    Spacious, clean.

    Wifi did not work properly. Showers did not keep water contained. Insufficient dishes.

    Products to clean and quietness and the security. The key safe is an excellent idea. The staff at city mark gave me an excellent service either by phone or by email. Many thanks to Jane and others of the staff. The apartment is great.

    There are no chair on the patio. Si we can't use it. Everything else is perfect Ronald from Canada, Québec

    stunning apartment and view

    door codes where changed and keys to apartment were not i he safe so had to wait for a nightporter to lt us into the apartment which took over an hour.

    Great location, staff very prompt to reply when there were issues, good facilities.

    We asked about dishwasher tablets at the beginning of the trip and were told that they would be supplied, this never happened. On the last day of our trip we were told they would be stocked after we checked out. This was kind of annoying. The wifi was kind of unreliable; it is very 'patchy'.

    We all loved the apartment, it was very clean and modern and in a great location for where we needed to be.

    The water pressure in the showers wasn't very strong, the wi-fi kept cutting off and the lock of the apartment door kept sticking but apart from that everything was excellent.

    I didn't realize the place was so spacious. I could invite colleagues for meeting there. Modern looks, tub and most importantly the wifi works.

    Sofa wasn't the most comfortable and it was a bit of a hustle to get the key to the room. My codes didn't work, but fortunately you can always call for help.

    - the price I paid matched the services, except for a few things - the entry to the building was smart and safe, something very important to me, great work with that. - apartment was very clean, which might have been because it was new, but who cares when you are getting a decent flat? - the apartment included almost everything you need

    - My wifi experience was terrible, as I had to call numerous times for it to be sorted out. the bad thing about the wifi is that the apartments used those mobile mifi routers for the internet. To counter this, I would call and ask if the apartment was installed with a proper connection. - I asked for an extra bed, and was brought a blanket, lenin, and two pillows instead. the worst part is that I was charged 20 pounds a day for that!

    the apt is brand new, even if at this pace will not last long..

    No staff at reception does not mean no service; I received a lot of emails for confirmation of the general conditions but without the relevant info how to access the apt (from which floor, specifically); moreover the toilet was broken at our arrival

    We loved the location and the apartment was very spacious for the five of us. It was a quiet neighbourhood for Central London.

    Communication was poor. I emailed that I wanted to book in at 1pm and received no confirmation email about it. Having arrived there we couldn't get in the apartment until nearly 4 pm as the previous person checked out too late and left a huge mess in there, which the cleaning staff did their very best to sort out quickly for us.
