & Tate Gallery. Rooms very clean and comfy, food excellent (both continental breakfast & evening meal). Restaurant staff very attentive at all times.

What a hotel should be like environmental friendly and clean;

the room was really nice, newly furbished and very quiet.

Reception personnel were helpful and polite. Location was OK for visiting London but Tube stations were not as close as we would have liked.

The design - photos on walls, lights in room

In one word - ghetto rose! No bath, only shower. Poor hotel radio offer - 4 channels. Dont order movie for fee, because no forward button on remote control and movie stopped in middle - error). When decided to stay one night more - stuff asked me to pay double the price I payed for previous night(after I said Im checking out, stuff offered the second night for the same price).

I liked the bed quality a lot. The matrass was rather hard, which I liked and it did not curve in the middle. I liked the fact that the housekeeping girls offered us towels when we decided not to let them clean the room. Even better, I enjoyed the quality of the coffee and the croissants at breakfast.

I did not always understand the staff what they were saying. They were talking rather quickly and the combination of their accent and their own dialect (all were foreigners - reception, breakfast) was difficult to understand.
