I was impressed with the hotel in itself the deep tissue massage was excellent.the assistant was thorough..

The elemis quartz lift was supposed to give amazing results.as was the frangipan body wrap. I couldn't see any difference in the facial at all. And the body wrap my skin was no softer than when I use my usual nivea..so was dissapoonted with both them.and will be writing to elemis.

We stayed for our first wedding anniversary after marrying at Ribby Hall in 2012. The hotel is amazing! Very relaxing and we really enjoyed our stay and some of the staff actually remembered us from our big day which made it even more special. Thank you to everyone at Ribby Hall for a great experience

From start to finish our stay was wonderful. Staff in the hotel and throughout the resort were very efficient and courteous. The suite in the Spa Hotel reeked of luxury and the whole experience was of being well looked after.

We couldn't fault a single thing.

Unable to book any treatments for our stay. Brasserie staff at breakfast possibly understaffed, no teaspoons or milk on table so coffee went cold, but all pleasant

We loved everythig about the hotel! We could not fault the staff, the rooms, the food or the whole resort. We had a wonderful time from start to finish and would recomend the hotel to anyone and will definitley be returning soon!

Just love this hotel from the moment you arrived the service was excellent. Every member of staff went out of their way to help. The room was clean and spacious with lovely views of fields. The food was excellent as well could not fault it all and best of all it is adult only hotel.

Loved the one bedroom suite, truly sumptuous and spacious with a lovely balcony and a lovely bathroom.

No robes in the room, in a 5 star you would expect this. No room service, no mini bar. Check out at 11 am is too early as you cannot check in until 2 pm. Not enough staff on reception , had to wait in line to check in and out . No use of even basic facilities unless paid extra . Brasserie shuts at 2 pm so only sandwiches for lunch which is useless as you can only check in at 2 pm! Not enough towels for two people in suite.

The restaurant was amazing and the service was excellent.

We booked a suite for a larger room but didnt like the separate room as it made the bedroom and bathroom very small. We couldnt walk around the bed if the wardrobe was open and couldnt get in the shower if someone was at the sink. It would be far better to have open plan lounge and bedroom.

from check in to departure made to feel very special by all of the excellent staff. Dinner in the champange bar was outstanding as was the service. I would highly recommend this hotel and wew will be visiting again.

Staff, particularly the night porter & the receptionist. Design and location away from function rooms, etc.

Traffic calming speed bumps. Another entrance for the hotel would be useful. Lighting over the sink in the bathroom. Overhead light meant my face wasn't illuminated properly to shave. Including using the shaving mirror. Lighting behind the door was so bad that we couldn't read the fire exit diagram. I had to use a mobile phone to illuminate it and then it was only just legible. Management should be made aware of this serious problem. I'm certain it breaches regulations.

Lovely, well presented hotel. Fabulous meal in the resturant, absolutley top class!

If you want to go for a night out into Blackpool be warned it isnt a cheap taxi, its further than you think!

every part of your staff were so friendly. The restaurant staff could not do enough for us and always gave service with a smile. never stayed in an hotel where all staff looked very happy want to come again

This Hotel is truely excellent. The room I stayed in was huge. When I say room, I really mean the hotel room was more of an apartment, with large bedroom, ensuite, and lounge. I had booked in as a solo traveller, and this was rather excessive! But certainly no complaints. The room was excellent, with everything you could possible want and more. The staff would consistently make sure that my stay there was as comfortable as possible and were always enthusiastic to help with every possible need. The free use of the leisure centre was a big bonus, and was able to go for a swim and sauna each night to relax. There are also many treatments in the spa, but this was not for me. Although this is not a cheap place to stay, the level of service I received from the Spa Hotel actually surpasses that of some Marriot hotels I have stayed at, which are generally way more expensive.
