Complete with a Brewers Fayre restaurant and free parking, this Premier Inn is southwest of Middlesbrough, a few miles from the A1(M) and close to Eaglescliffe Train Station.

Jacuzzi and sauna terrible. Bar tiny we didn't even bother with it.
Staff and room fantastic. Bed so comfortable. Clean.
Reasonably priced food , interesting menu and served with a smile . Also free wifi and parking. Room was clean with all usual trimmings. Tv, kettle , coffee etc . Will visit whenever working in area . Highly recommended
I could not get wii fi connection in my room which was abit disappointing but over all I enjoyed the stay and I would go back or recommend it to a friend
I did enjoy the stay and found it very good value for money , the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very nice and there was cooked evening meals and snacks available
no heat in room Hotel is no good to stay
Difficult to find even with sat nav. Maybe needs a bigger sign.
Friendly staff Clean Comfortable room Good choice of continental breakfast Good wifi connection Really happy with our stay
We found it easily enough as we had stayed here a few years ago, but could be a little difficult to find
Location was fine for what we needed, and especially good for people wanting to travel from Durham Tees Airport. We were happy with our stay, clean & tidy, friendly staff, food was good and continental breakfast included but full english available for a little extra. We may need to come back to area and would stay here again.
The food was very good. All round good stay
Heating totally inadequate turned thermostat to it's highest on arrival and left it there yet could still see our own breath even in the morning. Went and bought 2 hot water bottles and got in bed to keep warm. Too cold inside to even create condensation on the windows overnight. Bed - mattress a thin memory foam type. Pillows so flat they had to be doubled over. Towels - had to ask for another so we had one each. Size very small not much larger than a hand towel. Staff - we arrived at 4.45, nobody in the building to welcome us just a German shepherd type dog laid beside the bar. Rang the out of hours phone number to be told 'I'm on the road driving and will be there soon'. Eventually got to room at 5.10pm with conversation limited to basic courtesies and the explanation for no staff on arrival that she was on her own as partner had gone away for the evening so she had to go out. Food - not eaten as needed to go somewhere warm but saw some contractors eating and the portions looked large. Bar area - looked inviting décor wise but didn't enter as door was shut. Lady from reception was sitting with back to door in middle of room with dog watching tv so it felt like somebody's personal lounge, not inviting.
Despite location, next to runway, noise not an issue. Powerful shower although water leaked through screen Pleasant decor, fresh bed linen and clean. Breakfast - tea, coffee, toast, banana and yoghurt - sufficient albeit minimal Overall not a pleasant experience - see negatives - although good price. You get what you pay for in this instance and as people who stay in hotels weekly we wish we hadn't.
Really nice people, comfortable, simple room that was clean and the best shower I have had in years!. I also had the best liver and bacon dinner in a very long while. Really good stay.
could of eaten full English breakfast even if meant paying bit more....
clean, comfortable stay with very good staff worth every penny...
Was a little difficult to find, no signs that I could see.
Easy going place to stay, no hassel.
think location is a bit of a let down but OK for business travel but not pleasure
had to abandon staff due to work changing, staff on phone seemed pleasant, but cannot comment on hotel because never actually stayed
Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the service is excellent.
Location is a issue as nothing is around, but if you have a car then there is no issue.
Nice room and bathroom.
location was just a little troubling to get to at first
the staff, the cleanliness
Basic but ok for what it is. Don't look great from outside but very clean and comfy once in. Only complaint is a help your self breakfast and had to keep asking for more sugar , milk etc. but would def go back
The layout at breakfast
Room was kindof cold. Location is konf of hard to find.
Clean, quiet, nice place for a night. Comfy bed, tea facility on room.
A little off the beaten track.
On the edge of Teesside Airport, the hotel is in the old RAF base buildings that was the basis for the modern airport, a lot of which are now being used for commercial purposes. Basic but comfy room, with all you need for a nights stay. Plenty of parking and good wi-fi. There is a restaurant and there are pubs in the area serving food. The breakfast was self service cereals and toast, adequate for one night. I would stay again.
Evening meals had great selection and fair prices . Have stayed in more expensive places that had poorer facilities and were less comfortable
Friendliness of Staff and location of hotel
Very helpful and friendly owners. and cleaner too. Definitely stay again :)
Misleading photo with their pet dog in the picture as they don't allow pets. Think a better name for the hotel as there is no spa. Breakfast although classed as continental, isn't really what you would expect. Cold breakfast is probably a better description. Plenty to fill you up though. Nothing else within walking distance except the airport.
Despite overlooking the airport, it was very quiet, secluded. Found the evening meal (not included in price) to be reasonably priced and of good quality. The owners were very attentive. Room was spacious.
