Space Boutique B & B  

Very relaxing place to spend a weekend (what more could you ask) with extremely comfortable bed, luxurious bedroom (beautiful silk fabric on bedspread) with very high quality ensuite facilities. Very attentive service and an imaginative breakfast offering. Indian restaurant which is part of the b & b was excellent, have not eaten better food outside of London. The menu was creative with some food having a Kenyan twist (Chilli Mogo and Pili Pili boga starters especially) that worked really well. Don't expect a standard Indian restaurant offering, or a vast menu typical of most Indian restaurants these days. Do expect exceptionally well cooked food, which is well presented and tastes delicious. I also liked the good vegetarian choice, often ignored in smaller restaurants. Having said that the Karai lamb melted in the mouth and I would definitely order it again. :-)

Upon arriving at Space it was nice to be welcomed by a friendly face who called us by our first names - a little thing but made us instantly feel welcome. The decor was perfect - clean, tidy and modern. The room was beautifully clean and perfect for an over night stay. The breakfast was stunning and the staff were welcoming and friendly. I'll definitely go back when I'm next in Llandudno.

The only thing I didn't like was that we had to go out to entertain clients - I wish I'd stayed in to sample their Indian cuisine! Damn!

My wife and I booked this hotel last minuite for a short 1 night stay. It was everything that we wished for. The hotel and room were spotless and the breakfast was delicious.unfortunately we were unable to use the restaurant in the evening due to it being closed mon and tues.BOOK This accomadation you will not regret it. My wife is really fussy about were we stop and she had no complaints.

We came across Space by chance and although we only stayed one night (whilst visiting the theatre), we would certainly revisit and recommend it to other travellers. The proprietors were exceptional with the welcoming and laid back approach. The breakfast was very tasty, well presented and plentiful. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable with a modern airy feel. Well worth a visit.

Rooms good size. Bathroom very clean /modern. Breakfast was excellent. Host very friendly and professional. Over all very good but a bit pricey

Space B&B feels like a design boutique hotel, from stylish decor, furniture, down to premium finishes in dining and bath accessories. Indian food at the restuarant was great and very convenient for family, especially one like us with a toddler in tow. Bobby had been very nice and helpful in meeting our needs. For us, it was a very wonderful experience. Thanks, Bobby and team!

Bobby and sunita the owners are truly lovely people, there hotel is clearly alabour of love, they have a beautiful hotel, sunita is a wonderful cook the meals are fab,the street in which the hotel is so peaceful yet it is only a 5 min walk to town and promenade,definatly will go again

The Space Boutique was a fantastic B and B in an excellent location with great views and a lovely breakfast. Bobby and Sunita were excellent hosts with good advice for things to do in the Llandudno area. Their fantastic Indian Restaurant Jaya had authentic home cooking on the premises...a real find!!

The breakfast is really good, very well cooked. The resturant cooks home style indian cusine in the evenings which was absolutely delicious.

We liked the friendly welcome by Bobby and Sunita. We liked the decor and the furnishings, the comfy bed, The views from the room was amazing, the Indian food was the best we have tasted for a long time, and well presented in a lovely dining room. The breakfast was equally as good with a good choice from full english to fresh fruit. We would definately recommend this hotel and would go back.
