Comprised of Georgian town houses dating back to 1799, this charming, individual hotel in Ramsgate's historic garden crescent has amazing harbour and sea views. Two of the houses are adjoining.

The Glenwood is ideally located for the business executive. We are within close proximity to the Continent, Canterbury and Kent International Airport at Manston.

Good wifi, tea and coffee making facilities in room. was cheap so didn't expect a palace.
No flexibility with breakfast times even though. I explained I was running a marathon each day. no offer of anything. no shower in room and communal bathroom was so cold, toilet dirty
good location with a lovely view of the sea from my front facing room...staff very friendly and courteous...breakfast was well cooked and well presented too
had a problem with the WiFi....it didn't work all the time in my 2nd floor room...
Room nice and warm. Comfy bed.
No chance of early cooked breakfast. Parking not great.
Gary and his colleagues were very friendly and helpful. Located a short walk from the harbour and sea front and easy access to routes in/out of Ramsgate.
The premises really needs a serious make-over from the paint work to the wiring. This is very cheap accommodation so I should have booked a bit more upmarket. The wifi that didn't work well and the pixellated TV were just irritations. Just don't have high expectations!
The room was very comfortable, it was very quiet and the English cooked breakfast was generous and tasty. The owner and his son took good care of us. Thank you.
Lovely staff, comfy room, excellent value. Thank you!
Good hotel, staff and location
Let down by attention to detail when it comes to cleaning
very old and needs upgrading
Staff very professional and welcoming, breakfast was excellent and hot, would definitely recommend to friends and would stay again.
Boys that cooked breakfasts done well
Miserable landlady checking us in ! Every thing is very dated & dull
The location for what we wanted
A bit impersonal
Option to have breakfast early.
Owner was very helpful service, I'll stay there again.
the whole experience
difficult to park nearby
Nice, quiet and peaceful. Sea views.
price, location, breakfast, view.
we felt unclean, had a bath as soon as we got home.
Breakfast was very good with plenty of food available. The person who worked there was very friendly.
Hot water from sink in room did not run hot.shower worked fine with plenty of hot water.
The hotel was very near a bus stop and was an easy walk into the town centre and sea walks. It was on a quiet street.
My room was not ensuite. The decor needed updating.
Near where we were spending our evening!
No hot water, awful breakfast, the waiter wore his t-shirt inside-out????? 3 star-possible misprint?
Location is allright.
dirty,( bloodprint on the bedsheet),shared bathroom, no towel in there. Wifi doesn't work, not enough table for breakfast. The worst experience ever.
The seaview. Breakfast tasted nice.
I don't know where to start. Just leave it at that!
Good priced room.Cosy double with good decor and very nice shower toilet en suite. Nice big breakfast too. I could park outside easily( get there before 6 I'm told.) Short walk into harbour and sea front. Very good value and I hope to revisit.
Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. The property itself had some character. The staff were polite. Breakfast was adequate. Excellent value.
Early end to breakfast (9,30) and early check-out (10) were not relaxing at the weekend. Bed was squeaky. Decor tired in places.
