The reception staff we lovely and very attentive given the disastrous state of the room. The location is also superb My advice to anyone planning to stay here is ask to see the room before you move in. We took three rooms to find one vaguely clean. The bathroom was filthy and every hard surface and utensil was grimy or covered with food smears and this was the best room! Even the walls were dirty let alone the awful carpet. We had to ask for a clean teatowel and toilet paper on arrival - pretty basic stuff for a chain of apartments who pride themselves on being of high quality. It was a shame as the apartment itself is in a great spot. I would perhaps consider staying at the apartments across the road that have in house reception but never again at Spectrum. |

3 minutes from liverpool one shopping, clean & warm and comfortable. We had a 2 bed apartment with only 3 in party and had plenty of room. Have told all my friends to book here for shopping. Great accomodation. s,mall things like all in one shower gel would have been a gift, as our bags came later than expected. Also small maintenance needed on head board and patio door. All very minor so I wwould still highly recommend |

The hotel was very central and in easy walking distance from the shops and the sights . Very luxurious apartment and overall very good value for money. We found the check in time very late , at 2.30pm and we decided to pay an extra amount to check in early as we had all our luggage with us , in turn our room wasn't cleaned properly |

The cleanliness of the apartment and the size. Nothing from the essentials was missing. It was very nice to have the DVD player because we could listen to the Beatles CDs that we bought on our trip. Reception staff not very engaging, lack of smile upon arrival isn't a great first impression. We were four and according to your policy we weren't allowed to have a second key. That's sad because that took away some of our freedom and we all had to go back to the apartment at the same time. Although we were offered to leave the key at the 24h reception, the problem remains he same, there was just one key which meant we had to be together all four of us. |

the location When we arrived to check in at 3.00 pm the room was not ready, we returned at 6.30pm had to wait untill7.00pm to be given a room which we did not book!! This room was in a different building, was much smaller with less beds, we were told this was an UPGRADE!!! we had also booked a smoking room and were told we could not smoke in this room as it had no balcony. After much argueing with the staff we were eventually given a balcony room with a blocked sink!! However we were not the only guests that werent accomadated on our arrival, a couple were told they did not book a room and they were moved to a hotel, a group of several men were guven a key to a room and when they used it there were already guests in the room!!! |

close to town centre. had to clean table, bed side tables, all covered in stiky stuff, hadnt been cleaned upon arrival, they said it was but knives forks etc we had to clean, ballons left in room,no supervision over where we stayed lots of people going in and out of rooms, drinking and sleeping in hall ways not good at all, what a shame, those appartments will not be kept nice if they do not do somethink about security.Would only recommend it if we felt more safe,we where a party of 5 and only was equipment there for 3.we also only had 3 chairs to sit on and for a 5 day stay was quite uncomfortable |

Nice apartment, central Drunken groups of men singing and smashing crockery in the common areas 2-3 times and very late at night. Very expensive parking- cheaper car parks are easy to find arounf the place. |

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. On arrival the room we checked into was dirty and the toilet was blocked with sick, we moved rooms and the room was still dirty and light bulbs had been stolen or broken so we had no light in the hall way bedroom and only one worked in the kitchen. People staying in the apartments were loud and noisy banging on doors, shouting and smashing things so we did not have a good night sleep. Maybe a security guard should walk around every hour. |

Convenient location Room was not cleaned upon arrival although soon rectfied. Only 5 glasses 3 mugs and 2 forks which was difficult as we ate in one evening (5 in party) Late night revellers made it not uitable for family perhaps a night porter in Spectrum would stop this as noise level unacceptable and would mean we could not recommend to other families with young children. Such a shame as everything else was fab. |

The location was really good as it's walking distance to the clubs and the shopping centre. There was a lot of rubbish underneath the beds including popcorn and other food. There was a sanitary towel stuck on the ceiling in the living room. We did not have a balcony. There wasn't a wine bottle opener and the dishwasher was not so clean. |

The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable, the facilities were good. The underground secure parking was great as we were 4 ladies alone. The location was excellent. I booked Duke Street aptmts but we actually stayed at Mount Pleasant, luckly I phoned for the carparking and the lady gave me the address and the codes for us to get into the building and get the key. It wasn't a big stress though. There wasn't enough wine glasses (only 3), one of us had to use a pint glass for our wine. The TV was a bit tempremental. |

The apartment we were moved to was a lot more confprtable and clean. Excellent location for the city centre - 1 minutes walk 2 the main shopping area liverpool 1 and the restaurants and bars not far away. The first apartment we were put in was unclean, we suspected there had been a hen/stag party there the night before as the room spelled like vomit and there was splats of blood and sick on the carpets and furniture. We complained and the staff moved us immediately, and seemed disgusted with our complaint. |

the location was great (although a little noisy as cream club is only over the road!!) fab for walking to the shops, bars and restaurants plus only a short walk to albert docks.apartment decor is lovely and modern and specious.beds are very comfy!! did not find the staff particularly friendly on booking in to the hotel although she was quiet helpful. on checking out another girl just stared at us as though we should know the procedure to check out! carpets are quite stained (mainly in the bedroom) and it was a worry to me that we might get the blame for this and be charged! (fortunatly we informed house keeping straight away) |
