Safen gikk i vranglås etter at jeg hadde putta PC og pass inni den. Måtte vente 2 døn før de klarte å fikse det. Fikk unnskyldning, men ingen refusjon. |

Vi var tre voksne og et barn på tur. Det at vi vi to rom med dør mellom i stedet for å bestille to dobbeltrom anser vi som en stor fordel. Rommene var meget godt utstyrt med micro, dekktøy, gode stoler, vannkoker, to tv, elektriske rullgardiner o.l. "hoveddobbelsenga! hadde altfor hard madrass. Vi savna også en dør inn til dusjen. |

The hotel was competitively priced, modern and clean. It was close to a nearby subway station and had easy access to the city. Cost around £20 from Victoria Train Station by taxi. The room was the smallest room we have ever stayed in, although it was modern and clean. We ate dinner in the restaurant on one occasion and it was very very poor indeed. |

the rooms were very clean the location was a short walk from the centre so not too noisy from bars and clubs. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. |

location, clean room, internet for guests. The cleaner was always friendly and said hello. the reception staff service was not up to scratch. One staff member felt it more important to discuss his social life than assist with a query. As a frequent traveller your reception staff could be more professional. Question 4: there is no option for a mother & daughter travelling together |

Good location and very nice rooms. Expensive breakfasts - could be a couple of pounds cheaper. Also, it seems a little unfair to charge to watch the TV - maybe offer the breakfast and / or TV as complimentary. |
