Well to be totally honest I didnt think alot of them, the interior is a bit shabby with doors not closing right an just general things not working or broke. As for the noise in the place it was noisy due to other guests, which the security staff couldnt deal with, as a result we got a refund an moved to a hotel the next day, but with no sleep the previous nite the weekend was ruined

the location was excellent. good facilities available in apartment. spotlessly clean. Noise levels throughout the night right through to the early morning from adjacent apartments - not very keen on the deposit policy of hoding £250 for seven days. I am not entirely happy about this. This policy needs to be addressed. Receptionist could clearly see that we were professional, respectable ladies. Deposit still demanded. Security guard insisted on entering our room after our night out to check we had no "men" back. Was this necessary?

Security very good .cleaning staff very nice and helpful. 1 toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days. Seems ridiculous. Also, I thought the apartment would have a brush to clean floor. Floors very sticky when u could not brush them. Took 3 times for maintenance guy to come and fixTv. Overall alort better time the last time we stayed 12 months ago.

The location and facilities in the apartment are really good. It was really really noisey on the Saturday night, just constantly people shouting, banging on doors and looking for parties in other peoples rooms.

Great location, value for money clean warm quiet and perfect for what we needed. We understood that guests were not allowed to stay over however we had company while we were there and were very embarrassingly interrogated by security. These people were not staying with us simply passing through for a short time. We were then interrogated the following night as to where we were going and what time we were back at. In saying that reception staff were lovely

Once I complained I was upgraded to a beautiful apt Dirty disgusting apartment, dangerous broken lights, wooden flooring split and hazardous, no button for flushing toilet, fridge door hanging off tv hanging off wall. I didn't even take my shoes off it was that dirty.

The windows were broken so the apartment was like a sauna. The toilet constantly ran water so we had to sleep in the twin room rather than the double as the toilet was way too loud, it sounded like there was a water feture in the room! The apartment was grubby. The beds were on wheels so when you make the slightest movement in bed the bed rolls accross the floor waking you up everytime you turn over or move! On check out we mentioned to the receptionist that we didnt enjoy our stay she replied "was it because of the broken window?" So she knew when checking us in that we were being checked in to an unsatisfactory room!!

Location was ideal for a night out on the town, parking under the apartments, although had to pay for. Room was not very clean, there was a subway bag under the setee, toilet was constantly flushing which kept people awake, tea/coffee not touched from previous people, no tea and empty sachets of things made me think this. Having to pay £250.00 on arrival, I have heard of taking card details in case of damage but not actually taking the cash and it then takes up to 6 days for it to go back to my account. Was not asked about my room/stay on checkout, staff didnt seem like they wanted to be there, not particularly friendly. Lady came to clean room at 10.30 (checkout 11am and she just walked right in shouting) and as we were not quite ready, she waited outside our room until we left.

Nothing I was glad to go home I sent you an email about the apartment when I booked in to you and stay. The fire hazards and the smoke detected where fixed the apartment still was not cleaned for the 3 days I had booked the apartment for not very happy. The following night there was a large bbq adjacent to my apartment on the patio the Building Management gave the go ahead for this function!!! A large number where drinking and smoking from early evening I had to have words with about 12 drunks in the hall way adjacent to my room c2 I told them to go back to room 3 because they where making a lot of noise at 1:10am this carried on until the Police where called to break up the party, the hotel staff called them the night porter was attacked by the party goers and had shoe marks on his shirt where he was kicked, the person where eventual ejected from the premises by the police, I did not get much sleep

The location The room was dirty, not big enough for 5 people (as it had been booked for), it was freezing cold, there was not a balcony as requested and to top it off we were supposed to check out at 3pm but were asked to leave at 11.30 as the next guests to our room had arrived!!!! The woman at reception was rude when i was checking out & smirking as i complained! (calmly i might add!)

Friendly staff. Great location. Clean Was really noisy in the early hours with groups of lads. The apartments where accomadating families and couples so it was not good for them.If the apartments had a night porter it would feel a lot safer. If that was the case then yes i would use Spectrum again

The hotel was clean and tidy when we arrived. The evenings are quite noisy as the apartments appear to be commonly used by weekend travellers. This was the only off putting part of the experience, if you don't mind noisy revellers and being woken up at 3am by people coming back to their accomodation then you will enjoy your stay.

Good location, decent price. Checking in not clear. You need to be clearer on the process as you need to go to a different building. All rooms are backing onto the main corridor which has a huge echo. It made it hard to sleep as it was very noisy when anyone arrived back from town. A lot of stains present on the matresses too.

Proximity to Liverpool one Too noisy due to stag and hen parties and lack of security and staff in the building managing noise and guests.
