Cleanliness can be improved

Very comfortable. City centre.

Car park very small and difficult to find. We were kept awake by other residents arguing in the open plan corridors.

Security on the door so felt safe ideal location a few minutes walk to the city centre Good set up with kitchen facilities Clean towels, bed linen provided young and lively so didnt feel we were annoying others

Extremely noisey on the friday do not mind noise at all but kept most of my friends awake, crying, fighting knocking on our door. I did not hear it because we slept on the sofa bed but others in the rooms were kept awake for hours. Sofa bed matress was not very clear at all, had to turn it over and still was dirty. Needed more pillows and towels, we had 5 adults so towels and pillows were a little sparse

The only good thing about these apartments is the size and location.

Visiting Liverpool in Jan you can imagine how cold it is, do not rely on the apart radiators to keep you warm cause they wont! Take a portable heater/s if you can. Me and my friends opened up the oven to heat the living room - theres a tip for you! The apartment itself - for £390 for a 2ngt stay you would expect it to be nice, it was pretty shabby considering what there charging and the tv didnt work. Oh and the toilet didnt flush. If your looking for a cold version of Magaluf - these apartments are for you!!

Was really noisy in the early hours with groups of lads. The apartments where accomadating families and couples so it was not good for them.If the apartments had a night porter it would feel a lot safer. If that was the case then yes i would use Spectrum again

Room very clean had read reviews on this and a lot were saying that the appartments were very noisy I did not find this to be the case in fact we hardly heared a thing ...only gripe I had was the £250 deposit !!!

I liked the price value for money close to centre shops restaurants nitelife hassle free liked balconey and design of apartment staff friendly easy to approach I defiantly will be using these apartments again many thanks
