Spectrum Apartments by Stay Liverpool

The apartments were clean and good value for money.

The common areas such as the entrance and lifts were not quite so clean. There were little piles of swept up rubbish nestling in some corners. These apartments are obviously quite new but some of the carpets were quite grubby already and some running repairs had not been done. ie replacing overhead spotlights and door that needed fixing.handles

Apartment was gorgeous and in a great location close to all clubs n bars. has everything we needed in the apartment would defo go back.

was not made aware of £250 deposit that he had to pay on arrrival, which i did not have but luckely we came to an agreement but i would say that was a one off and they wouldnt do it again.

Spectrum Apartments are very well located near Liverpool shopping center, only about 200 meters walk. Albert docks are also just few minutes away. Some things did not work in the apartment wich was a downside.

The hotel appartment was very well equipted and well appointed, nicely decorated. The hotel; was close to the city centre.

The outside of the hotel (street) was scruffy

The location is perfect for a city trip, very close to the center and all shops. It is perfect for families and people with friends... Staff was really friendly and willingness to help

The internet at the building we were staying was not working, we had to go the other building (where the reception is) so we can use some internet.

The Appartment was really nice and centrally located. The staff were very helpful.

Daniel was especially helpful and accommodating at the hotel.

We liked the space, the location and the secure car park. The location was ideal and the apartment was excellent for a family of 4. We had our independence and good quality facilities. For the price we paid for two nights, it was far better value than a hotel, and much better than we expected, not from the web site, but from the highly critical reviews!

Because of the design of the building, when guests returned to the room the noise echoed (but to be fair, some of the guests concerned were rather loud, and that's nothing to do with the apartment). It didn't by any means spoil our stay, and I think a lot of the reviews on the website don't reflect the many happy customers you must have!

Living room was nice

1) The receptionist...looked like it was her first day... Maybe was, after a break; 2) cause the hallway was large... Was noisy during the night; 3) cooking plate didn't work; 4) nobody emptied the bins

was in a good location for shopping and nightclubs.. apartments where nice and clean cant complain

the close proximity to liverpool one and concert square. It was great that the apartment was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, cutlery etc..

the only problem we had was that our room hadnt been cleaned when we arrived however we found a cleaning lady on the corridor and she came to clean it right away.

The apartments are in an excellent location. Being a family of 5 it is nice to be able to stay in an apartment as hotel rooms do not cater for 5 in 1 room and so we have to have 2 and risk them not being together. More 2 bed apartments in other cities please.

The apartments on the website look very modern and stylish, this however is let down by the general lack of cleaning and very stained carpets.
